Hello! I’m Ms Lori, Director of Operations, Morning Greeter and Special Events Coordinator at The Goddard School of Flemington — the #1 daycare in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, for play-based learning and early childhood development. I’ve proudly served in our nurturing and loving classroom environment since 2006. My husband John and I have been happily married for 30 years, and we’re the proud parents of two grown children: Ariana (29) and Marco (26). Outside of school, you’ll often find me spending quality time with my family, baking up something delicious, cooking new recipes, or enjoying a bit of shopping. What I love most about being part of The Goddard School of Flemington is helping children light up with curiosity as they discover something new every day. I am deeply passionate about cultivating a lifelong love of learning in young children, encouraging them to know that with confidence and curiosity, they can do anything they set their minds to.

Hi! I’m Ariane Previde de Paz, a Brazilian educator with a heart that beats for learning and children. I’ve been working with young learners since I was 18 years old, and for five wonderful years I had the joy of guiding teachers and children as a Pedagogical Coordinator in São Paulo. I believe every child carries a world of possibilities—and our mission as educators is to help them discover it. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Portuguese Language, along with postgraduate specializations in Bilingual Education, Grammar and Linguistics, and Education of Students with Hearing Disabilities. These experiences have shaped my approach to inclusive, creative, and language-rich classrooms. I love stories in all forms—reading them, living them, and sharing them over a good cup of coffee. Five years ago, I moved to the United States with my husband, and today I’m the proud mom of two amazing kids who inspire me every single day. They are, without a doubt, my greatest life project.

Hello! My name is Arfa, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the First Steps Lead Teacher at The Goddard School of Flemington. I hold a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and have spent the past seven years working in academic and early childhood settings. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring new restaurants, cooking, crafting coffee drinks, or spending time with my husband and our cat, Aries. Goddard’s commitment to nurturing creativity, curiosity, confidence, and compassion truly inspires me, and I’m honored to be part of this mission.

My name is Shital Shah, and I am an assistant teacher in the First Steps room. I have been a part of this family since January 2025. Up till now I enjoy everything that comes with this experience. I have been working with kids for 25 years now. I believe the kids have a pure soul and are amazing to work with. I always try my best to create a safe and educational environment for them. I have been married for 25 years and have two kids. In my free time I like to spend time with my kids, listen to music and meditate.

Hi! I’m Ms. Melissa Campbell, and I’m so proud to be part of The Goddard School of Flemington, where every day is filled with laughter, learning, and love. I’ve known I wanted to teach since I was little, and after eight wonderful years in early childhood education, I still wake up excited to help children learn, grow, and discover their own confidence. In our preschool classroom, I create a warm, nurturing space where children feel safe, curious, and brave enough to try new things — whether that’s solving a tricky problem, sharing their feelings, or exploring the world through play. Watching them grow and gain independence is truly the best part of my day. Outside the classroom, I love spending time with my husband, our energetic daughter, and our dog Tripp. Music, singing, and finding new adventures together fill my heart — just like seeing my students’ smiles when they master something new. I’m so grateful to be part of a team that makes The Goddard School of Flemington.

Hi! I am Shania Martinez. I enjoy being around kids and I love to see them improve throughout time. I am extremely happy to be a part of their journey. I like to watch soccer and movies on my own time and I also really enjoy doing nails.

Hello! My name is Melani Ramirez. I am the aftercare teacher in the Toddler room since October 2022. I love being able to work and be around kids! I am extremely grateful to be able to play a role in their little lives and seeing them learn something new everyday. I love seeing the light bulb moments and hearing them navigate situations with the words we help them learn. In general I enjoy seeing them grow, learn and develop. A bit about me is that I have two older sisters and a younger sister. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my family, friends and boyfriend. I also enjoy shopping! If anything you can always find me at Marshalls, HomeGoods, or Tjmaxx!

My name is Elizabeth but I get called Liz at Goddard and by friends and family. I work in the infant room and love seeing these babies grow up. I have an identical twin sister and two older brothers, that work in Guatemala. I am fluent in two languages, Spanish and English. On my free time I like to paint, sing and go to yoga. I also love working out at the gym. A unique thing about me is that I practice Color Guard. It is a "unique" sport that includes dance, flexibility and more. My favorite color is pink and I love elephants. I love working with different ages of kids and teaching them amazing things.

Hi, I am Ella Davis. I love working with kids and watching them grow into amazing individuals. I love teaching them new things and seeing them improve on skills that they’ve been working on. I’m proud to dedicate my time to working with kids. On my own time I like to do eyelashes.

Ms. Swag is a dedicated educator who finds immense joy in supporting children's growth and development. She joined The Goddard School family in August 2025, bringing over five years of experience in education and child development. Ms. Swag holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed). Her diverse professional background includes two years at a Montessori school and two years teaching high school science, giving her a unique perspective on early learning. As a mother of two, she is personally invested in fostering a love for learning, creativity, and confidence in every child. Outside of her work, Ms. Swag enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and listening to Indian music.

Hi, My name is Margarita I am the assistant teacher in the toddler classroom. I joined The Goddard School in Flemington in October .I have three grown children Kevin (31), Yessica (29) and my youngest Amy is (17).I also have a grandson Leo that is my pride and Joy! I have been working with the toddlers for the past ten years . I love seeing the spark in their eyes whenever they learn something new! In my spare time I enjoy cooking for my family and friends. My favorite hobby is to crochet.

Hi, I’m Ms. Evelyn, My favorite color is yellow. I love going hiking and playing Lacrosse . When I am not at work you can find me at the gym working out. I love working with my twin sister Ms. Liz. She has taught me so much about The Goddard School! I really enjoy spending time with all of the different age groups in our school. I find this job very rewarding because I love watching the children grow and learn new things.
