The Brinson Family are the proud owners of The Goddard School of Stafford, VA. Prior to joining the Goddard family, Ms. Wendy served in the United States Army for 21 years as a Military Police Officer. After retiring, she knew that she wanted to continue to service in a meaningful way in a career where she could touch lives. When she learned about the Goddard philosophy Ms. Wendy felt an immediate connection. Fostering the love of learning while providing a safe, nurturing environment for children coupled with her background, was a perfect fit. Their family goal is to make each family’s Goddard experience exceptional, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for your children to become confident learners as they develop. As the on-site owner, Ms. Wendy would like to extend an invitation to you and your family to visit her wonderful school and allow her to introduce you to her warm and professional faculty and tell you about the Goddard’s approach to lifelong learning!

Ms. Ray is our Director and joined our team in 2024. She's a mother of 4 wonderful children, which she raised single handedly. She brings over 23 years of experience in early education, having served in several leadership roles throughout her career. With a strong background in child development, she is dedicated to fostering engaging and stimulating learning experiences for all children. Ms. Ray loves watching children learn new things and grow each day. Her passion for early childhood education has inspired her to continue creating nurturing environments where every child can thrive.

Ms. Ki’ah is our Lead Wolves Teacher and joined our team in 2021. She has been involved in The Goddard School since high school and through dedication, has worked her way up to Lead Teacher. She brings creativity into the classroom to make learning engaging and unforgettable.

Ms. Brittany is our Lead Cubs Teacher and joined our team in 2021. She has an extensive background working with children. Her dedication and nurturing spirit creates a loving environment for children to not only learn, but thrive.

Ms. Briana is our Lead Lions Teacher and joined our team in 2025. She believes working with children is one of the most rewarding experiences and is looking forward to learning from her students as much as they are learning from her.

Ms. Dorothy is our Lead Toucans Teacher and joined our team in 2022. She has dedicated her professional and educational career to early childhood education. She is a proponent of leading by good examples and creates a warm and inviting classroom that inspires learning.

Ms. Rhianon is our Lead Pandas Teacher and joined our team in 2024. Her experience spans several settings including swim coach. She is committed to fostering her students' developmental growth, while embracing the idea that learning is a lifelong journey.

Ms. Amanda is our Co-Lead Giraffes Teacher and joined our team in 2024. She developed a passion for early education as soon as she was able to babysit. Smiles and giggles of littles is what she enjoys most!

Ms. Rose is our Assistant Toucans Teacher and joined our team in 2018. She has over two decades of experience in childcare. Ms. Rose is dedicated to providing children with a strong foundation and the fundamental building blocks necessary to build a strong future.

Ms. Tamia is our Assistant Stallions Teacher and joined our team in 2024. She started her childcare journey while taking college courses. She enjoys developing activities that not only nurture fine motor skills, but foster a fun and inclusive learning environment.

Ms. Madeline is our Assistant Cubs Teacher and joined our team in 2024. Ms. Madeline enjoys reading in her free time. One of her most rewarding aspects of her job is seeing children reach new milestone.

Ms. Nazira is our Assistant Stallions Teacher and joined our team in 2023. Ms. Nazira discovered her passion for childcare after she experienced a traumatic event that had a happy ending. This only increased her belief that children are the hope of our bright future through kindness and love.

Ms. Ah’my-rah, is our Assistant Tigers Teacher and joined our team in 2025. She believes that Education helps us learn, grow, and discover new things every day and it teaches us how to read, solve problems and develop skills that last a lifetime.

Ms. Tehmina is our Lead Lions Teacher and joined our team in 2024. Childcare has always been her calling. She feels immense satisfaction in having a part in her students' growth and engaging with them in a meaningful way.

Ms. Sani'ah is our Resource Teacher and joined our team in 2024. Ms. Sani'ah enjoys building bonds with children and watching them grow into the person they want to become. She adores younger children and love teaching and caring for them.
