    Owner
    Viral K. Davé, Owner Education: Viral (pronounced “Veeral”) holds an B.S. from North Carolina State University, where he majored in Electrical Engineering. He also attained an M.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in Systems Engineering. Experience: Prior to opening his first Goddard School, Viral worked as an engineer and a management consultant in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta supporting the Navy, Army, and The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For the past 10 years, Viral has successfully opened and managed two additional Goddard Schools in Metro Atlanta. Viral makes it his goal to ensure that the parents take comfort in knowing their children are being nurtured, educated, and, above all else, protected.

    Vanessa

    Executive Director
    Ms. Vanessa holds in Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Hampton University. She has over 10 years of experience in childcare. She first served in the classroom working with toddlers, then moved up to administration over the years. Ms. Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and shopping! When asked why Early Childcare she simply responds "It's my passion! I love kids, and I love serving others." Favorite Quote: Psalm 46:10

    Director of Operations
    • Holds a Child Development Associate Credential • Has over thirteen years of experience in ECE • Has experience with all age groups from Infancy to Jr. K • Assistant Director Originally from Kenya, Uma is multi-lingual speaking English, Swahili, Gujarati, and TODDLER! Ms. Uma has snuggled, coaxed, TGS for many years. She has become a fount of information and knowledge for parents, a sure and loving caregiver for students, and an ultimate educator, not only allowing, but encouraging students' discovery. In 2020,Ms. Uma stepped into the Assistant Director's position and is sharing her knowlege and expertise with all of our families. In her off time, she enjoys adventures with her two adult daughters and her husband, Nilesh, cooking, shopping, dancing and swimming.

    Office Manager
    Ms. Marcela graduated from Winder Barrow High School in Winder, GA. She had served as an office administrator for a year, working as a nanny before that for over 10 years. She enjoys going to theme parks with her family, exploring new places, and going to festivals. When asked why childcare she responded, " I want all children to know they're unique, feel assured of their safety, and have them know they're cared for. My desire is to give parents peace of mind that their most precious treasures are in good hands."     • Holds a B.S. in Secondary Education and General Business • Education • Over 17 years of experience in Early Childhood Education • Originally from Puerto Rico • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English • Trained florist and pastry chef Ms. Marisabel is a mother of three teens. She has, over previous years, worked with students of all ages. She enjoys engaging students in sensory exploration and is equally comfortable encouraging infants and five year olds. That flexibility is invaluable to the continuity of the Goddard School program.

    Ms. Nima has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English. She has served as an office manager for over 9 years. Formally she was a commercial underwriter for an insurance company.     Ms Helena

    Classroom #1
    Ms. Helena is orginally from Peru. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree (specialized in Infant Education) from Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University and a post graduate degree in hearing and language from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. She is highly trained in early intervention, particularly for infants and toddlers. Ms. Helena and her husband, who is originally from Chile, reside in Roswell, where they spend lots of time with her niece, nephew and their families.

    • Holds a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development • Has over eight years of experience in Early Childhood Education • Faculty Advisory Board (FAB) • Has experience with all age groups from Infancy to Jr. K Ms. Monica uses her knowledge of each age and stage to inform and enhance vertical articulation of skill and concept building from one class to the next. This key piece is particularly important in spanning the ages from the Infant Class to the Toddler Class. Ms. Monica supports both parents and children in this first, and typically most challenging transition. Ms. Monica thoroughly enjoys shopping, interior decorating, and celebrating life with friends.

    Ms. Alondra is currently pursuing her diploma at North Springs High School. She is in a word-study program focusing on ECE. Ms. Alondra is fluent in English and Spanish.

    Ms. Ginnela holds a degree in Preschool Education and is a former bioanalyst. Originally from Venezuela, Ms. Ginnela is fluent in Spanish and English. In her spare time, she loves watching movies, going bowling, spending time with friends, and going to the gym.

    Ms. Jenna is a graduate of Roswell High School. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Kennesaw State University. Ms. Jenna has three years of classroom experience working with all age groups. Ms. Jenna is an artist who is currently learning to speak Russian. She loves trying new things, and exploring the world around her. She has a passion for encouraging her students to discover new things in the world around them.

    Madisen resides in Marietta, Ga with her dog Murphy and parents. She grew up in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti after moving there when she was 8 yrs old. Madisen finds inspiration from her faith and her mom and enjoys reading books, drawing and beach vacations with her family and puppy. Madisen holds a bachelor's degree in Community Development.

    • Holds an A.A. in Early Childhood Education • Has worked in Early Childhood Education for over 11 years • Has worked with a variety of age groups With a background in dance, music and movement, Ms. Crystal brings a focus on physical development melded with the inspiration of melodies, lyrics and spatial awareness. Ms. Crystal finds both joy and excitement in our S.T.E.A.M. focus, and is one of the biggest advocates of learning in the Outdoor Classroom. She encourages the students in exploration of science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math. In her personal time, Ms. Crystal and her husband Eric enjoy going to concerts, hiking, exploring National Parks, dancing and enjoying their home.

    Ms. Marley is originally from Egypt where she was an elementary art educator. She holds art specialist certification through the University of Utah. Ms. Marley is in her second year as a teacher at The Goddard School. Ms. Marley enjoys sharing the beauty within her and in the world around her through drawing, design, painting and crafts. She is a versatile and knowledgeable teacher who loves working in any and all classrooms. She knows each child in our school and celebrates the unique gift of each individual. Ms. Marley also holds food service certification and helps in our kitchen whenever we need. Ms. Marley and her son and husband live in Roswell.

    Ms. Crishelle holds a degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University. She has over two years of experience in an early care and learning setting. Ms. Crishelle's philosophy and goal for her students is to provide a stimulating and child-centric learning environment where they are able to grow not only mentally and physically, but also socially and emotionally. Ms. Crishelle resides in Atlanta.

    • Holds a B.A. in Business Management • Holds Child Development Associate Credential • Mentor Teacher • Faculty Advisory Board (FAB) Ms. Karen is the parent of an adult daughter, Katie. She and her husband, Greg, reside in Woodstock. Karen continues to provide guidance and expertise to many of our alumni students through tutoring she offers for students through fifth grade. She is an active community participant in both Roswell and Woodstock. She partners with educators in the surrounding school systems to provide cohesive transitions for our students.

    • Holds diplomas from Roswell High School and The Warm Springs Institute • Has over five years experience in Early Childhood Education Ms. Shannon is a shining example to our students of tenacity, dedication, and helpful service. She brings a strong desire to positively impact her students and seeks to meet each child as a wonderful individual. She has shown great personal growth during her time with us, and provides many supports and helps to all of her fellow faculty members. Ms. Shannon and her husband, Keith, enjoy exploring amusement parks and watching movies.

    Mr. Kevin graduated from Roswell High School and attended Valdosta State University. He has worked with kids for over 8 years, starting as a camp counselor and coach, then working his way into the classroom. He enjoys playing and watching sports, working out, playing video games, and spending time with friends. When asked why Early Childhood Education, he responded, "I enjoy working with kids.
