OwnerMr. Eric Park opened The Goddard School of Canal Winchester in 2006. He is a husband and father of three. He graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Human Ecology. In his spare time, Mr. Eric likes to travel and spend time with his wife and children. -

Executive PartnerMs. Heather is the Executive Partner at The Goddard School. She graduated from Columbus State with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development. Ms. Heather is a mother to three and enjoys spending time with her children and husband! -

Office Administrative AssistantMs. Catie joined The Goddard School in 2021. She started as a lead teacher and transitioned into the role of Administrative Assistant. She is eager to assist you and your family with anything you may need. In her free time, she enjoys camping and spending time with her family! -

Lead Infant TeacherMs. Cynthia joined our team in 2024 and has many years of Goddard experience. She is a graduate of The Ohio School of Phlebotomy. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She is currently working to obtain her CDA. Ms. Cynthia loves getting to know all of her families and their kids! -

Assistant Infant TeacherMs. Kristina joined The Goddard School in 2023. She loves to dance, play relay games and go outside with her class! You will often find her helping children with their social-emotional development in the classroom. On her days off, she enjoys watching her daughter play softball and traveling the country! -

Lead First Steps TeacherMs. Gabby joined The Goddard School in 2024. She loves teaching and watching her little friends grow and learn new things. She enjoys helping them reach milestones needed before moving to the toddler class! Kids are capable of amazing things and she loves helping them accomplish those things! -

Assistant Get Set TeacherMs. Linda joined The Goddard School in 2024! She is a graduate of UNAN in Nicaragua. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for her family and friends. Ms. Linda experienced her first snow fall in 2025, here in Ohio! -

Lead Preschool TeacherMs. Sammi joined The Goddard School in 2023. She enjoys doing art projects with her students and loves to see how excited they get when they learn something new! On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs. -

Lead Preschool TeacherMs. Rachel joined The Goddard School in 2019. She graduated in 2023 with her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her favorite thing about teaching is watching the children hit milestones and exploring new sensory textiles. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with family. -

Lead Pre-K TeacherMs. McKenzie joined The Goddard School in 2024. She has been an early childhood educator over 12 years. Ms. McKenzie loves karaoke, concerts and spending time with her family and friends. -
Melissa
Lead Pre-K TeacherMs. Melissa joined The Goddard School in 2019 and has taught multiple age groups in our building. From toddlers to preschool, she is now our pre-k lead. Ms. Melissa is eager to watch her children grow and excel as they prepare for kindergarten. She is also a mom of two, who have both attended Goddard! -

Kindergarten TeacherMs. Madison has been with Goddard since 2021. Ms. Madison graduated with her teaching degree from Ohio University. She is a cheerleading coach and loves spending time with family in her spare time! -
Alyssa
Resource/Bus DriverMs. Alyssa joined our team in 2021. She started as an assistant teacher and has transitioned into our resource and bus driver. She is a Bloom Carroll graduate and the oldest of five siblings. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her family, camping and traveling.
