We are currently looking to welcome a NEW LEAD Toddler and Preschool Teachers to our Goddard School Family:

Job Requirement:
*Energetic engagement and communication with individual children while teaching
*Interact frequently and respectfully with children and parents/guardians
*Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans based on on our play-based curriculum and learning goals
*Create a dynamic, fun, creative, and interactive classroom experience
*Regular and consistent parent communication in person and in writing electronically
*Follow all safety and health rules
*Keep the environment safe, clean and attractive.
*Participate actively with the teaching team through communication
*Positive and participative team player with fellow teachers, director, and owners

Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements

*1+ year prior experience in a childcare setting
*Superior skills in creating a dynamic, interactive classroom experience -

Required education:
*Bachelors or Associate's degree in early childhood development or Associate's degree with the required early childhood development credits

The Goddard School located in Urbana Maryland (5 minutes south of Frederick Maryland) is looking a DYANMIC TODDLER Lead Teacher to join our Team.


Lead Teachers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards.
Lead Teachers write and implement their own lesson plans based on Goddard Developmental Guidelines and monthly school themes.
Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!
Lead Teachers qualifications

Bachelors or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
Ore a Bachelors or Associates in a related fielld with the 90 Hour Early Childhood Education Certified
Minimum 6 months experience in a licensed center
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Strong written and communication skills
