Key Teacher Responsibilities Include: Observing children by sight and sound Collaborate with other teachers to create and implement purposeful lesson plans Create a balance of teacher directed and child directed developmentally appropriate activities Establish and maintain a nurturing, safe and healthy environment Interact and engage with children to support play, exploration, and learning Provide excellent customer services to families through written and verbal communications Requirements include: This is a full time, 40 hour a week position. The selected teacher needs to be able to work full time and be available for a 9:00 am – 6:00 pm schedule Some coursework in ECE or related field required or a commitment to start ECE coursework with in your first 90 days (through our no or low-cost options that many of our staff have benefited from) At least 1 year experience working with children in a childcare setting is required.
