Miss Melissa, Owner Utilizing my degree in Education from West Chester University I began my career with The Goddard School in Exton as a teacher in 2002. I then became the Director of Education for 5 years, before becoming an Owner. As a mother and an educator I believe that providing children with daily experiences to grow and learn in an environment that supports the whole child is essential in creating life long learners!

Miss Amber, Director Hi, my name is Amber and I come to the Goddard school with 2 years of teaching experience working in a preschool setting. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Education and went on to earn my Master's degree in Organizational & Strategic Leadership. I look forward to working with all of the students here at Goddard.

Miss Kathy, Director I have been with The Goddard School, Exton since 2015, but my background in Early Childhood Education started back in 1991. Having worked both as a teacher, as well as Director, I have been able to experience preschool from a variety of levels. I've learned that patience, laughter and joy are what makes each day worthwhile!

Miss Molly, Lead Teacher My name is Molly, and I am very happy to be joining the Goddard team! After earning my degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education from Penn State University, I filled first and fourth grade long-term substitute positions at Schuylkill Haven Elementary. I then went on to teach fifth grade for two years in Penn-Delco School District. I am looking forward to teaching your children and watching as they discover and grow as learners.

Miss Aimee, Lead Teacher I have been teaching the Pre-Toddlers here at The Goddard School for almost 20 years! I have earned my CDA and enjoy continuing to learn more about my profession. Young Toddlers amaze me every day in how they show their independence! They love to learn and try new things; it's wonderful to have the opportunity to teach them every day!

Miss Heather, Lead Teacher I am a graduate of Cabrini College with my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Being a mother of three boys and a Toddler teacher, I am not a stranger to messes! I love to see the joy in a young child's face as they use their imagination to create and explore. I strive to make my classroom a warm home-like environment that allows Toddlers to learn, laugh and grow!

Mr Tell, Lead Teacher Hi, my name is Tell and I am excited to join the Goddard School, Exton. I earned my Child Development Associates Degree while living in Indiana working for the Head Start program. I have over five years experience teaching and I hope there are many more ahead! In my spare time I enjoy running, theatre and ballroom dancing.

Miss Jill, Lead Teacher I have been teaching at The Goddard School since 1999. I have over 16 years of experience working with children. Every day I am amazed by the inquisitiveness that my students bring to school; I love watching their personalities grow and develop. The Goddard School, Exton is my home away from home and I strive to make my classroom the same for your child!

Mr Jeff, Lead Teacher Hi, my name is Jeff and I am thrilled to be working in the Pre-Kindergarten class. I graduated with a degree in Sports Management from Towson University and I recently completed my Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Gwynedd Mercy University. I have spent 10 years working with young children in sports programs, and have been teaching at Goddard for the last four years. I look forward to meeting your family!

After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in elementary education, I spent time working in the local school districts as an reading interventionist. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and have worked with children all my life. I enjoy the excitement and energy of the classroom. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, especially my grandsons. I am looking forward to learning from the children each and every day.

I am currently working on my Child Development Associate at Delaware County Community College. I love spending my free time with my friends and family. I also enjoy hiking and discovering fun places to visit.

Miss Doreen, Assistant Teacher Hello, my name is Doreen and I am very excited to be working in the Infant nursery. I am the mother of 4 grown girls and also a grandmother of 4. I loved my most recent experience working as an in-home nanny and feel that this setting will allow me to continue providing loving care for children.

My passion for helping children learn and grow started through babysitting and then as a gymnastics and fitness instructor at The Little Gym. I am eager to continue this passion at the Goddard School!In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, gardening and practicing yoga.

I have been around children for many years as a nanny and a coach and I love the smiles that come along with the experience. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with children for the past 7 years as both a camp counselor and a dance teacher. I am so excited to be able to watch my students learn and grow every day and I am looking forward to a great year!

After college I became a nanny for two families. I plan on earning a degree in Early Childhood Education and hope to one day become a director of a child care facility. I am excited to work with the children here at The Goddard School.

Miss Makenzie, Assistant Teacher Hi, my name is Makenzie and I am a dual Elementary and Special Education major at West Chester University. I have been working with children since middle school and high school. I have taught swimming, dance and color guard. I spend my free time participating in color guard, marching and drum corps. I have an adorable calico cat named Thea and I enjoy teaching Garnet Valley High School Color Guard.

I have enjoyed working with children in various capacities since I was in high school.I enjoy encouraging children in learning and creativity. In my spare time I love being crafty through hands on learning. I am so eager to spend my time here at Goddard and growing as a professional.

I enjoy spending time in OCNJ and working out. I am eager to start this new journey at Goddard and I look forward to meeting you and your child.
