Ensuring a High-Quality Education Program

The Goddard School’s Educational Advisory Board (EAB) is a knowledgeable group of educators, researchers and experts in child development, early learning, technology integration, brain development, parent engagement and health and nutrition. The EAB provides The Goddard School with valuable guidance and support and helps to shape our unique play-based curriculum.




Craig Bach, Ph.D. - Learning Assessment; Learning Analytics

Dr. Bach is a seasoned educational researcher who proudly serves as the Vice President, Education for Goddard Systems, Inc., franchisor of The Goddard School. He also served as Drexel University's Vice Provost for Institutional Research, Assessment and Effectiveness.

Jennifer 2016  

Jennifer Jipson, Ph.D. - STEAM in Early Learning; Learning Outside the Classroom

Dr. Jipson uses her expertise to help create different ways to support preschool children’s development and learning. She is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology and Child Development at California Polytechnic State University.

Jack 2016  

Jack Maypole, M.D. - Pediatric Health and Well-Being; Public Health and Policy

Dr. Maypole is a well-respected pediatrician, Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Boston University School of Medicine and Director of the Comprehensive Care Program at Boston Medical Center.


Kyle Pruett, M.D. - Family Engagement and Parenting; Social/Emotional Development

Dr. Pruett is a clinical professor of Child Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine and an internationally known child psychiatrist. He is also the author of award-winning books Me, Myself and I and Partnership Parenting.

Lee 2016  

Lee Scott - Curriculum and Enrichment Programs; Professional Development

Lee is a seasoned and well-respected education specialist who is also the EAB chairperson. She is the author of several national programs in early learning and has experience in curriculum development and supplemental education.
