The Goddard School located of Long Hill Township, NJ, is looking for a motivated self-starter for an Assistant Director’s position. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, and management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool is required. A candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of age-appropriate activities for young children. An assistant director at The Goddard School is responsible for assisting in the management of the program and curriculum.
