The Goddard School
TeacherThe Goddard School located in Springboro has an exceptional faculty. All of our teachers meet or exceed the requirements of the State of Ohio and local licensing authorities. Lead teachers are degreed in either Early Childhood or Elementary Education, or have a Child Development Associate credential. Assistant teachers are in the process of completing their degrees or certifications. All of our teachers are trained in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Disease and Child Abuse Prevention and have completed the extensive Goddard orientation training. Continuing education is mandatory at our school and teachers participate in training through Goddard University or various local agencies. Communication is very important between parents and teachers and is enhanced through Daily Activity Reports, newsletters, progress reports, parent teacher conferences as well as daily contact.
