    On Site Owner
    Sharmeen is the on-site owner for The Goddard School located in Magnolia. She and her husband are the proud parents of 2 children. Sharmeen recognized the need for quality childcare that could provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for young children and has been nothing short of impressed with The Goddard School commitment to create just that. As a local resident, she is proud to bring this fun atmosphere to this area in which she and her family live. Her door will always be open for the thoughts, questions and comments from our families.

    Ms. Ray received her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies, Curriculum and Instruction with a minor in Math from Sam Houston State University. She has been in education for about 10 years. She started as a First Steps Teacher, then moved to Toddlers, Preschool, and Kinder Prep working her way up to Director. Ms. Ray has a daughter who is full of energy and loves being silly like her daddy. They enjoy reading Dr. Suess books and Chicka Chicka Boom. She loves working with children because they want to learn and are full of creativity.

    Ms. Hiller was born and raised in Houston, TX and now resides in Magnolia, TX. She has 3 wonderful daughters. Ms. Hiller has worked in childcare for 4 years. Prior to childcare she was a full time nanny. She believes loving on the children is the most important job in their early years.

    Ms. Gaviria is from Bogota, Colombia. She has been teaching for more than 30 years and her training is in Early Childhood Education. She has a passion to teach young children, help them identify their potential and develop their strengths. She organizes her class not only thinking about academic objectives but also including activities that support the development of their values.

    Ms. Salazar, finds inspiration everyday through working with her babies and knowing that she is apart of their first school experience. She finds it a gift to help the babies explore the world around them.

    Ms. Jolene is 21 and has been working in childcare since she was 16. She strives to love and care for each child in her care. Ms. Jolene loves watching the babies grow into their personalities, and helping them achieve each milestone along the way.

    Ms. Debra enjoys working with young children and finds her inspiration in watching the babies understand more about who they are. She enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren on her free time. She also is always enthusiastic about helping out where ever she is needed throughout the day.

    Ms. Mia loves working in the older infant room. Her favorite part is encouraging the babies to reach every milestone.

    Lead Teacher in Princeton (First Steps): Ms. Becca graduated from Magnolia High School. She has a 2 year old daughter. Prior to being here she worked as a nanny for two different families and she loved every minute of it. She says that working with kids is her greatest passion.

    Ms. Lozada is from Venezuela. She is married with a beautiful daughter. She loves working with her children, teach them values and interact with them. In her free time she loves to be with her family and friends.

    Ms. Cortney attended Pfeiffer University for my education degree. She has been working in childcare for 5 years. Cortney choose early childhood because she loves watching the little ones grow and learn something new everyday.

    Ms. Brooke has been with the Goddard School since she graduated from Magnolia High School. Prior to working the Goddard School she worked as a nanny. She also comes from a large family with many little ones running around and that is where her love for children came from.

    Ms. Disbrow is from China and has been in Texas with her son for 8 years. She graduated from a college in China and used to be a Middle School Teacher there. As a mother of one son she realizes how important the early years are. She has 6 years of experience in childcare at a church preschool. She truly enjoys caring and nurturing children.

    Ms. Taylor graduated from Eastlake High School and is currently going to school for Phlebotomy and is planning to graduate in May 2020. Ms. Taylor has been working with children for 8 years and loves being around the children.
  • Ms Cahill

    Ms Cahill

    Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
    Ms. Cahill has been working and teaching for over 25 years, and it has been her passion to see the children learn. She enjoys teaching with many hands-on learning activities, which promotes and helps children to learn and retain material better. She operated her own Daycare Business at Peterson A.F.B. She won Provider of the Year 2002 & 2003 and won Space Command for her outstanding dedication and contribution with Military families. She has attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Management and is currently working on her certification through Texas Teachers. Her excitement and instant gratification are when her students are learning to read.

    Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
    Ms. Sarkany, or Ms. Jen as she is known to her students, is an Air Force Veteran. While serving her country she obtained her good conduct medal and a letter of recognition for excellence from the General of the 8th Air Force. She has also raised 4 kids of her own. Ms. Sarkany is motivated by knowing that her children are learning new things everyday, and that she has contributed to their knowledge.
