Where They Start Matters
At The Goddard School of Randolph, we believe that the start of your child's journey matters. Since 2001, we have proudly served Randolph, Roxbury, and the surrounding communities. We’re open 12 months a year, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and offer a Chess program, Music enrichment, hands-on STEAM, a Farmer's program, and tenured teachers. We are uniquely situated on 3 acres of property with two newly renovated playgrounds and a one-of-a-kind outdoor classroom space featuring a Butterfly Sanctuary, Vegetable Garden, and Flower Garden.

Meet Jonathan Owner/Operator
Mr. Jonathan, on-site owner, joined The Goddard Family in 2013. Jonathan graduated from The Smeal College of Business from The Pennsylvania State University and has over 20 years of management experience. He has a passion for education similar to his parents, Miss Anne and Mr. John, who opened the preschool in 2001, and continues to maintain the high standards and traditions established over the last 25 years. Mr. Jonathan has four children in the Randolph Township School system. All four of Jonathan's children started in our Infant program and graduated from our Pre-K program!

Infant
6 w - 12 m
In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.
First Steps
12 - 18 m
We support and encourage children to confidently explore and develop new skills, language and ideas.
Toddlers
12 - 24 m
As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.
Twos
2 - 3 yrs
In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.
Bridge
2.5 - 3.5 yrs
As your child continues to gain independence, build self-care skills and learn more about themselves, the Bridge classroom provides the support they need to thrive in a preschool setting.
Preschool
3 - 4 yrs
In our Preschool classroom, your child starts their journey into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting.
Pre-K
4 - 5 yrs
As your child prepares for Kindergarten, our Pre-K classroom offers exciting opportunities to develop important skills, make new friends and explore the world around them.

What Our Goddard Village Is Saying
The Goddard school in Randolph is like an extended family. From John and Anne and Jonathan running everything, to Michelle and Collette in the office, to the teachers in all the classrooms, and even the other parents, everyone makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. I can honestly say that we have not had a single negative experience with anyone there. Our daughter has flourished under the care and guidance of her wonderful teachers and has many friends. Goddard is wonderful.
The owners, directors and teachers may very well be the best in the industry as far as I'm concerned. I hardly every think about the baby while I'm at work and it's not because I don't care about him it's because I truly 200% trust he's being loved, taught, and well taken care of. I'd recommend this school to anyone and everyone!
The children appear consistently engaged and everyone seems as if they're having fun, including the teachers. The teachers and owners greet us (the parents and children) with smiles when we're coming and going, there always seems to be some new, exciting activity in the works, and I get the impression that everyone who works there sincerely cares about the children. It's just a very positive and welcoming environment.
Our daughter has been with Goddard since she was 4.5 months old - now she has just turned 5 years old. The owners and staff have always treated us like family. There is always a welcoming face to greet you when you come in the door and the teachers are some of the best! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for our daughter to start school.
Very professional,caring,knowledgeable and committed owners,directors and teachers. We appreciate that Anne and John are very dedicated and always on site. Everybody at the school is very friendly and welcoming. We also love the daily communications and pictures throughout the day.The teachers are very supportive and understanding.
Everything! The thoughtful, well-planned, and comprehensive curriculum, the wonderful teachers, the front-office staff, and the space itself. It's a really welcoming, warm environment that utilizes awesome technology to keep parents engaged throughout the day (we love Tadpoles!). We are very, very happy that we chose Goddard.
I love everything about the Goddard School. My son has graduated from Goddard and we have our daughter enrolled here now. Our son is far ahead of the other children in the local public school system, and we have no doubt our daughter will be to. I would recommend this school to everyone (and I have). Ken Goss
Anne and John know every family and are extremely friendly and caring. I believe they have done a great job updating the classrooms and removing the carpeting. The school environment is fun yet academic and I'm impressed by the projects and activities my child does on a daily basis. I also LOVE the programs they bring to the school as they're providing so many enrichment opportunities for the kids.

Grow NJ Kids is a state-sponsored initiative to raise the quality of child care and early learning throughout New Jersey. Grow NJ Kids gives child care and early learning programs resources to assess and improve their programs, while providing parents with information that allows them to evaluate the quality of programs and make the best choices for their child. A program of Child Care Aware of America, Child Care Aware helps families learn more about the elements of quality child care and how to locate programs in their communities. Child Care Aware also provides child care providers with access to resources for their child care programs.
CHESS AT THREE
Chess at Three is an innovative, narrative-based program that uses a collection of fun stories to teach chess to children in an entertaining, play-focused way. For example, instead of teaching children that kings move one square at a time, children learn that one king moves very slowly because his belly is big and one moves slowly because he is afraid of everything. By following these stories, children quickly start to play chess and solve chess puzzles.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
