Ms. Erica has been employed with The Goddard School since October 2012. She has played a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the school. With a deep commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, she brings years of experience in education management. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Erica has worked diligently to support the school’s staff, enhance the experience for children, and uphold the high standards of The Goddard School.

We are pleased to introduce Ms. Jenna as the new Assistant Director at The Goddard School. With over four years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Jenna brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for both children and staff. Ms. Jenna holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, a testament to her dedication to the growth and development of young children. Prior to her role as Assistant Director, she served as a Lead Pre-K Teacher, where she successfully led her classroom and helped prepare children for the transition to kindergarten. Her experience as a teacher, combined with her leadership skills, allows her to support and guide our team in providing the best possible care and education for the children at The Goddard School. We are excited to have Ms. Jenna in this new role and look forward to the positive impact she will continue to make in our school community.

Ms. Kayla is a dedicated professional with 10 years of experience at The Goddard School, where she currently serves as the Executive Director - Director of Operations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring the smooth functioning of the school’s daily operations. In addition to her extensive experience in early childhood education, Ms. Kayla holds a degree in medical administration, which equips her with valuable organizational and management skills. Her unique background and expertise allow her to effectively oversee both administrative and operational aspects of The Goddard School, creating a positive and efficient learning environment for both staff and students.

Ms. Kristina is an experienced and dedicated professional in the field of education, currently serving as the Executive Director - Director of Education at The Goddard School. With a strong academic foundation and specialized certifications, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for fostering a safe and enriching learning environment for young children. Ms. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and bachelor of Science in Education, equipping her with a deep understanding of child development and behavioral dynamics. Her degree in education has provided her with the expertise needed to create effective learning strategies and support academic growth in early childhood education. With her diverse qualifications and leadership in education, Ms. Kristina is dedicated to upholding the values of The Goddard School and ensuring a positive, nurturing educational experience for every child.

Ms. Alison, our Pre-K Lead Teacher at The Goddard School. With numerous years of experience working in education, Ms. Alison brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education, equipping her with a strong educational foundation. Since joining The Goddard School in August 2015, Ms. Alison has contributed her expertise and dedication to creating a nurturing and enriching learning environment for our youngest learners.

Ms. Dusti brings numerous years of experience in the field of education. She holds a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential in Early Childhood Education and is passionate about nurturing young learners. Ms. Dusti believes that all children are curious and capable learners, and that with the right tools and guidance, every child can be successful. She has found her true calling in our Private Pre-K classroom and has been a valued member of The Goddard School team since 2014.

Ms. Lera is the Lead Pre-K teacher at The Goddard School, where she has been a valued member of the team for over a year. Ms. Mendy is our Lead Teacher in the Preschool 1 classroom at The Goddard School.
