    Miss Nancy

    Owner
    I have proudly owned The Goddard School of Mechanicsburg for over 20 years, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to early childhood education. As a mother of four, I understand the importance of creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young learners. Before venturing into education, I worked as a pediatric RN for nearly 10 years, providing compassionate care to children and families. My dedication to service extends beyond the classroom—I have been deeply involved in the Mechanicsburg community for over two decades, fostering strong relationships and supporting local initiatives. As proud veteran, I bring discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of duty to everything I do. I am committed to ensuring every child at The Goddard School receives the highest quality care and education, preparing them for a bright and successful future!
  • Mrs Sierra

    Mrs Sierra

    Director
    Sierra serves as the Director of Education at The Goddard School. Before stepping into her current role, she was a dedicated kindergarten teacher within our school community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education (Pre-K to 4th Grade) from Shippensburg University in May 2020. Sierra is passionate about creating nurturing and engaging learning environments that support every child’s growth and development. As both an educator and a parent, she finds great joy in watching children explore, learn, and thrive especially her own son, Maverick, who joined The Goddard School at just three months old. Outside of school, Sierra enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending quality time with her husband, their two dogs, and their cat.

    Miss Hope

    Assistant Director
    Miss Hope joined The Goddard School in Mechanicsburg in 2021. She is currently pursuing her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at Delaware County Community College and earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate in 2023. Miss Hope believes that children learn best through hands-on experiences supported by encouragement and exploration. She values learning through play, as it makes education enjoyable while fostering creativity and critical thinking. One of Miss Hope’s favorite aspects of The Goddard School is the strong sense of family involvement. She loves the community spirit that shines through during special events such as Muffins with Moms, Donuts with Dads, and the Grandparents’ Picnic moments that bring families and educators together to celebrate learning and connection.
  • Mrs Kaitlin

    Mrs Kaitlin

    Lead Kindergarten Teacher
    Mrs. Kaitlin joins The Goddard School from Virginia. She earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Music Education, her undergraduate degree from Messiah University and her graduate degree from George Mason University. With over 10 years of experience as an elementary music teacher and two years as a kindergarten assistant, Mrs. Kaitlin brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the classroom. She strives to make a positive impact on each of her students, fostering a love of learning through play, exploration, and self-expression. Mrs. Kaitlin believes that children learn best when they are encouraged to explore their world, discover new ideas, and find joy in the learning process.

    Mrs Dominique

    Assistant Kindergarten Teacher
    Mrs. Dominique joined The Goddard School in October 2024. She brings valuable experience working with children in both public schools and daycare settings, including her time as a Special Education Assistant Teacher at Sequentia Elementary School. She loves being part of The Goddard School community and finds great joy in watching children grow, learn, and discover new things every day. Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Dominique enjoys playing disc golf, fishing, spending time with her husband, and hosting family game nights. A fun fact about her is that she has a passion for art, board games, and spending time outdoors.
  • Miss Delaney

    Miss Delaney

    Lead Preschool Teacher
    Miss Delaney has been working with children for over eight years, beginning her journey in childcare at just 15 years old as a babysitter. Since then, she has gained valuable experience working in two daycare centers and several summer camps. She finds working with children to be incredibly rewarding, as she loves watching them learn, grow, and reach new milestones. Miss Delaney believes that children learn best through play and exploration, discovering the world around them in creative and meaningful ways.
  • Miss Elizabeth

    Miss Elizabeth

    Assistant Preschool Teacher
    Miss Elizabeth holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from HACC. She has several years of experience working with young children and is passionate about helping them learn, grow, and reach new milestones. She believes that children learn best through play, as it encourages creativity, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning. In her free time, Miss Elizabeth enjoys swimming and visiting amusement parks.
  • Miss Addison

    Miss Addison

    Lead Get Set 2 Teacher
    Miss Addison is currently studying at Millersville University while caring for young learners at The Goddard School. She was adopted from China and has a strong passion for learning about and sharing different cultures with others. In her free time, Miss Addison enjoys painting and expressing her creativity through art. She loves inspiring children to explore, imagine, and celebrate what makes each of them unique.
  • Mrs Kaitlyn

    Mrs Kaitlyn

    Lead Get Set Teacher
    Mrs. Kaitlyn has been teaching at The Goddard School in Mechanicsburg since 2021. She has worked in the childcare field for over 10 years and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She believes that children learn best through hands-on experiences, play, and positive reinforcement. Mrs. Kaitlyn’s favorite part about working at The Goddard School is the close-knit community and the meaningful relationships she has built with both her students and fellow teachers.
  • Mrs Cheyenne

    Mrs Cheyenne

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Mrs. Cheyenne joined The Goddard School of Mechanicsburg in 2020. She is a graduate of New Oxford High School (Class of 2015) and continued her education at HACC, where she earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She loves working with young children and finds great joy in helping them learn, grow, and discover new things each day. In her spare time, Mrs. Cheyenne enjoys baking, spending time with her husband and family, and caring for her nephew.
  • Ms Jessica

    Ms Jessica

    Lead Pre-Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Jess joined The Goddard School in April 2024, caring for the school’s one-year-old classroom. She brings three years of professional experience working with young children, in addition to many years of caring for her own. Jess holds a degree in Social Work from Indiana. Affectionately nicknamed “Mary Poppins” by parents, Jess is known for the energy and warmth she brings to the classroom each day. She takes pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and creative environment for her students and loves building meaningful bonds with the children in her care.
  • Miss Jordan

    Miss Jordan

    Lead Infant Teacher
    Miss Jordan is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with over two years of hands-on experience caring for infants, in addition to her personal experience as a mother. She is passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can thrive and reach their developmental milestones. A classically trained singer, Miss Jordan brings creativity and a love for learning into her classroom, and she enjoys incorporating outdoor activities that inspire exploration and growth. Her greatest joy is making a positive impact in the lives of children and supporting their early learning journey.

    Miss Sophia

    Resource Teacher
    Miss Sophia chose to teach at the Goddard School because of her passion to guide children through hands on experiences and supporting children to try new challenges. She achieved her Bachelor's of Arts from St. John's University in 2025. She loves creating art, cooking, and spending time in nature. Miss Sophia provides children with Tinkergarden activities to safely explore the outdoors.
  • Miss Leelah

    Miss Leelah

    Resource Teacher
    Miss Leelah has been working with young children for over a year and a half in an in-home daycare setting, where she discovered her passion for helping children learn, grow, and explore the world around them. She loves being a part of each child’s early learning journey and creating positive memories that last a lifetime. In her free time, Miss Leelah enjoys playing video and board games, watching football and movies—especially during the fall—and going on walks. Her love for teaching was inspired by the caring and dedicated teachers she had growing up, and she hopes to bring that same warmth and encouragement to her own classroom. Outside of early childhood education, Miss Leelah also has experience working with a variety of animals, including birds, cats, dogs, and reptiles. She brings that same patience and curiosity from her animal care background into her work with children every day.
