AWARD: Circle of Excellence For Education
2018-2019

Goddard’s Circle of Excellence Award for Education acknowledges Schools that provide the highest-quality and most consistent educational programs in every classroom. To be considered for the award, each School must earn one of the top two ratings of its state’s licensing program, become accredited by at least one of the four primary accreditors or achieve P21 (Partnership for 21st Century Learning) Exemplar status.  Schools that earn this award represent some of the top education programs in our system.

2018
ExceleRate Illinois recognizes a program's commitment to quality beyond the basic state licensing requirements (which cover seven broad areas including staffing, programming, health, safety and hygiene). The Bronze Circle of Quality shows the program has gone the extra mile to make sure your child receives the enhanced learning and care experience.

P21 is a national organization championing 21st century skills and serves as a catalyst to position 21st century readiness for every student by building collaborative partnerships among educational, business, community and government leaders. The Goddard School has become the first preschool program to join P21.

   
AFFILIATION: BERNIE’S BOOK BANK
2014 - 2017

Bernie’s Book Bank collects, processes and distributes quality new and gently used children’s books to significantly increase book ownership among at-risk infants, toddlers and school-age children throughout Chicagoland.

   
AWARD: The Book of Golden Deeds 
2017
The National Exchange Club’s longest running project, the Book of Golden Deeds Award, recognizes dedicated volunteers who give endless hours of their time and talents toward making their communities better places to live.
   
AWARD: Humanitarian Award
2016
The humanitarian award honors a School that ‘does well by doing good.’ This award is given to the school that has demonstrated selfless devotion to serving those in need and demonstrates a commitment to community outreach. This award recognizes the life-enriching programs the School has participated in and positive contributions the School has made through community outreach endeavors.

   
AWARD: Leadership Award
2014
The Leadership Award recognizes one franchisee from each of the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Western regions based on their leadership and their mentoring of fellow franchisees. These franchisees demonstrate an unwavering belief in the Goddard system. Additional criteria include the adaptation of new programs and services, participation in national and market events, engagement in the community, school accreditations, participation in GSI meetings and being a brand ambassador.

2014
This award is presented annually and acknowledges a market that has demonstrated the best collaborative effort in representing The Goddard Schools in their community.

Goddard’s Health & Safety Award is presented to the School with the highest average Health & Safety score.

2009-2010
Goddard’s Circle of Excellence President’s Club Award recognizes franchisees that meet the highest standards set by GSI in the areas of health and safety, curriculum, overall quality, punctual reporting and business operations. Eligibility is limited to franchisees that achieved the highest level of excellence, scoring in the top ten percent in each category.

Goddard’s Circle of Excellence Award recognizes franchisees that meet the highest standards set by GSI in the areas of health and safety, curriculum, overall quality, punctual reporting and business operations. Eligibility is limited to franchisees that score in the highest range in all of these categories.

AWARD: Bruce Ford Memorial Award
2008
Goddard’s Bruce Ford Memorial Award was established in memory of New Jersey franchisee, Bruce Ford, and recognizes the franchisee whose generous spirit sets him/her apart. Through his/her actions, he/she demonstrates outstanding contribution to the community, unselfish support of fellow franchisees and an unwavering belief in the Goddard system. This is a peer-nominated award.
 
AFFILIATION: Assessment Tools
 
Assessment tools assist teachers in making informed and individualized instructional decisions. Stress-free and developmentally appropriate for young learners, assessment tools determine each student’s level of comfort with early literacy and mathematics concepts. These tools have been vetted by education experts and are used by schools, districts and state agencies nationwide.

2007
Goddard’s Outstanding Customer Service Award is determined through Mystery Callers, Mystery Shoppers, Parent Surveys and Parent Concern Calls.

2007
Goddard’s Enrichment Programs Award recognized Schools that integrated nine or more Goddard Resources into the curriculum.
