Meet Chelli & Ryan Onsite Owner
Since the school's inception in 2008, Chelli and Ryan Motherway have been the on-site owners of The Goddard School in South Reno. Chelli has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University. Prior to becoming an owner of The Goddard School, she worked in the field of human resource management focusing on employee relations. Ryan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA and has a MBA from Case Western University. Prior to Goddard, he worked in the field of industrial distribution. During his tenure, he gained valuable experience in operations management. They have two children who are both graduates of The Goddard School and are excited to provide families the same great experience they had as Goddard parents.

In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.

NEVADA SILVER STATE STARS QUALITY RATING AND IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM
4 STARS
Nevada’s Silver State Stars Quality Rating and Improvement System is a voluntary program used to assess, improve and communicate the level of quality in early childhood programs. Programs are assigned a rating from 1 to 5 stars to assist parents in finding quality care and education provider for their child.

A program of Child Care Aware of America, Child Care Aware helps families learn more about the elements of quality child care and how to locate programs in their communities. CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE FOR EDUCATION
The Circle of Excellence Award for Education acknowledges Goddard Schools that provide the highest-quality and most consistent educational programs in every classroom. To be considered for the award, each School must earn one of the top two ratings of its state’s licensing program, become accredited by at least one of the four primary accreditors or achieve P21 (Partnership for 21st Century Learning) Exemplar status. Schools that earn this award represent some of the top education programs in our system.
