    Hello, my name is Robin Ray and my husband, Ted, and I are the proud owners of The Goddard School® located on Old Atlanta Road in Suwanee. We have been Goddard School owners since 2000. Our twin boys, Austin and Tyler, are both graduates of Goddard. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Management Information Systems. Before opening our first Goddard School, I worked in Information Technology for 15 years. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing tennis. While pregnant with my twins over 24 years ago, I recognized the need and demand for a quality alternative to standard daycare. We then decided to open The Goddard School®. Our mission here is to offer the absolute best in high quality childcare and education. Being an on-site owner, I welcome your comments and concerns.     Ms. Tiffney has been with The Goddard School since December 2017. She has worked in Early Childhood Education since 1999. She graduated from American Intercontinental University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. She enjoys working with children because she enjoys watching them grow and learn. She loves sharing this special time in their lives with them. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, painting and photography. The Dot is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “The joy is in the journey.”

    Miss Haley has been working in Education for over ten years. She attended Georgia College and State University for Early Childhood Education and has spent the last five years running a Children's Theatre. She enjoys working with children because of their sense of wonder and curiosity about the world! Her hobbies include singing (she owns her own private vocal studio), baking, and she and her husband collect board games! Her favorite children's book is "The Napping House." Her favorite quote comes from Mary Poppins: "If you reach for the stars, all you get are the stars; if you reach for the Heavens, you get the stars thrown in."

    Ms. Lindsey has been with The Goddard School since June 2007. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina. She has taught in our Get Set and First Steps' classes before settling into our Pre-K class. From her well thought out lesson plans to her classroom organization, she gives her all to her students. She enjoys working with children because of their energy and their vibrancy for life. She also enjoys their willingness to learn. Her hobbies include watching movies and going to theme/water parks. Love You Forever is her favorite children’s book.

    Ms. April has been with The Goddard School since June 2019. She graduated from the University of Georgia where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She also had a wonderful opportunity to travel abroad and teach in Spain. Her goal is to specialize in school counseling. She has worked with children for over five years, including time spent at Sharon Elementary and Lambert High School. She enjoys working with children because she loves fostering relationships with them. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling and volunteering at her church.     Ms. Tina has been with The Goddard School since November 2006. She obtained her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential for Preschool. She is our cheerleader here at our school. You will find her bursting with energy with a smile on her face and a "you can do anything" attitude. She has been a loyal and committed teacher who adds so much to our team. She enjoys working with children because of their honesty. Children have the tendency to say anything. Her hobbies include cooking and dancing. Alice in Wonderland is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “If you tell the truth then you don’t have to remember what you said.”

    Ms. Trina has been with The Goddard School since June 2013. Ms. Trina has worked in Early Childhood Education for over five years. Before relocating to Georgia she was a Social Worker for over 13 years. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Southern University of New Orleans and a Certification in Early Childhood Education from Gwinnett Technical College. Ms. Trina enjoys working with children because she loves to watch them grow. In her free time she enjoys reading and interior decorating. "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" is her favorite children's book. Her favorite saying is "take one day at a time."

    Ms. Rozita has been with The Goddard School since January 2008. She obtained her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential for Preschool. She has worked with children in an early childhood education setting since 2001. You will not walk into Ms. Rozita's class and not feel welcomed. She has a very warm and inviting personality. She makes it her priority to make every child feel loved in her classroom. Ms. Rozita enjoys working with children because of their happiness and their love and affection. She enjoys getting hugs from them. Her hobbies include dancing and painting. Mommy Me is her favorite children’s book.     Ms. Chaitali has been with The Goddard School since September 2018. She obtained a diploma equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Commercial Design from Girls Polytechnic College, Surat. Her favorite thing about working with children is having a chance to make a change in a child’s life. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening and crafting. The Kissing Hand is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “Work like you don’t need the money, love like you’ve never been hurt and dance like no one is watching!”

    Ms. Jennifer has been with The Goddard School since June 2018. She has been in Early Childhood Education for over 20 years. She has experienced every level of Early Childhood Education and teaching in a classroom holds a special place in her heart. She obtained a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential for Preschool. She enjoys working with children because she loves watching them grow. She finds it very rewarding to be a part of a child’s learning process. Her hobbies include crafting and baking. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children. The Kissing Hand is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “It takes a big heart to teach little minds.”

    Ms. Betty has been with The Goddard School since December 2019. She obtained her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Elgin Community College. She is also a retired Head Start teacher where she taught for over 20 years. Her favorite thing about working with children is the joy she gets from watching them grow and helping them learn new concepts. Her hobbies include card making and riding her motorcycle. Eric Carle is her favorite children’s author. She collects all his books. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “Live for today. Tomorrow is not promised!”

She enjoys working with children because she loves playing with them and getting to teach them. Her hobbies include music, arts and crafts and painting. Green Eggs and Ham is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: Teaching is a noble profession that shapes the character and future of an individual.

    Miss Camila has been with The Goddard School since January 2024. After studying Chemistry and Early Childhood Education in Columbia, Camily moved to the United States. Miss Camila loves working with kids because of their genuine kindness and honesty. When she's not teaching, she loves dancing, painting, writing poetry, and watching basketball! Miss Camila's favorite book is "No Matter What" by Debi Gliori, and her favorite quote is "There are no good or bad children, only good or bad days."

    Miss Shelly is so excited to join The Goddard School as an Assistant Teacher! Miss Shelly has worked with children for many years and has a nursing assistant certificate! She enjoys helping children learn and watching them transform into bright and happy children through positive reinforcement and fun learning. When she’s not teaching, Miss Shelly loves reading, being outdoors, horseback riding, and spending time with her daughter! She also LOVES shopping! Her favorite children’s book is “Love You Forever.”

    Miss Amanda is a senior at Lambert High School and is so excited to join The Goddard School as an assistant teacher! Miss Amanda loves working in childcare and enjoys getting to see the kids learn and grow! She loves watching them discover the world around them and develop as they explore and play. In the past, Amanda has led theatre camps for children and taught vocal classes for kids in 3rd - 5th grade! When she is not teaching, Miss Amanda loves performing on stage and doing musical theatre! She has performed in classic children’s favorites like “Beauty and The Beast,” “Mary Poppins,” and “Frozen!” Miss Amanda’s favorite children’s book is “The Boxcar Children.”

    Miss Lesli majored in Early Childhood Education at Georgia Gwinnett College and is so excited to join us at The Goddard School to share her love for working with children! Miss Lesli’s favorite part of working with children is seeing them enjoy learning and getting to be creative! When she’s not teaching, Miss Lesli loves traveling, baking, and reading. Her favorite children’s book is “Goodnight Moon,” and her favorite saying is “the beautiful thing about learning is that nobody can take it away from you.”

    Miss Madita was born in Heidelberg, Germany, and is so excited to bring her passion for childcare to The Goddard School! Having worked as a nanny for two and a half years, Miss Madita has a great heart for working with children. She especially loves seeing the relationship between herself and a child grow -- getting to see them laugh and feel confident about themselves is the best! When she is not teaching, Miss Madita loves baking, hiking, drawing, photography, reading, and playing board/card games! Her favorite children’s book is “The Very Hungry Caterpillar,” and her favorite saying is “life is the art of drawing without an eraser.”

    Miss Gabi is a senior at Lambert High School and so excited to join The Goddard School. Her enthusiasm for working with children shines through in her enjoyment of watching them play, laugh, and have fun with their friends. She loves seeing them express interest in the world around them and grow alongside their friends. Miss Gabi's interests outside the classroom include playing video games, watching anime, and watching motorsports! Her favorite children's book is "Pinkalicious," and her favorite saying is "Carpe Diem."

    Miss Trish has been working in childcare for six years and is so excited to bring her talents to The Goddard School! Miss Trish graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College with a degree in psychology and has been working as a lead teacher/site director for the last three years. She loves working with children because she loves seeing their growth and watching them accomplish those important milestones! When she is not teaching, Miss Trish loves photography, digital design, reading, and being at the lake! Her favorite children's book is "Oh The Places You'll Go" and her favorite saying is "start each day with a grateful heart."

    Miss Anitha has been with The Goddard School since December of 2023! Miss Anitha attended college in India, where she received a Masters in Computer Science. She has been working in education for ten years and loves working with children because they are so motivated and imaginative! When she is not teaching, Miss Anitha loves cooking and art. Her favorite book is any Dr. Seuss book, and her favorite quote is "Teaching made me a loveable person."

She loves working with kids because she enjoys how positive and open-minded they are to the world! When Miss Alyssa is not teaching, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing soccer. Her favorite children's book is "Corduroy," and her favorite saying is "actions speak louder than words."
