I am Sehar, holding dual Master's in Clinical & Mental Health Counseling with extensive experience in children's well-being. As a devoted mother of a graduate from The Goddard School, I have experienced firsthand the powerful influence it has in fostering inclusive and nurturing learning environments. My husband Farooq & I believe in strong educational foundations, excited to offer this to your kids. Our skilled educators provide a supportive environment for each child to grow at their own pace. Our innovative curriculum integrates current research in early education & socio-emotional development, addressing individual needs. Collaborating with parents for open communication & strong partnerships, we consider home-school coordination vital for child success. At The Goddard School, we are committed to making each day joyful & enriching, fostering lasting memories & laying a solid foundation for lifelong learning. Ms Pam brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to The Goddard School of Delaware. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Bowling Green State University, Pam has dedicated her career to supporting children and families. She has worked in behavioral health, childcare as a Lead Teacher, Assistant Director, and Director, and most recently at Olentangy Preschool and teaching Tap & Tumble. In her free time, Pam enjoys crafting, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family and pets. She’s excited to join our team and collaborate with our amazing teachers and students.

Miss Sana is our co-director. She has earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and completed her Child Development Associates (CDA) two years ago. She has been in the Early Childhood field for almost five years. Ms. Sana started her career as a Pre-K Lead Teacher and also have three years of experience in administration. When she moved to Delaware with her family, she started working in Delaware City Schools. She enjoys working with children and is passionate about teaching them new skills. Her goal as a teacher is to help children reach their potential in their journey towards developmental milestones. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family.

Ms. Kendra is a Co-Lead teacher on our Infant Team. She has over 16 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education profession. Most of her experience has been with young and older infants. She creates a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where infants can explore and learn through play. Ms Kendra helps infants achieve their developmental milestones through a variety of social, cognitive, and motor activities. She is a proud mother of three children and a loving grandmother of two. Ms. Kendra also has six dogs and she enjoys spending time with them.

Ms. Roquesa has over 10 years of experience in early childcare. Most of her experience has been with young and older infants. She has two young adult children, her son is 31, her daughter is 23 and her first grand baby is five. In her spare time, she likes to read, listen to all types of music and spends time with her family. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite restaurant is Olive Garden and Benihana‘s.

Ms. Krithika, a cherished member of our infant team. She holds a Masters degree in Economics. Beyond being an educator, she's a devoted mom of two—a college graduate and a high schooler. When she's not teaching, Ms. Krithika loves experimenting in the kitchen, finding her center with yoga, and taking scenic walks with friends. Her flair for fashion design shines through her own sari boutique. Ms. Krithika eagerly anticipates bonding with our young ones and guiding them towards their developmental milestones. She embodies patience and firmly believes in the unique talents of every child.

Ms. Christy has been in the Early Childhood Education field for the past 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and passion to our school. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State Community College. She finds joy in nurturing children and loves watching them grow and thrive. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and baking.

Ms. Joycelynn, also known as Ms. Joy within the classroom, brings a wealth of experience in early childhood education, with approximately three years dedicated to this field. After taking a year off, she is so happy to be back doing what she truly loves to do. Ms. Joy's expertise primarily lies in working with the younger age group, spanning from older infants to young toddlers. Her enthusiasm shines as she steps into the classroom to guide, teach, and connect with the children under her care. Witnessing their joyful smiles each day brings her immense satisfaction. Ms. Joy is eagerly looking forward to building connections with every child who enters her room. When she's not in the classroom, she cherishes quality time spent with her family at home.

Ms. Ashley holds an Associates in Art degree from Florida Atlantic University. With nearly 14 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to childcare, with a special focus on nurturing and guiding infants and toddlers. Ms. Ashley has a passion and calling for working with young children, and she believes that early childhood education is extremely important and valuable in helping to shape young minds. Ms. Ashley takes pride in nurturing young children, along with helping them develop self-help skills, and encouraging them to try new things to help gain confidence and build self-esteem. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, daughter, two step sons and their beloved dog.

Ms. Natalie brings over 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. After completing her graduation, she studied Equine Science, but her love for children of all ages inspired her to pursue a career in childcare. In her free time, she enjoys staying active with physical exercise, and her favorite activity is swimming. She is thrilled to be part of our team, bringing warmth, passion, and expertise to our classrooms.

Ms. Stacie has been dedicated to childcare for 22 years, working with children from 6 weeks old to age 5. She holds an Infant and Toddler CDA and is currently pursuing an associate degree in early childcare. She finds great joy in helping children learn and grow, especially witnessing their excitement when they discover something new. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, exploring new and interesting places around Ohio, and spending quality time with her family.

Ms Shyly is a dedicated preschool teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio Wesleyan University and two years of hands-on experience nurturing young learners. Her goal as a teacher is to create a warm, engaging classroom where each child feels valued and inspired to explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Outside of the classroom, Shyly enjoys spending time with her pets – a dog and a cat – cooking with her fiancé, and getting lost in a good book.

Ms. Sarah is a lead teacher for Pre-K; holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and in the process of obtaining her CDA. Ms. Sarah has worked in childcare for over 6 years, loves art and singing with children and is excited to care and help them grow as they learn and adventure into their future.

Ms. Priya is an awesome addition to the Goddard Team. Ms. Priya holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and brings creativity and passion to the classroom! Her goal as a teacher is to encourage children to explore new things, think in unique ways, and make learning fun. Teaching and being with children brings her so much happiness! In her free time, she enjoys dancing, fabric designing, and painting, and she loves spending quality time with her family.

Ms. Susie serves as our Kindergarten Enrichment teacher at The Goddard School of Delaware and is thrilled to be a part of our community. With over 6 1/2 years of teaching experience, she eagerly anticipates guiding your children in their learning journey. A proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to four, Ms. Susie possesses a rich background in culinary arts. Before transitioning to the realm of child care, she showcased her creativity as a pastry chef. Outside the classroom, she loves to bake, refurbish furniture, and tend to her garden.

Ms. Sharmila, blending culinary prowess with a BS in Computer Science, adroitly manages our kitchen while also navigating the technical orchestration of our state-of-the-art machinery, including Zono and Halo machines. Her multifaceted skills enhance both our culinary and technological operations, ensuring smooth, innovative, and efficient functionalities across the board.
