Our Goddard School Teachers

Hello families! My name is Jyotsna (Jo) Prajapati and I am the Owner here at the Goddard School in Easton. As a parent, I recognize the importance of having a safe, happy, loving and nurturing preschool environment where you can send your child. Our mission here is to offer the absolute best in high quality childcare and education and we hope to bring you the same standards and quality in Early Childhood Education and care that we would expect for our children. Being an on-site owner, I welcome your comments and concerns. Thank you for the opportunity to share in your child’s growth and early childhood development. Majority of my background is in IT industry. However, it has always been my dream to work with children. It is my goal to make a positive influence in the life of every student in our school. Hello Families! My name is Emily Thom and I am the Director here at The Goddard School of Easton. At our school we take pride in our equal balance of learning and fun and we feel that quality early education can change a child’s life. It is extremely important for children to have wonderful early learning experiences and opportunities so they can do better in school and be more successful as adults. It is equally important for our children to learn how to build friendships, socialize with other children, and learn the importance of being fair and kind. I have more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education and have managed a childcare facility for more than 20 years. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Temple University.

Ms. Hoda is our Assistant Director. Ms. Hoda has been with The Goddard School of Easton since 2008. She has worked in all classrooms and age groups and was with a Montessori school before The Goddard School. Ms. Hoda has a special relationship with every child and family. Her nurturing, fair and kind demeanor make her a very vital part of our Goddard family.

Ms. Tracy is one of our Assistant Directors. Ms. Tracy is originally from Georgia, and relocated to Pennsylvania in November of 2019. She has been in the Early Childhood field for over 20 years with 16 being in Leadership. She has also worked in a variety of age groups as a Lead Teacher.

Ms. Janice is a teacher in our Kindergarten classroom and also a member of our administration team. Ms. Janice is originally from Boston and relocated to Pennsylvania in 2020. She started working with children in 2006 and has a Bachelor's of Science in Family Psychology. She is very excited to teach early literacy lessons and loves to read, sing and dance!

Ms. Shaimaa is one of our Infant teachers and has a Bachelor's Degree in English/Literature. She attended Kingsborough Community College in New York, studying Early Childhood Education and received a certificate in Special Education. She volunteered in an Elementary school for more than 15 years and then taught Preschool for 2 years. Ms. Shaimaa moved to Easton in 2020 and soon after began teaching at our school. She is incredibly nurturing and greets each child with a big hug every day!

Ms. Erica is one of our Infant teachers and has her associate’s degree in early childhood education. She is currently enrolled pursuing her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education at East Stroudsburg University. Ms. Erica is extremely passionate about making learning fun and providing children with learning opportunities throughout the day.

Ms. Tatiyana is one of our First Steps teachers. Ms Tatiyana has over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Tatiyana is a mother to five children with her youngest child enrolled in our Preschool Classroom. Ms. Tatiyana loves to see children learn and accomplish new skills.

Ms. Jannah is a teacher in our First Steps Classroom. Ms. Jannah has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently enrolled at East Stroudsburg University studying Elementary Education. She loves working with the young toddler age group!

Ms. Deanna has her Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University. Ms. Deanna has worked in this field for more than 10 years. She loves to teach children new ways to stay active and have fun! She is very creative in planning and implementing classroom activities, especially dance and gross motor!

Ms. Ani is a teacher in our Toddler One Classroom. She graduated from Chennai University in India with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. Ms. Ani has over 7 years of experience in Early Childhood Education working in a variety of age groups.

Ms. Kristy is one of our Toddler One teachers and she has over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Kristy has a passion for teaching and seeing the children light up when they discover new skills.

Ms. Lynelle is a teacher in our Toddler Two classroom. She has over 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Lynelle obtained her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from City College of New York. Ms. Lynelle has two daughters who also attend The Goddard School. Ms. Lynelle has a passion for working with children and likes to foster a positive classroom environment.

Ms. Bow is a teacher in our Toddler Two classroom. She has more than 7 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She has worked with the toddler age groups for more than 5 years and is currently pursuing her degree in Education from Warren County Community College.

Ms. Michelle is a teacher in our Get Set classroom. Ms. Michelle has worked in the Early Childhood education field for over 10 years. Ms. Michelle has a special passion for working with children with different abilities and witnessing all children reach their potential. Her calm and nurturing demeanor makes her an asset to our toddler classroom.

Ms. Sujatha is a teacher in our Get Set One classroom. Ms. Sue has been with our school since 2024. She loves working with all age groups but especially enjoys the older toddler classrooms. She is super creative and does an awesome job bringing nature into her classroom!

Ms. Lizzy is a teacher in our Get Set 2 classroom. Ms. Lizzy studied Educational Psychology at the National University of El Salvador, and continued her education at The University of Montemorelos N.L., in Mexico. She spent many years working for the Head Start Federal Program in Georgia as an Assistant Group Supervisor. Ms. Lizzy came to The Goddard School in 2012 and has a strong passion for early education.

Ms. Erika is a teacher in our Preschool Classroom and has more than 12 years of experience in the early childhood education field. She has worked with a variety of ages from infants to elementary school. Ms. Erika obtained her Bachelor's Degree from New York City College of Technology in Human Services. She loves to see her children learning new things every day!

Ms. Trinity is a teacher in our Preschool classroom. Ms. Trinity has more than 6 years of Early Childhood Education experience and has worked in a variety of age groups. Ms. Trinity has a beautiful baby enrolled in our Infant Classroom!

Ms. Maggie is a teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Maggie has her Bachelor's Degree in Education with a minor in Spanish. She is currently enrolled at Moravian University and will soon have her Master's Degree in Education. Maggie has over 17 years experience in Early Childhood Education.

Ms. Maria is a teacher in our Pre-k classroom. Maria has experience with Toddlers and Preschool/Pre-K. Before working at The Goddard School in Easton, Maria taught at The Goddard School in Harrisburg, Pa. Ms. Maria has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Ms. Abygail is one of our Pre-Kindergarten teachers officially known as Ms. Aby. Ms. Aby has 5 years of early childhood education experience. She has her bachelor's degree in English and Women’s Studies from Colgate University in New York. Ms. Aby has a passion for reading and writing and loves to see the children learn and develop new skills.

Ms. Melissa is a teacher in our Kindergarten classroom and has her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has over 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She is very excited to teach math and science lessons and loves to do experiments with her Kindergarten students!
