Meet Anisa Full-time Onsite Owner

I love owning The Goddard School. I enjoy the light atmosphere the children constantly bring to the school. I have an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors and Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University. I own The Goddard School franchise because I value our high quality early childhood education program. As a working mom I understand the importance of feeling comfortable with the school your children attend. My goal is to provide a safe, loving atmosphere where your child will flourish because of the well rounded education and nurturing environment.

We work with Cradles to Crayons on their mission to end clothing insecurity for children. The organization collects new and nearly new children’s items which are distributed to children in need, free of charge.

Bernie’s Book Bank collects, processes and distributes quality new and gently used children’s books to significantly increase book ownership among at-risk infants, toddlers and school-age children throughout Chicagoland.

LET'S MOVE! CHILD CARE

Let’s Move! Child Care is a nationwide call-to-action that empowers child care and early education providers to make positive health changes in children that could last a lifetime. It encourages and supports providers making positive changes in their programs to help children develop healthy habits and recognizes providers who meet best practices in five healthy goal areas: nurture healthy eaters, provide healthy beverages, get kids moving, reduce screen time and support breastfeeding.

ECO-FRIENDLY SANITIZATION METHODS

The Goddard School uses high-tech sanitization devices that remove 99.9% of common bacteria and viruses from classroom objects, such as toys. The eco-friendly devices use ozone created from ambient air and less than half an ounce of water to sanitize hard and soft items without exposing them to chemicals.
