Karen is the On-Site Owner at The Goddard School and opened The Goddard School in Jackson Township in 2009. She has her Bachelor's degree in Education from The University of Akron and her Master's degree in Education from Malone. Previous to The Goddard School, Karen was a 3rd-6th grade teacher for Tuslaw and Jackson Local Schools.

Elizabeth is our center Director here at the Goddard School. She has her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Oakland University and has over 9 years of experience in early childhood education. She has worked in every age group ranging from Infant through 3rd grade. Her passion for child development is endless and is strongly dedicated to the guidance for teachers' professional development.

Keegan is the assistant director in training here at The Goddard School. She previously was a lead teacher in our First Steps classroom and a preschool assistant. Working beside the director, Keegan ensures a healthy and safe environment for families, their children and staff members.

Miss. Haley is our lead pre-k teacher. She has her associates degree in early childhood education and is headed into her 3rd school year with TGS. You may also find Haley in the front office some mornings as she assists administration in opening our building.

Ms. Kelsey is one of our Pre-K teachers at The Goddard School and holds her bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She is ready to inspire and teach the youth of our future young learners.

Miss Melissa is one of our Lead Pre-School teachers here at The Goddard School. She has worked in childcare for over 23 years and holds her CDA in Infant & Toddler. The goals for her students and future students are endless. She will help them succeed in all forms of development.

Miss. Amanda has been with TGS for 7 years and is currently our lead toddler teacher. She continues to love on the little ones and is great at making every child feel welcomed.

Miss Gillian is our Lead Get-Set teacher and has been with TGS for over 3 years. She has a great impact on all the little ones preparing for preschool. When she is not in school, you can find her photographing nature and going on adventures.

Miss Lauryn is a floater teacher here at The Goddard School while she works towards her bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She is gentle and sweet with any child who enters her room and gets on the children's level every single day.

Miss Riley currently attends Kent State University and will be obtaining her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently an assistant teacher in our pre-toddler classroom working alongside Miss Megan. She is always finding new and exciting things for the students to do and enjoys watching them grow and develop.

Miss Shawntel is our Assistant Get-Set teacher. She loves teaching children new things and helping them grow into their future selves.

Miss Alyssa is our lead preschool 1 teacher. She recently moved over from our toddler classroom and has an abundance of knowledge in child development. While working towards her degree in early childhood, she works full time and cares for her son.

Miss Alyssa is our assistant infant 2 teacher and works alongside Desiree. She recently moved here from Nebraska and is loving her new home.

Miss Colleen is a floater teacher here in our center. She is currently working towards her bachelor's degree in early childhood education. You can find her helping out in classrooms and covering infant breaks in the afternoon.

Miss Desiree is our lead infant 2 teacher. She has been in the field for over 5 years and continues to love on the babies. Her knowledge and expertise is critical for the growth and development of her students.

Miss Kaylee is a teacher in our preschool 2 classroom and works alongside Miss Melissa. She has been in the field of early childhood for over 5 years and is working towards her CDA.

Miss Lauren is our toddler assistant teacher and has grown to love all of the children in her classroom. With a nursing background, she continues to care for the children and maintain the health and well-being of the children.
