Job Overview
Our early childhood program focuses on learning through play. As a lead teacher in our premier early childhood center, you'll be responsible for:
• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Creating project-based lesson plans to advance each child's physical and intellectual competence.
• Interacting with the children in your classroom to support play, exploration, and learning.
• Adapting the program and lesson plans to meet the individual needs of the child.
• Establishing positive family relations by communicating professionally and inviting families to be a part of their child's learning experience.
• Performing observations to be documented in each child's portfolio.
• Being a team player who can work well with fellow teachers and the rest of the staff.
