Meet Danielle Owner

Danielle Crowley is the onsite owner of The Goddard School of Mechanicsville, VA. She has worked in large and small organizations providing strategic and operational leadership. Danielle has a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from Randolph Macon Women’s College. She has been married to Ben for 14 years and they have two school age children. “My experience with The Goddard School started as a parent when Ben and I enrolled our children in a Goddard School and watched them build a love for learning in a warm environment. I want every family that walks into The Goddard School of Mechanicsville to feel welcome while discovering our nurturing, fun learning environment. We look forward to introducing you to our incredible staff and showing you around our beautiful facility!"

Infant

6 w - 12 m

In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.

Toddlers

12 - 24 m

As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.

Twos

2 - 3 yrs

In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.

Bridge

2.5 - 3.5 yrs

As your child continues to gain independence, build self-care skills and learn more about themselves, the Bridge classroom provides the support they need to thrive in a preschool setting.

Preschool

3 - 4 yrs

In our Preschool classroom, your child starts their journey into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting.

Pre-K

4 - 5 yrs

As your child prepares for Kindergarten, our Pre-K classroom offers exciting opportunities to develop important skills, make new friends and explore the world around them.

Before/After School Program

We love the entire system that is in place. It is hard to pinpoint 1 particular activity. However, we can count on our daughter coming home daily reciting something new she has learned (from Spanish words, colors, to age appropriate mathematics).

Always welcomed by the staff at the front. We love the curriculum and structure it gives our daughter. She has learned so much since she's been attending goddard. It's clean, organized/structured and friendly staff!

First of all, Lucas and Alice look so happy to go to school. Apart from that, from my standpoint the staff is amazing (this is the 4th daycare my kids are attending). Miss Morgan is very kind and is always trying to provide any information we request. The drop off and pick up is great also. Everyone is so friendly.

My daughter is only 7 months old but she clearly loves it there. She's engaged all day long and comes home happy and ready to wind down for bed. Miss Danielle has been wonderful working with me with changing schedule needs. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and if I have a second child down the road, there's no hesitation, he/she would also be going to Goddard.
