Our Goddard School Teachers

Miss Ivonne is the on-site owner of The Goddard School of Medina. Born and raised in Mexico City, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from La Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración and holds an MBA from Kent State University. A longtime Medina resident, she leads a school her own children attended, and her experience as a Goddard parent shapes her commitment to a safe, nurturing, and engaging first school experience for every child. Her favorite children’s book is “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!”

Miss Molly is the Director of The Goddard School of Medina. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio University and a National Director Credential from the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership, and she has been part of The Goddard School since 2007. She fosters curiosity and creativity throughout the school, helping each child discover the joy of learning through exploration and play. Her favorite children’s book is “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.”

Miss Elisha is an Infant Lead Teacher and holds a Child Development Associate credential. She has been part of The Goddard School since 2019, giving Medina’s youngest learners a familiar, consistent presence. She creates a nurturing, engaging environment where infants can explore, grow, and enjoy every day.

Miss Vanessa is an Infant Lead Teacher who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Akron. Her training in how young children develop shapes responsive, attentive care for the infants in her classroom. She brings a strong foundation of knowledge and passion for teaching to the school.

Miss Kaleia is the Toddler Lead Teacher. A graduate of Medina High School, she earned her Associate’s Degree from Cuyahoga Community College and has grown with The Goddard School since 2023. Her local roots and warm, engaging classroom give toddlers a familiar place to explore their growing independence.

Miss Mikayla is the Bridge Lead Teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Bowling Green State University. Her calm, nurturing presence helps children in the Bridge classroom feel supported as they build the independence and routines that prepare them for preschool.

Miss Ashlee is a Preschool Lead Teacher who earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from Cuyahoga Community College. Since joining The Goddard School in 2023, she has brought creativity and enthusiasm to her classroom, using hands-on learning experiences to feed preschoolers’ curiosity and help them explore ideas for themselves.

Miss Jamie is a Preschool Lead Teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University. She has contributed to the school since 2023 and builds an inclusive, engaging classroom where every child feels valued and supported as they learn alongside friends.

Miss Nicole is the Pre-K Lead Teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Slippery Rock University and has taught at The Goddard School since 2012. That long-standing commitment gives Pre-K families an experienced guide for the year before kindergarten as she helps children grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence.

Miss Amanda is the Kindergarten Lead Teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University and has taught at The Goddard School since 2023. She leads a supportive, engaging classroom where kindergartners grow academically, socially, and emotionally as they prepare for first grade.

Miss Susie is a School Support with more than 30 years of experience working with young children. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Akron and has been part of The Goddard School since 2021. Her experience keeps classrooms consistent and familiar whenever additional support is needed.

Miss Priti provides School Support across The Goddard School of Medina, particularly in the Toddler Classroom. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Bombay and joined the school in February 2025, quickly becoming a valued part of the school community. Her support helps the school day run smoothly for classrooms and families.

Miss Jizel is the Art Lead Teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Northwestern University and a strong background in fine art. She supports early childhood development through creative expression, encouraging children to explore colors, textures, and techniques while building fine-motor skills, confidence, and imagination.
