Goddard Systems, Inc. (GSI), the franchisor of The Goddard School, today announced the creation of the inaugural Goddard Systems Advisory Council with nine franchisees representing the more than 550 Goddard School franchises nationwide. The Council will meet regularly and provide valuable advice, insights and perspectives to further The Goddard School’s long-standing position as the premium provider of early childhood development and care.

These Goddard School franchisees have been appointed to the inaugural Advisory Council:

  • Denise Cross of Nevada

  • Josh Morrison of Texas
  • David Raye of Illinois
  • Dipti Singh of Maryland

“Goddard School franchisees are more involved than ever in sharing ideas and identifying new opportunities for strengthening this great System,” said Dennis R. Maple, Chairman and CEO, Goddard Systems, Inc. “I anticipate the rich diversity of skills and experience, tenure, operating performance, and geography represented by these Council members will have a meaningful impact on System operations and initiatives that affect all Goddard School franchisees.”

In addition to Maple, two other GSI executives will serve as members of the Council – Jacqueline Burls, Senior Vice President and Chief School Support Services Officer, and Chris Malone, Executive Vice President and Chief Growth and Strategy Officer.

“It is an honor to be selected to join an excellent group of successful entrepreneurs,” said David Raye, The Goddard School of Third Lake, Illinois. “We look forward to advising Goddard Systems in shaping the future of early childhood education.”

Added Shalini Dhiman, The Goddard School of Carlsbad, California, “I am beyond excited for this opportunity to join the Advisory Council, and to further Goddard’s position as a premier provider of early childhood education, and a preferred employer for teachers and staff.”

Launch of a formal Advisory Council aligns directly with the strategic imperatives defined by Maple to position the Goddard School franchise system for long-term growth and success.
