Our Goddard School Teachers

Mr. Jonathan, on-site owner, joined The Goddard Family in 2013. Jonathan graduated from The Smeal College of Business from The Pennsylvania State University and has over 20 years of management experience. He has a passion for education similar to his parents, Miss Anne and Mr. John, who opened the preschool in 2001, and continues to maintain the high standards and traditions established over the last 25 years. Mr. Jonathan has four children in the Randolph Township School system. All four of Jonathan's children started in our Infant program and graduated from our Pre-K program!

Ms. Leigh Ann has been with our school since 2002 and was presented with “Director of the Decade” at the school. Leigh Ann attended Lock Haven University and has used her vast knowledge, education, and experience to develop and implement our award-winning curriculum. She also developed a unique camp program that changes each summer. She continues to be an exceptional role model and has sent four children to our school.

Ms. Molly, our Director of Education, has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and English. She has been with our school since 2010 and was instrumental in the development of our Kindergarten program which she also taught for 4 years. In addition to being named “Teacher of the Year’ in 2012, her musical “Annie” and her month-long “China experience" won her top honors. Both her Math and Reading programs have been exceptional in preparing our children for first grade. She has also been recognized by Randolph Elementary School Principals as an exceptional Educator. Both of Ms. Molly's sons, Matthew and Andrew, started in our Infant program and graduated from our Pre-K program.

Ms. Colette, Director of Operations, has been with our school since 2002. Prior to joining the office, Ms. Colette was the Lead Teacher in our Get Set room. She won our World Culture contest two years in a row; educating and creating both Africa and Australia in her class. Ms. Colette was also named "Teacher of the Year" in 2013. We could not be prouder of her well-deserved transition to the leadership team. Ms. Colette has two boys who have graduated from our school!

Ms. Christina is the Lead Pre-Kindergarten II Teacher and has been with our preschool since March 2023. She loves preparing her students for Kindergarten and delivers a premier Language Arts and Math curriculum. One of her favorite language activities is Sight Word Feud! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her daughter, Peyton, who attends Randolph High School. They love watching football and visiting family in Hilton Head. Ms. Christina's students know her favorite team is the Cincinnati Bengals and many wear their favorite jersey on football Fridays!

Ms. Talisa is an Assistant Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten II program. She has been teaching at our preschool since 2016 and loves working with children. Ms. Talisa enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time. Her favorite part of working at our school is contributing to the growth and academic development of the children in her room. Ms. Talisa's youngest son, Wesley, is currently in our Toddler program!

Ms. Cassie is the Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten I classroom. She has been with our preschool since 2014. Cassie attended the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse where she studied Early Childhood Middle Childhood Education (ECMC). Her favorite part of working with children is that every day is new and exciting, and she loves seeing her students achieve new milestones! A fun fact about Ms. Cassie- she has an identical twin sister. Ms. Cassie was named "Teacher of the Year" in 2018! Ms. Cassie has two children, Miles and Morgan, in our preschool!

Ms. Lisa, our Assistant Pre-Kindergarten I Teacher, has earned two degrees from Richard Stockton College. After substitute teaching in the Morris County public school districts, she joined the Goddard School in 2011. Her passion in teaching is Science, nature, and the environment. She was previously a Morris County Girl Scout Leader for over 10 years and earned Leader of the Year in her first year. Ms. Lisa was named The Goddard School Teacher of the Year during the 2015 school year. Ms. Lisa has been our STEAM and Chess at 3 program coordinator since 2023. In her spare time, Ms. Lisa enjoys bike riding, hiking, kayaking, star gazing, and gardening!

Ms. Ashleigh is a Lead Teacher in our Preschool II classroom. She attended Hudson County Community College and received a degree in Culinary Arts! She is now pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Ashleigh began working with students in 2019 and she loves teaching them and watching them grow. Ms. Ashleigh has been with our preschool since 2021 and feels that helping little minds learn and watching them be creative is so much fun! In her spare time, she enjoys baking, cooking and spending time with her friends and family. We are so excited to have Ms. Ashleigh as part of our team!

Ms. Tempestt is an Assistant Teacher in our Preschool II program. She has been working with children in the early childhood setting since 2011. Ms. Tempestt loves creative writing and reading and aspires to be an author one day! Her favorite part of teaching children in their eagerness to learn through purposeful play.

Ms. Anyi is the Lead Teacher in our Preschool I classroom. Ms. Anyi is working on obtaining her CDA and loves working with the children in the Polar Bear classroom. In her free time, she loves to go hiking and spend time with her friends and family. We are thrilled that Ms. Anyi is a part of our Goddard family! She has been with our preschool since 2022!

Ms. Lauryn is the Assistant Teacher in our Preschool I classroom. She graduated from the County College of Morris. She has been working with children, aging from infants to PreK, for over 10 years now and has been a member of our preschool since 2017! She plans to continue her education in Sports Management and loves spending time with her family. Ms. Lauryn loves all things Disney and loves all the small conversations she has with the students in her care!

Ms. Emiliya is the Lead Teacher in our older Toddler program. She holds a degree in Business Management and a teaching license and accreditation from Pennsylvania state University. Ms. Emiliya has been working with children in a preschool setting since 2020. She joined our team in 2024. She loves helping her students meet their full potential. In her spare time, she loves watching football with her family. Her favorite thing is being a mommy to her son, Zayne, and daughter, Zen, who are both students in The Goddard School of Randolph. A fun fact about Ms. Emiliya is that she has traveled all around the world, has been to 35 different countries, and is multilingual!

Ms. Kim is an Assistant Teacher in our older Toddler classroom. She has an associate's degree from the County College of Morris in Social Work and is planning to continue her education at Rutgers University. Ms. Kim loves working with children as she enjoys their positive energy and curiosity. She loves traveling and spending time with her family and friends in her free time. Ms. Kim's positive energy, creativeness, and willingness to take on any task have been a welcome addition to our preschool team!

Ms. Courtney is an Assistant Teacher in our older Toddler classroom. She is a proud mommy of two children and has worked as a teaching assistant in a Special Education program prior to joining our preschool team. Ms. Courtney loves to see the children learn and grow each day while having so much fun. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her children, crafting, baking, and reading! She plans to continue her education with a degree in Child Psychology and Early Childhood Behavior.

Ms. Sasha is the Lead Teacher in our Toddler program. She attended University in South Africa and also holds a Hospitality degree from the South African Hospitality Institute. Ms. Sasha has been teaching preschool children for 8 years and is a proud mother of two children who currently attend The Goddard School of Randolph. She loves watching her students meet their first milestones and helping them succeed! In her spare time, she loves cooking, baking, and martial arts.

Ms. Nancy is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler Classroom. She has been a part of The Goddard School since 2008. She is committed to the children and helps to promote a love of learning! Ms. Nancy loves to travel and visit beautiful beaches! She also loves going to movies and spending time with her daughter, Lauryn, who is also a teacher in our preschool!

Ms. Destinee is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler program. She has been a teacher at our school since January 2024 and has been working in the early childhood setting since 2020. Her favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow and their eagerness to learn. A fun fact about Ms. Destinee is that she attends the Christine Valmy Esthetics and Cosmetology School. She also loves drawing and coloring!

Ms. Debbie is the Lead Teacher in our First Steps Room. She has a degree in Early Childhood Studies from Juniata College. Ms. Debbie loves seeing how quickly her students pick up new skills, and, of course, all the daily hugs! Ms. Debbie has been part of The Goddard Family since 2008 and loves reading and baking in her free time.

Ms. Colleen is an Assistant Teacher in our First Steps classroom. She started working in child care in 2000 and has been with our preschool since 2020. She loves to help infants reach their milestones. Ms. Colleen says that seeing the children smile brightens her day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her cats! She has four nephews who mean the world to her! We are very excited to have Ms. Colleen as one of our First Steps teachers!

Ms. Hannah is an Assistant Teacher in our First Steps classroom. She has been working at our school since February of 2022. Ms. Hannah has many years of experience working with children and also has 7 siblings! She loves Disney and working on crafts. In her spare time, she loves to hang out with her husband and her kitty cat! Ms. Hannah is a great addition to our Goddard team!

Ms. Rachel is the Lead Infant program teacher. She joined our Infant room in 2025 and has been an amazing addition to our team. Ms. Rachel graduated from Montclair State University and loves working with infants and making a difference in their young lives. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, baking, and learning new languages. Ms. Rachel cannot wait to welcome your little one to our school!

Ms. Llamil, or Ms. Milly as we call her, is the Assistant Teacher in our Infant Classroom! She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Puerto Rico, has been working with children for over 13 years, and has two sons of her own. She loves watching the children grow and helping them learn new things! Ms. Milly is wonderful at coming up with creative projects and activities that engage and challenge the children. Ms. Milly has been with our preschool since 2018, and we are so excited to have her as part of our Goddard Family!

Ms. Paula is a graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education. Her major instrument is piano. She was employed by the Public School System of New Jersey where she directed numerous musical reviews, concerts, and musicals and was also a recipient of the Governor’s Recognition program otherwise known as “Teacher of the Year.” Her song, “Give Us Books”, is traditionally performed for the past 13 years during R.E.A.D. week in Bergen County! Ms. Paula owns and operates “Once upon a Musical” and “Music and Me!" and has been our Music Specialist since we opened the preschool in 2001! Her energetic approach to Music Education has earned her much acclaim and admiration from our parents, students, and teachers.
