Hello Parents and Parent to Be! We are the on-site owners and are very excited to be a part of The Goddard School® family! Ms. Brenda has a degree in Sociology and is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality academic, social and emotional care for your children. Mr. Eric has a degree in Health and Physical Education as well as experience as a Goddard Teacher, Director and has worked for Goddard Systems, Inc for many years. We both enjoy working with children and are proud parents of two boys so we recognize the importance of presenting a consistent and robust curriculum, in a safe and nurturing environment!

Hello Families! I am the Educational Director here at the Goddard School in Bel Air! I received my degree in Early Childhood from Frostburg State University and have been working with children since 2006. I have been with Goddard since February of 2014 where I started as a toddler teacher. As the Educational Director, I oversee everything in the classroom. I help guide the teachers in many different ways including lesson planning and daily schedules. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two boys and my baby girl who all attend/ed Goddard! I look forward to meeting all of our new families!

Hello Parents! I am the Operational Director at The Goddard School and I have been with Goddard since 2013! I have been teaching and loving children for over 30 years and I owned my own Center for 18 years in Kingsville, MD. I wear many different hats here but in particular I make sure all forms, State and Goddard are correct, ensure the health and safety standards are top notch, handle all Childcare Aware Military certificates and provide the weekly emails to all the families. I'm also a proud mother of two daughters and a beautiful granddaughter and two grandsons who also attended Goddard. I believe education is the most powerful tool we can use to change the world!

Hello Everyone! My name is Ms. Destiny and I am the Curriculum and Training Coordinator. I have been with Goddard Bel Air since 2019 and have had the pleasure of working with children and families across various ages in different classrooms. I have also been a Goddard parent navigating some of the same first as you. I hold my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix. I have a passion for maintaining high-quality learning environments, incorporating fun engaging activities, and supporting inquiry-based learning through our Wonder of Learning Curriculum. I aim to provide my expertise in the best early childhood practices to maintain excellence in our program. I am always eager to connect with our students and families so never hesitate to say hello!

Hello Baby Bear Parents! My name is Ms. Emily and I started with The Goddard School in August 2024! I have been working with infants for several years and I have loved every part of being their first teacher! I am fluent in ASL and have all my certifications for Infant and Toddlers. I am so excited to be a part of the baby bear team and to be able to bond with the babies and parents. I cannot wait to grow with your child and The Goddard School!

Hello Everyone! My name is Ms. Jillian and I am a teacher in the Preschool Elegant Elephant room. I have been with Goddard since July 2017! I have many years experience working with young children. I am currently attending college and pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I currently hold my 90 Hour Early Childhood Certificate and my 45 Hour Infant and Toddler Certificate. I love watching the children I teach grow and have fun! The best part of my day is when the children give hugs, smiles and high-fives before they leave for the day!

Greetings Goddard Families, I am Ms. Jennifer! I have been with Goddard since October 2021. I am a mother of two beautiful girls and married to my Highschool sweetheart. I have always had a passion to teach since an early age. I have taught in a professional child care center for over 20 years. I hold my Childhood Development Associate Certificate in Infant and Toddlers as well as my 90 Hour Preschool, Medication Administration, CPR & First Aid Certifications and many others. I believe that children learn best when taught hands-on through play and interaction. I also believe it takes a strong parent and teacher community to raise a child. I look forward in building a relationship with the families here at Goddard!

Hello, my name is Ms. Kawaii. I have worked here at the Goddard School since 2007! I have my associates degree as well as my 90 hr. certifications. Some of my previous experience includes working at William S. James Elementary School and MedStar. At Goddard, I would like to provide your child with as many opportunities as possible to learn through play and provides lots of hands-on activities. I look forward to getting to know your children and giving them a strong foundation of the love for learning.

Hello! My name is Ms. Beth and I am a Toddler teacher in the Lively Lion Room. I have worked for Goddard for a several of years and I absolutely love it! I moved to Bel Air from Bare Hills, MD where I also taught in the infant room. I have been at this Goddard since 2019. I hold my Associates Degree in Early Childhood and both my 90 hour Preschool Certificate and my 45 Hour Infant and Toddler Certificates. I have a little girl who is amazing and also attends our school! In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, going to the beach or pool and spending time with by family and friends. Hello! My name is Ms. Gina and I am a PreK/K teacher in the Leaping Leopard classroom. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education from Towson University and I have worked in the field of education for several years. I have been a part of the Goddard School since August of 2014 and I have enjoyed every minute of it! I have two beautiful children who also attended Goddard. I love coming to work everyday to help children learn and grow, both academically and socially!

Hello parents! I have been here with Goddard since January 2023 but have working in this industry for several years. I have lots of experience with children, as I used to coach cheerleading and provided student tutoring. I’m CPR and First Aid Certified and hold my 90 Hour Preschool and 45 Infant and Toddler Certifications. I am currently attending college to earn my Elementary Education Degree. I’m very excited to be working here and helping your child learn and grow!

Hello! I'm Ms. Molly. I just joined the Goddard team January 2024! I am attending Harford Community College for Early Childhood Education. I will then continue to Towson University for my BA. I was recently awarded the Presidents List at HCC. I have over 3 years of experience working with children. I hold my 90 hour Preschool Certification and my favorite has been working with children with special needs. I love to travel and volunteer. I am excited to get to know all of you!

I enjoy working with children of all ages and helping them achieve new milestones. If I’m not in the classroom, you can find me at the beach or diving into a good book. Hello Everyone! My name is Ms. Kennedie, the newest addition to the Goddard Teacher Family (September 2025)! To the classroom, I bring an impressive set of certifications, including CPR/AED, 90 preschool clock hours, and abuse/ prevention training. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children not only develop a love for learning but also feel encouraged to explore, grow, and express themselves. My goal is to help each child grow not only as a learner but also as a confident, compassionate individual who feels empowered to contribute positively to the world around them. Outside of school, I enjoy attending church, reading, and spending time with friends and family which allows me to create a caring, enthusiastic, and grounded environment. My most important value is building trust and strong communication with families. I look forward to building strong connections to work together to help your child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally!

Hi Goddard Families, my name is Ms. Kendall! I am a lead teacher in the Elegant Elephant classroom alongside Ms. Jillian! I joined the Goddard village in Fall 2025, bringing my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. I am currently working towards earning my 90-hour preschool teacher certification. I have been working in childcare since 2018 and love to help kids learn and grow to become the best versions of themselves. Hi I’m Ms. Annie and I am proud to be a team member at Goddard since 2016! I worked in the Infant Baby Bear room for many years but this year I will be teaching our First Step friends! I hold my 90 hour Preschool Certificate and my Infant/Toddler Certificate. I have also worked as a nanny for many years. I will continue my education to be the best caregiver I can be. I am an only child who grew up with a great and loving extended family. I love children and have always wanted this to be my career. I look forward to spending my days loving and taking care of your children.

Hello, my name is Ms. Sarah. I have been the Pre-K teacher in the Tiger Room since 2007, and have been working with children since 2001. I have a Bachelor's degree from Towson University where I majored in Family Studies- Services to Children, and minored in Psychology. I am very passionate about making a difference in the lives of all of the children I teach, and look forward to meeting and working with my new students and their families!

Hello parents, my name is Ms. Linda and I have been teaching since 2012. I am a mother of five energetic, very busy children. We are new to Maryland, all the way from Texas and are loving all the greenery that surrounds us here! I have been with Goddard since August 2022. My passion has always been Early Education. I am working towards earning my CDA so I can continue my even further. I currently hold my CPR/First Aid training and my 90 Hour Preschool Certification. I love watching children grow and achieve new milestones and know that I had a part in. I am excited to be on this journey with you and your child!

Hi Goddard Families, my name is Ms. Angelina (I go by Ms. Angel) and I am a lead teacher in the Happy Hippo first step classroom. I have been working at Goddard since January 2026. I obtained my Associates Degree from Harford Community College. I hold my ADA, 45 Hour Preschool, and 45 Hour Infant and Toddler certifications. I am also a credentialed teacher through the State of Maryland. I have been working in childcare since 2019. My passion in early childhood education is creating that special bond with the children and their families as they put trust in me to care for their most prize possession. I recently started with The Goddard School in March 2025, bringing two years of experience in childcare. I hold a 45-hour Infant and Toddler certificate, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am eager to continue obtaining certifications that will support me in pursuing a degree in early childhood education. Hello Families! My name is Ms. Melanie and joined this Team in September 2023. I have worked in childcare for many years and I love getting to know each child! It is an amazing sight to watch them grow and learn! I hold my 90-hour certification in Preschool and plan on going back to school for Early Childhood Education! In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking and spending time with my husband!

Hi Goddard families, my name is Ms. Amira and I am a teacher in the Jolly Giraffe room! I have been working at Goddard since September of 2025. I am certified in CPR, first aid, and AED. I am a cheerleading coach at Harford Cheerleading where I also work with children from various ages. My passion in early childhood education is to provide children with a safe environment to grow and build relationships with their peers. I am excited to begin my journey with the Goddard community and continue to grow in my skill set. I look forward to seeing you all around the school!

I have been working with children of all ages since I was fifteen, and I’ve had the privilege of working in various settings, including dance studios, child development centers and the Baltimore County Public School system. I hold an associate’s degree in social work and I’m CPR and First Aid certified. I am passionate about creativity and finding fun ways to engage children in learning activities that encourage movement. I cannot wait to get to know you and your child throughout the school year!

Hello! My name is Ms. Laurel and I am a Pre-K Teacher in the Kickin' Kangaroo classroom. I have been a part of the Goddard Bel Air family since December 2019 and have loved every second of it! I have my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/ Special Education from Towson University. A fun fact about me is that I LOVE Taylor Swift and I have a dog named Mufasa, who we rescued and he goes everywhere with me! I look forward to meeting you and am excited to work with you and your children in the Kangaroo Room to help prepare them for Kindergarten!

Hello! My name is Ms. Mikayla, and I’ve been a preschool teacher for several years. I grew up in Bel Air but moved to Florida in 2023. I’m thrilled to have returned to Bel Air in May of 2025! During my time in Florida, I earned my CDA (Childcare Development Associate certification) and attended Eastern Florida State College for crime scene technology. I am planning to return to school to obtain a degree in Early Childhood Education! I’m a huge Disney and Taylor Swift fan! My favorite subjects are math and science, and I’m excited to instill a love for these subjects in your student! I am eager to create a strong bond with not only the students but also every family!

Hello Families! My name is Ms. Danielle, and I’m thrilled to be teaching in the Jolly Giraffe classroom. I joined the Goddard team in February 2026, and I’ve been passionate about childcare since 2006. I hold a 45-Hour Infant and Toddler certificate, a 90-hour certification, and am CPR and First Aid certified. When I’m not in the classroom, I love spending quality time with my family. We have two sons and one daughter, and we enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and spending time with our extended family. Both of my sons are passionate about basketball and football, and I’m an avid football fan, cheering on the Baltimore Ravens. I also enjoy shopping, going to the beach, and catching up with friends. I’m excited about the opportunity to get to know your child, support their growth and learning, and build a strong relationship with all of the families.
