From first friendships to first big ideas, our classrooms help children learn and grow at the pace that's right for them.
Infants begin learning through nurturing play, sensory exploration, movement, music and early language. With responsive care and gentle guidance from teachers, babies have safe opportunities to discover the world around them, helping build secure relationships, early communication, motor skills and confidence for future learning.
For toddlers, learning happens through hands-on play, movement, exploration and plenty of questions. Teachers encourage curiosity while supporting early social-emotional growth, new language and physical skills, helping children build confidence, communication, independence and a foundation for learning with others.
In the Twos classroom, playful exploration introduces children to early concepts in literacy, science, art and math. Teachers support child-led discovery, help children navigate big emotions and encourage positive interactions with peers, building curiosity, language, problem-solving skills and readiness for preschool.
Bridge learners practice independence through purposeful play, self-care routines, early writing, math and language activities. Teachers provide structure, encourage social-emotional growth and help children strengthen the skills they need for a more structured classroom, including confidence, vocabulary and fine motor development.
Preschoolers explore art, science, math, writing and dramatic play through hands-on projects and play-based discovery. With teacher guidance, they practice cooperation, make choices and begin to understand how actions can lead to outcomes. This builds curiosity, early academic skills, emotional awareness, teamwork and confidence.
Pre-K gives children opportunities to grow more independent while practicing early reading, writing and math. Teachers encourage children to share ideas, work through challenges with friends and take part in group activities, helping build confidence, cooperation, problem-solving and readiness for Kindergarten.
Kindergarteners build on their skills through creative play, hands-on projects and early academics in literacy, math, science, engineering and technology. Teachers support collaboration, independence, problem-solving and social skills like conflict resolution, helping children develop confidence, resilience, critical thinking and readiness for first grade.

"It's not just daycare — it's a place where kids are actually being challenged and nurtured at the same time. We've watched both of our kids grow and hit milestones faster than we expected, and we genuinely attribute a big part of that to what they're learning and experiencing at Goddard every day."
"They really make you feel like your child is the only one in the school. Our child is blossoming at this precious age thanks in large part to what they're learning at school. We see and know that their time at Goddard isn't just about running down the clock to pick up — it's really about giving them a safe, fun space to grow, learn and socialize."
"We truly could not have asked for a more loving, supportive, and caring environment for our two boys. Goddard has truly been a home away from home for our family, and we are so grateful for the foundation they've helped build for our boys."
"Sending a child to daycare while away at work is an extremely stressful experience — but when you drop your children off for the day you know without a doubt they are in the best care, which allows me to be fully present at work with peace of mind. The ultimate feeling for every working parent."
"The teachers want to be there and genuinely care about the children. Full enrichment with leadership that is dedicated to transparency and above and beyond communication. Services are unmatched."

In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand on your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books, sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills. Children learn how to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings.
Our teachers expertly create supportive classrooms for all children to safely learn and test new social, academic and physical skills throughout a familiar routine that includes morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, naptime, exploration time, small and large group experiences and outdoor play.
Children are naturally curious about the world around them. They question, observe, explore, experiment and test concepts multiple times each day. Inquiry-based learning empowers children to ask their own questions and discover the answers to build on their understanding. As children explore learning materials in different ways, ponder new ideas, ask big questions and engage in hands-on experiences, learning takes root in the classroom, led by the child and guided by the teacher.
Our education program, Wonder of Learning®, is designed to make learning fun while instilling vital 21st century skills such as teamwork, problem-solving and social-emotional relationships. Wonder of Learning leverages the classroom environment and the questions children ask to create exploratory experiences that fuel a lifelong love of learning. It encourages children to seek information and deeper understanding because learning is forever and an answer is just an endpoint.
At The Goddard School, our tuition rates are designed to reflect the exceptional care, education and experiences to help your child thrive.
