Our Goddard School Teachers

Paul and Natalie's background are a blend of education and business management. Paul is a graduate of Concordia University where he completed his B.S. in Business and went on to pursue a Masters in Education. Paul worked for many years as a High School Language Arts Teacher. His graduate program in literacy and thesis research reinforced the extreme importance of the first several years of life in terms of long-term learning and academic success. He was looking for a way to make an impact at the earlier ages. That journey led him to Goddard. Natalie holds a Bachelor's Degree from Portland State University in Child and Family Studies and Early Childhood Education. She previously worked for over a decade as a substitute teacher for local school districts. Paul and Natalie are the proud parents of 4 boys ages 11-17. We believe very strongly that our school is the highest quality educational experience in our area. We are proud to be a part of it.

Danae has been working with children from infants to twelve years old since 2008. Danae has been at the Goddard School of Salmon Creek for over 10 years! She has her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood from Eastern Washington University.

Kaley earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Special Education. Prior to leaving Goddard in 2015 to pursue her education full-time, Kaley was a lead teacher at our Goddard School for 3 years...she was one of our teachers when we opened in 2012. She returned in 2017 after graduating and was Lead teacher in our Pre-K class. She now serves the school as the Director.

Ms. Olivia comes to us with many years of Early Childhood Education and School -Age experience. Prior to being with us, she worked as the ECE Director at a local school. She is excited to build relationships with families and staff.

Ms. Ty has several years of experience with other centers as well as education in the field. She earned her Associates Degree and is continuing her education in Early Childhood Education. She currently supports as a floating assistant in multiple classrooms.

Viri has worked with young children for over 5 years, though her focus has been with infants and toddlers. In her previous role, she was an infant teacher at WSU Pullman. Viri is bilingual, and fluent in Spanish. She is currently the Infant Lead Teacher.

Ms. Caitlin holds a Bachelors of Arts Integrated Studies. In addition to Goddard, Ms. Caitlin was previously a coordinator at Boys and Girls Club. She is currently a Lead in our youngest toddler classroom.

Ms. Jadyn is the lead teacher in our Bumblebees classroom (young toddler). She has multiple years experience in the childcare industry. Ms. Jadyn is currently working on her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education at Clark College.

Ms. Monica has been working in the childcare industry since 2018. Monica received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Clark College. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Ms. Monica is the lead teacher in our Dragonflies classroom (young toddler).

Christina has prior experience working with young children and has worked with most all ages at Goddard. She is currently actively pursuing her formal education in Early Childhood Education through Clark College. Christina is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Frogs classroom (ages 2-3).

Ms. Taylor joined our school in 2022. She is currently working towards a degree in Elementary Education. Taylor is our Lead Teacher in the Turtles classroom (ages 2.5-3.5).

Ms. Kadee has her Associate's Degree from Clark College. She joined our school in Summer of 2022 and is currently a Co-Lead Teacher in our Frogs classroom (ages 2-3).

Ms. Chelsea is distinguished as our most veteran Goddard teacher. Chelsea graduated from Washington State University in Vancouver, WA with her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Development. Ms. Chelsea has been a teacher at our school for over 10 years! Chelsea is the Lead teacher in our Lightning Bolts class (ages 3-4).

Ms. Michelle came to Goddard with nearly a decade of experience in licensed centers-mostly as a lead teacher. She has earned her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. She serves as the Lead Teacher in the Thunderclaps class (ages 3-4).

Ms. Brandi joined our school in early 2022, and serves as an assistant teacher in the Thunderclap classroom (ages 3-4).

Jess has over 11 years experience working with young children. Prior to joining The Goddard School, she was an Assistant Preschool Teacher at SWCCC centers in Vancouver, WA. Jess has her Child Development Associate credential and her WA State Early Childhood Education Stackable certificates. She is a Co- Lead teacher in our Comets class (ages 4-5).

Ms. Alice has an Associates Degree in Family Science with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education from BYU Idaho. She is a Co-Lead Teacher in the Comets Class (ages 4-5).

Ms. Caroline has well over a decade of experience working with Preschool and Pre-K students in a number of environments. She specializes in preparing children excellently for Kindergarten. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelors in Teacher Education. She is a Co-Lead teacher in the Stars class (ages 4-5).

Ms. Chrissy is one of our longest-serving staff members and has worked many roles. Chrissy has been working with children since she was in high school. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards a Bachelors Degree. Chrissy is currently a Co-Lead teacher in our Stars class (ages 4-5).

Ms. Angela returned to Goddard in January after some time away. She has a particular love for the infant age and currently serves as the assistant in our infant classroom.

Ms. Suzy has been a lead teacher at multiple ages at Goddard since 2016. Suzy earned her Associates Degree in Early Child Education at Clark College and is currently working on a Bachelors degree. She is the current Lead Teacher in our infant classroom. She is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish.

Ms. O'Sea joined our school in the beginning of 2025 and currently serves as the assistant teacher in our Bumblebees classroom (young toddlers).

Ms. Kaleo joined our school in the beginning of 2023 and currently serves as the assistant teacher in our Bumblebees classroom (young toddlers).

Ms. (Lyud)Mila joined our school in January 2022. She is fluent in three languages and serves as the Assistant Teacher in our Lightning Bolts classroom. (ages 3-4)

Ms. Jennifer has over 18 years of experience working with children of all ages. She has been with us since 2014. Just prior to joining The Goddard School, she was a lead teacher for children ages 3-5 at other centers in the Vancouver and Ridgefield, Washington areas.

Ms. Brooke has been working with children since 2017. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Education and Learning from Pacific University. Ms. Brooke is the Co-Lead teacher in our Walking Sticks classroom. She works with our youngest toddlers, sometimes referred to as "wobblers."

Ms. Kaitlyn supports multiple classrooms. Prior to Goddard, Ms. Kaitlyn worked in a child development program for several years at her school. She also began a program toward becoming an Elementary School teacher.

Ms. Leslie has worked as a lead teacher at a Goddard School in another state. She particularly enjoys younger toddler ages, and she currently supports multiple classrooms.

Ms. Ashley has supported in multiple classrooms, but has found the Toddlers/Get Set students capture her heart most of all. We are very excited to have her join our Turtles classroom.

Ms. Seana came to Goddard without much group care experience. During her time here she has enjoyed spending time in the younger toddler classrooms.

Ms. Emma has come to us with previous experience at another center. She particularly enjoys the toddler ages, and has been a wonderful addition to our Dragonflies classroom.

Ms. Holly has worked at previous licensed centers as well as nannying. She has a love for older toddlers/preschoolers and also supports in multiple classrooms.

Ms. Ana supports multiple classrooms. While at Goddard she has found a passion for infants/young toddlers. Prior to Goddard she has had experience at other licensed providers.

Ms. Caitlyn came to Goddard with a passion for Preschool/PreK students. She currently supports in multiple classrooms and is also a mother to a Goddard student.

Ms. Noel came to Goddard with some previous nannying experience. During her time here, she has enjoyed spending time in the younger toddler classrooms. We are excited for her to join the Fireflies class.

Ms. Shelby is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Education. She came to us from another Goddard school out of state. She enjoys working in the preschool classrooms.

Ms. Hailey came to Goddard with some previous nannying experience. During her time here she has been supporting in multiple classrooms. She has found that our Preschool and PreK classrooms have captured her heart most of all.
