I am the new owner of this Goddard School in Redmond, WA. Seattle has been my home now for close to 20 years. I have two exceptional children myself. My love for children and passion for education has inspired me to open a preschool. I have over three years of experience owning the Goddard school. I am also an avid volunteer in our schools and other community programs. Our mission at The Goddard School of Redmond is to provide a premium early childhood education while fostering each child's physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and moral development in a safe, nurturing, fun, and happy environment. I am committed to providing every child with a loving and caring atmosphere to support the development of strong character, self-esteem, confidence, creativity, and a life-long love of learning. I am also committed to partnering with every Goddard family, so your children can grow and learn in an equal and encouraging environment!

Director of Education Ms. Elsa joined The Goddard School in August 2012. She taught for five years in our Herons classroom before becoming our school's Education Director. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from National University and has over 15 years of experience with children of all ages. She currently received the Aim4Excellence National Director Credential through the Mc Cormick center for Early Childhood Leadership at National Louis University. Her experience also includes teaching and coaching children with Special Needs. Ms. Elsa spends most of her free time with her two daughters, son, and husband.

Director of Operations Ms. Sam joined The Goddard School team in October 2011. Ms. Sam comes to us with years of experience in working with children. She has an Associate of Arts and Science and an Associate of Technical Arts in Ornamental Horticulture. Ms. Sam is also working on her Childhood Development Associates Degree. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, playing a game of golf, sewing, and crafting.

Operations Coordinator Ms. Yashna joined The Goddard School in August 2012. She is currently enrolled at Bellevue College, completing her Associate's Degree. Ms. Yashna is our jack of all trades around the school! Outside of school, she loves to play the drums, the guitar, and the piano! "I love everything, but my favorite part of the day is doing storytime with each class. As well as playing outside!"- Yashna

Education Coordinator Ms. Lisbet began teaching at The Goddard School in April 2008. Ms. Lisbet had strived to work with parents to best prepare each child for Kindergarten. She has become our Education Coordinator and is looking forward to working with all ages and families. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and has over 15 years of experience working with children. When not at school, she loves traveling and spending time with her friends and family. "My favorite activity in class would be doing arts and crafts with the kids! I love seeing them express their creativity and use their imagination!" -Lisbet

Ms. Katie joined the Goddard School in June of 2016. She has a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education from Western Washington University. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Early Childhood and Family Development from Missouri State. She has almost 14 years of experience with many age groups and settings. She likes to spend time with family and friends and her cat Cleo in her free time. She loves to go to concerts and sports events and experience new places thru travel. Ms. Katie loves fall! She loves the sweater weather and fall fashion, all the colors, and the start of the new academic year! Her favorite part of her day is when her toddlers demonstrate how curious and competent they are. They surprise her every day, and she learns just as much from them as they do from her. She also loves and values all the relationships she can build with staff and our Goddard families.

Ms. Jessica joined our Goddard family in March of 2022. She comes with many years of experience with the little ones and is very excited to be working with our babies.

Lead Teacher- Butterflies Ms. Zoe joined our Goddard family in June of 2022. She comes with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from WGU and 7 years of experience with children of all ages. She brings passion and expertise to the classroom. Beyond teaching, Ms. Zoe enjoys playing the guitar, watching tv, and cooking. Her love for summer adds a vibrant touch to her personality.

Ms. Sara joined our Goddard family in November of 2021. She brings many years of experience and knowledge with toddlers. We are looking forward to seeing Ms. Sara and all of our froggies.

Preschool-Ponies Ms. Alison joined the Goddard School in June 2016 in our graceful Swans Classroom and now our Ponies Classroom. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Seattle University. When not here at school, you might find her enjoying a Mariners Game or attending the Seattle Seahawks home games!

Ms. Ana joined the Goddard School in November 2016. She is currently working towards her CDA in Early Childhood Education through Kaplan. She has been working with children for five years and has loved every moment of it. She loves hiking, camping, and spending time with her family, especially her baby girl Anamaria. She loves the season of Fall! She loves teaching the kids essential life skills such as problem-solving and watching, then utilizing their skills during their interactions.

Ms. Gillian joined our Goddard family in August of 2022. She attended SCF to obtain her AA in Psychology. She plans on continuing her education at the University of Washington to receive her BA in Psychology with a focus on addictive behavior. She has been babysitting children since the age of 13 and has continued her growth in childcare. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, attending musical festivals, going backpacking, hiking, making jewelry, and spending time with her cats and tortoises. Gillian's favorite season is fall for the change of colors and her favorite holiday is Halloween. Her favorite part of the day at Goddard is drawing with the kids and listening to their creations.

Flex Teacher all age groups

Ms. Angelica joined the Goddard School in February 2018. A graduate of Woodinville High School, she has worked with children of all ages at the Northshore YMCA. When not here at school, she likes to watch movies, play games, goes ATV riding, and hang out with her friends. "I enjoy reading to the kids and love helping them with their centers!" -Angelica

Flex Teacher all ages

Ms. Pramila joined our Goddard family in 2017. She comes with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calicut in India. She volunteered at Alcott Elementary for a year and at Emily Dickinson with Autistic children. She enjoys hiking, cooking, working out, listening to Bollywood songs, and spending time with family and friends. She loves Horror movies. Her favorite seasons are Fall and Winter. Her favorite thing is reading to the kiddos at the Goddard School.

Lead Teacher- Infants Ms. Kyleigh joined our Goddard family in June of 2023. Kyleigh is starting her journey towards an Early Childhood Education degree. With a passion for nurturing young minds, she has been dedicated to working with kids since October 2022. Outside the classroom, Kyleigh cherishes her free time spending it with family and her adorable dogs. A true summer enthusiast, she radiates warmth and joy. Her love for being with "her babies" adds an extra touch of heartwarming dedication to her profile.

Lead Teacher-Ducklings Meet Ms. Hope, she joined our Goddard family in September of 2023. With a heart full of compassion and a passion for teaching, she brings wealth of experience working with both adults in need and children. Her teaching style is engaging, enthusiastic, and always focused on making learning a fun adventure.

Lead Teacher Bridge Swans Ms. Jadyn joined our Goddard family in September of 2023. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Early Childhood Education. She brings 5 years if experience working with children. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys crocheting, reading, baking, and cherishing moments with her family. Passionate about teaching, she finds joy in witnessing children's developmental stages in her classroom.

Flex- Teacher- Preschool Ms. Anbu joined our Goddard family in September of 2023. She has a Master's degree in Engineering from Pondicherry University in India. She is currently working towards her certification in Early Childhood Education. She has a couple of years of experience working with preschool aged children. Ms. Anbu enjoys spending time with her daughters and husband, as well painting, cooking, and reading books. She enjoys art with her students, and seeing their creativity.

Flex Teacher-All Ages Ms. Sydney joined our Goddard family in October of 2023. She brings a solid foundation of experience spanning a couple of years, she brings unique blend of creativity and expertise. She is currently enrolled in the Rocky Mountain School of Art and Design, Ms. Sydney is dedicated to pursuing a Bachelor's degree in 2D animation. She finds joy in creating visual stories through her drawings. She is an avid reader and loves to play video games. She brings warmth and a nurturing approach which creates a positive learning environment where children feel supported and encouraged.
