Our Goddard School Teachers

Robin and Ted Ray are the proud owners of The Goddard School® located on Old Atlanta Road in Suwanee. They have been Goddard School owners since 2000. Their twin sons, Austin and Tyler, are both graduates of Goddard. Robin Ray graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Management Information Systems. Prior to opening their first Goddard School, she worked in Information Technology for 15 years. In her free time, Robin enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis. More than 24 years ago, while pregnant with their twins, Robin recognized the need for a high-quality alternative to standard daycare. This realization led Robin and Ted to open The Goddard School®. Their mission is to provide the very best in high-quality childcare and education. As on-site owners, Robin and Ted welcome comments and feedback, and they are grateful for the opportunity to be part of each child’s growth and early development.

Miss Renee has been working at The Goddard School since February 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology specializing in Child Development. In her spare time, Miss Renee enjoys playing piano, reading, and spending time with her family. She loves teaching because she can watch their confidence grow and their face light up as they learn new skills. Her favorite children’s books are Don’t Push the Button and The Little Excavator. Miss Renee’s favorite quote is “a child’s life is like a piece of paper; on which every person leaves a mark”.

Miss Haley has been working in Education for over ten years. She attended Georgia College and State University for Early Childhood Education and has spent the last five years running a Children's Theatre. She enjoys working with children because of their sense of wonder and curiosity about the world! Her hobbies include singing (she owns her own private vocal studio), baking, and she and her husband collect board games! Her favorite children's book is "The Napping House." Her favorite quote comes from Mary Poppins: "If you reach for the stars, all you get are the stars; if you reach for the Heavens, you get the stars thrown in."

Miss Bri has been working at the Goddard School since July 2025. She loves teaching children because she loves seeing each child achieve their goals, and the kids excitement to come back everyday to learn more. In her spare time, Miss Bri enjoys taking her dog Phoebe on walks and hanging out with her family. Her favorite children’s book is Dragons love taocs and her favorite quote is “You must be the change you wish to see in the world”.

Ms. Tiffney has been with The Goddard School since December 2017. She has worked in Early Childhood Education since 1999. She graduated from American Intercontinental University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. She enjoys working with children because she enjoys watching them grow and learn. She loves sharing this special time in their lives with them. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, painting and photography. The Dot is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “The joy is in the journey.”

Mr. Chris is the Senior Projects and Communications Manager here at The Goddard School. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Westminster College and brings strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for communication to his role. Known for his positive outlook, Mr. Chris lives by his favorite saying, “Everything happens for a reason,” and brings that encouraging mindset into his work each day. He is excited to contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment for all families and students at The Goddard School.

Ms. Betty has been with The Goddard School since December 2019. She obtained her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Elgin Community College. She is also a retired Head Start teacher where she taught for over 20 years. Her favorite thing about working with children is the joy she gets from watching them grow and helping them learn new concepts. Her hobbies include card making and riding her motorcycle. Eric Carle is her favorite children’s author. She collects all his books. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “Live for today. Tomorrow is not promised!”

Miss Mya has been working at The Goddard School since March 2025. Miss Mya loves working with children because she can watch the children grow and meet their important milestones! When she is not teaching, Mya loves reading, the beach, attending music festivals, and spending time with her son! Her favorite children's book is the Harry Potter Series and her favorite quote is "Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching them what counts is best."

Miss Brianna is so excited to bring her passion for shaping little hearts and minds to The Goddard School! Miss Brianna is currently working towards her Bachelor’s in nursing. She loves working with children because she loves learning more about their interests and what makes them unique! When she’s not in the classroom, Miss Brianna enjoys playing volleyball and learning new sports! Her favorite children’s book is “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie,” and her favorite saying is “everything happens for a reason.”

Miss Devi has been working at The Goddard School since October 2025. She loves teaching children because she enjoys watching them grow and gain confidence in themselves. Miss Devi loves finding fun new craft ideas for the kids and going on walks. Her favorite children’s book is Pete the Cat.

Miss Stephanie is so excited to bring her creative spirit and nurturing heart to The Goddard School! She has a deep love for music and enjoys playing the piano, as well as exploring and learning new instruments whenever she can. Her passion for creativity shines through in everything she does, especially when working with children. Her favorite children's book is "The Rainbow Fish," and her life philosophy is to "treat everyone how you want to be treated."

Miss Camila has been with The Goddard School since January 2024. After studying Chemistry and Early Childhood Education in Colombia, Camila moved to the United States. Miss Camila loves working with kids because of their genuine kindness and honesty. When she's not teaching, she loves dancing, painting, writing poetry, and watching basketball! Miss Camila's favorite book is "No Matter What" by Debi Gliori, and her favorite quote is "There are no good or bad children, only good or bad days."

Miss Elisha has been working at the Goddard School since June 2025. She loves teaching children because she enjoys meeting new children and finding fun activities to do with them. She also loves getting to teach them new and exciting things. In her spare time, Miss Elisha enjoys drawing and painting. Her favorite children’s book is Llama Llama Red Pajama.

Miss Anu has been working at the Goddard School since October 2025. She loves teaching children because she enjoys seeing their excitement as they discover and learn new things. In her spare time, Miss Anu enjoys listening to music, spending time with family and cooking new things! Her favorite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

Miss Aura has been working at the Goddard School since August 2025. She loves teaching children because she loves helping them grow and develop a positive environment. In her spare time, Miss Aura enjoys reading books, watching movies and riding her bicycle! Her favorite children’s series is Winnie the Pooh.

Miss Kameron has been working at the Goddard School since July 2025. She loves teaching children because she enjoys seeing them develop and hit their milestones. In her spare time, Miss Kameron enjoys making clay jewelry, taking notes, pens, and all things nature. Her favorite children’s book is Dragons love tacos and her favorite quote is “The greatest thing you’ll ever learn is just to love and be loved in returned”.

Miss Morgan has been working at the Goddard School since March 2025. and is currently a student at Georgia State University. She loves working with children because she can make a difference in their lives while watching them grow and develop. Miss Morgan enjoys traveling when she is not at work. Her favorite children’s book is Love You Forever and her favorite quote is “You must be the change you wish to see in the world”.

Miss Madison has been working at The Goddard School since March 2025. Her favorite part about teaching is being able to watch each child learn and explore in their own way. When not in the classroom, Miss Madison enjoys reading, being outside, and spending time with family. Her favorite children’s book is If You Give A Pig A Pancake and her favorite quote is “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”

Miss Madison is so excited to join the team at The Goddard School and see all the wonderful ways children learn and grow each day! She has a true passion for working with children and loves getting to know their unique personalities. Watching each child express themselves and develop in their own way is one of the things she enjoys most about being in the classroom. In her spare time, Miss Madison enjoys baking and playing legos! Her favorite children's book is "The Pout Pout Fish."

Ms. Rozita has been with The Goddard School since January 2008. She obtained her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential for Preschool. She has worked with children in an early childhood education setting since 2001. You will not walk into Ms. Rozita's class and not feel welcomed. She has a very warm and inviting personality. She makes it her priority to make every child feel loved in her classroom. Ms. Rozita enjoys working with children because of their happiness and their love and affection. She enjoys getting hugs from them. Her hobbies include dancing and painting. Mommy Me is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: I want to share my happiness with those around me!

Miss Taylor has been working at The Goddard School since December 2025 and has her TCC in Early Childhood Care and Education. She loves teaching because she enjoys watching the children grow and learn, not only for them but herself. When she is not working, Miss Taylor enjoys spoiling her cat and doing fun actives with her niece and nephews . Her favorite children’s book is I knew You Could and her favorite saying is “This too shall pass”.

Ms. Tina has been with The Goddard School since November 2006. She obtained her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential for Preschool. She is our cheerleader here at our school. You will find her bursting with energy with a smile on her face and a "you can do anything" attitude. She has been a loyal and committed teacher who adds so much to our team. She enjoys working with children because of their honesty. Children have the tendency to say anything. Her hobbies include cooking and dancing. Alice in Wonderland is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “If you tell the truth then you don’t have to remember what you said.”

Ms. Sumana has been with The Goddard School since August 2022. She graduated from Jadavpur University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. She enjoys working with children because she loves seeing their sweet smiles and seeing them happy. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, crafting and painting. The Very Hungry Caterpillar is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: Patience is not the ability to wait but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting.

Ms. Trina has been with The Goddard School since June 2013. Ms. Trina has worked in Early Childhood Education for over five years. Before relocating to Georgia she was a Social Worker for over 13 years. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Southern University of New Orleans and a Certification in Early Childhood Education from Gwinnett Technical College. Ms. Trina enjoys working with children because she loves to watch them grow. In her free time she enjoys reading and interior decorating. "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" is her favorite children's book. Her favorite saying is "take one day at a time."

Ms. Rohini has been with The Goddard School since August 2022. She attended Annamalai University where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Commerce. She enjoys working with children because she finds so much joy learning from them. Her hobbies include reading, music, cooking and shopping. Dr. Seuss is her favorite children’s author. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “Practice makes perfect.”

Ms. Lindsey has been with The Goddard School since June 2007. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina. She has taught in our Get Set and First Steps' classes before settling into our Pre-K class. From her well thought out lesson plans to her classroom organization, she gives her all to her students. She enjoys working with children because of their energy and their vibrancy for life. She also enjoys their willingness to learn. Her hobbies include watching movies and going to theme/water parks. Love You Forever is her favorite children’s book.

Ms. Chaitali has been with The Goddard School since September 2018. She obtained a diploma equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Commercial Design from Girls Polytechnic College, Surat. Her favorite thing about working with children is having a chance to make a change in a child’s life. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening and crafting. The Kissing Hand is her favorite children’s book. Favorite Saying or Philosophy: “Work like you don’t need the money, love like you’ve never been hurt and dance like no one is watching!”

Ms. April has been with The Goddard School since June 2019. She graduated from the University of Georgia where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She also had a wonderful opportunity to travel abroad and teach in Spain. Her goal is to specialize in school counseling. She has worked with children for over five years, including time spent at Sharon Elementary and Lambert High School. She enjoys working with children because she loves fostering relationships with them. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling and volunteering at her church. Miss Anitha has been with The Goddard School since December of 2023! Miss Anitha attended college in India, where she received a Masters in Computer Science. She has been working in education for ten years and loves working with children because they are so motivated and imaginative! When she is not teaching, Miss Anitha loves cooking and art. Her favorite book is any Dr. Seuss book, and her favorite quote is "Teaching made me a loveable person."

Miss Hema has been working at the Goddard School since August 2025. She loves teaching children because she enjoys playing and reading with each child, and giving seeing each child’s achievements. In her spare time, Miss Hema enjoys listening to music and cooking. Her favorite children’s book is The Jungle Book and her favorite quote is “Where there is a will there is a way”.

Miss Sujata has been working at the Goddard School since November 2025. She loves teaching children because she loves educating young children and enjoys the new excitement each day. In her spare time, Miss Sujata enjoys cooking around the house. Her favorite children’s series is Pete the Cat and her favorite quote is “Stay Positive”.

Miss Raji completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communications in Madras, India. She brings a warm, caring presence to the classroom and enjoys building meaningful connections with the children she works with. In addition to her work at The Goddard School, Miss Raji volunteers at the North Cumming Tamil School, where she enjoys supporting children in their learning and cultural development. In her free time, Miss Raji enjoys cooking and baking, watching movies, and reading. Her favorite children’s book is The Worry Worry Whale, which reflects her gentle and supportive approach to helping children navigate their feelings. She looks forward to creating a fun, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and excited to learn.
