    Welcome to our School. My husband Monty and I are the owners of The Goddard School located in Bethlehem. We also own the Goddard Schools at Macungie and Center Valley. Our 3 daughters are all Goddard graduates! Our Goddard journey started in 2004 as Goddard parents. I opened the Goddard School at Bethlehem in 2008 to bring the exact same exceptional standards in little children's education that I had wanted for my children. Monty has an MBA from Ballarat University, Australia. Prior to joining Goddard, he was the Founder and CEO of CumulusIQ and Consarete Technologies. I have an MD and retired from in-patient medicine in 2016, to continue full time with my passion in Early Childhood Education. Thank you so much for exploring our award winning, Circle of Excellence, P21 exemplar, Keystone Stars accredited Preschool. I can't wait to show you around, and hopefully have you join our Goddard family!

    Executive Director
    Ms. Meghan is our accomplished and experienced Executive Director. She has over 17 years of experience working with young children, 15 of them as a Director of Goddard Schools in Pennsylvania. Ms. Meghan began her educational career as a Toddler teacher at The Goddard School in Wayne PA, and moved into an administrative position shortly after. She was a Director at The Goddard School at Royersford prior to moving to the Lehigh Valley. Ms. Meghan has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Arcadia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Sciences from The University of Delaware. Meghan lives in the Lehigh Valley with her family. Her little son started at our Goddard program as a baby and graduated from our Kindergarten! Meghan loves making connections with her Goddard families and partnering with them to provide the best preschool experience for their child. Ms. Meghan's favorite children's book is, "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein.

    System Administrator
    Miss Angelica is our Systems Administrator for the Goddard Schools at Bethlehem, Macungie and Center Valley. In this position she supports the management and staff at the school achieve best systems and practices in place. Angelica has over 5 years of experience working in early childhood education. She graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She loves working in childcare, because it is “so rewarding to see how little minds grow over time.” In her free time, she likes to paint and spend time with her cat. A fun fact is that Ms. Angelica has been a Goddard child, a Teacher, an Assistant Director and now Administrator! She cannot wait to get to know you and your little one(s).

    Assistant Director Curriculum
    Ms. Kelsey joined the Goddard Family in 2022 and is the Assistant Director of Curriculum at our school. Prior to us she was a 2nd and 3rd grade ELA teacher in Oakland, California. Early in her career, Ms. Kelsey was a toddler teacher, and since then has spent over 10 years in the classroom as a K-5 teacher. Ms. Kelsey has her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Early Elementary Education from the University of San Francisco. Ms. Kelsey is passionate about supporting teachers to meet the diverse needs of their students, and promoting a love of learning in young children! In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, and keeping up with her favorite shows. Ms. Kelsey's favorite children's author is Sandra Boynton.

    Assistant Director Operations
    Ms. Nicole joined The Goddard Family in 2023 and is the Assistant Director of Operations. She began working in child care in 2003 and has experiences all roles from Assistant Teacher to Director. Ms. Nicole holds a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Misericordia University, along with her Child Care Director's Credentials from Northampton Community College. She enjoys interacting with children and watching their eyes light up when discovering new things. Helping them learn and develop into smart, caring, and unique individuals brings her joy. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her own son, going camping, playing games, and just enjoying life. Her favorite children's book is "I Love You Stinky Face" by Lisa McCourt.

    Ms. Carrie joined The Goddard Family in 2024 as an Assistant Director. She has been working with children for many years in various roles from owning her own center to being a Paraeducator. Ms. Carrie holds Associate’s Degrees in both Special Education and Legal Administration. Ms. Carrie is deeply passionate about working with children and is dedicated to helping them achieve their individual goals. She understands the critical role that early education plays in laying a strong foundation for a child’s future success. Ms. Carrie resides locally with her husband, while their son currently lives in Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with Special Hockey LV, vacationing at the beach, and spending quality time with friends and family. A favorite book of Ms. Carrie’s is Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes by Eric Litwin, which she admires for its uplifting message—when things don’t go as expected, just keep moving forward and stay positive.

    Kindergarten
    Mr. Jarrod is our passionate Kindergarten Teacher. For three years he ran our highly enriched STEAM program which incorporated playful learning for all age groups. Prior to that, Mr. Jarrod was one of our most creative and skilled Pre-K teachers. He started here at the Bethlehem Goddard School the day we opened! He has a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University. He loves to write songs and plays with awe-inspiring imagination! Mr. Jarrod feels that children are the joys of Life. He was nominated for Teacher of the Year 2010 at our School! His favorite children's book is "The Monster at the End of the Block" by John Stone.

    Miss Sharon has been working with children since 1988. She currently has her CDA and is pursuing a degree in early childhood education, special education, and psychology at Walden University. Some of the things she enjoys about working with children is getting to know all of their personalities and watching them grow and learn. In her free time she enjoys listening to music, going for walks, and drinking tea. Her favorite children's book is Miss Nelson is Missing by Harry Allard.

    Ms. Georgia joined The Goddard Family in 2024. She has been working in child care since 2022 and has earned her Associate's degree in Early Education. Her favorite part about working with children is listening to them share their stories about their favorite things, when you see how excited they are about things, you cannot help but get excited yourself. When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and going to the beach. Her favorite children's book is The Day the Crayons Quit.

    Ms. Camille began working with children in 2010. She working on renewing her CDA from Northampton Community College. She feels it is very rewarding watching the faces of children when they learn something new or can do something new on their own. In her free time she enjoys fishing, going for walks, camping dancing, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her boyfriend and her dogs. Her favorite children's book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff.

    Miss Daizabeth has been working with children since 2015 and joined The Goddard family in 2024. She is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education at LCCC. She loves that every day brings a different adventure; children are very exciting and unique. When she's not working you can find her reading books, dancing, and exercising. Her favorite children's book is The Rainbow Fish by El Pez Arcoiris.

Miss Consuelo enjoys the energy that children have and how they like to learn and explore new activities and tasks. She has a huge heart and always does her best to guide each child. Her favorite children's books are Old MacDonald Had a Farm, Curious George, and Manners Time.

Miss Catarina's favorite things about working with children are making those personal connections and having fun together. When she's not working she enjoys art/crafting, baking, and photography. Her favorite children's book is A Bad Case of Stripes by David Shannon.

    Miss Courtney worked in childcare from 2015-2017 and joined The Goddard family in 2024. She is currently working towards her Associates degree in Family Services and Child Development from Rose State College. She believes kids brains are incredible and loves watching how they react to different situations. Watching them grow and do things that she teaches them is very rewarding. When she is not working you can find her playing with her own children, reading, singing, or at the dog park with their pups. Her two favorite children's books are Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?

    Miss Holliann began working with children in 2015 while attending school. She has an Associate's in Journalism from Northampton Community College and a Bachelor's of Arts in professional writing from Kutztown University. She loves learning from children and being able to see things from their perspectives. She believes its very rewarding when she sees the children are learning from her. In her free time you can catch her curled up on a couch with a good book or catching a concert. Her favorite children's books are Have Fun, Molly Lou Melon by Patty Lovell and Corduroy by Don Freeman.

    Miss Sam has ben working in childcare since 2021 and has been a part of The Goddard family since 2022. She is hoping to begin pursuing her CDA very soon. Miss Sam enjoys watching children gain independency and watching their little personalities develop. When she is not working you can find her gardening, shopping and watching Sci-fi movies. Her favorite children's book is The Big Honey Hunt by Stan and Jan Berenstain.

Her favorite thing about working with children is that they can make you laugh and smile even if you're having a bad day. When she is not at work you can find her spending time with her daughter, family, and friends, taking a walk, or cooking a good meal. Her favorite children's books are Rainbow Fish, The Hungry Caterpillar, Miss Nelson is Missing, and The Girl With the Stripes.

    Miss Haley has been working with children since 2017 and started at Goddard in 2022. She is currently working towards her CDA through Northampton Community College and has earned an Associates in Communication. She loves creating trusting relationships with children and being someone they can go to for comfort and care. She also enjoys watching them learn and grow. She spends her free time reading, writing, going for nature walks, painting and being artsy. Her favorite children's books are I Like Myself by Karen Beaumont and the Sandra Boynton's Pookie books.

    Miss Maribel started working with children in 2018 and joined The Goddard Family in 2024. She currently holds a CDA and an associates in Early Childhood Education. Miss Maribel has a lot of fun teaching her kids new things and loves watching them learn and grow. In her free time she likes to explore interesting new places with her family. Her favorite children's book is The Rainbow Fish and Dr. Seuss books.

    Miss Rheanon has been working in childcare since 2010 and joined The Goddard Family in 2024. She is pursuing a degree for Early Childhood Education at Bucks County Community College. She loves having the opportunity to watch children grow and develop into confident individuals. They are full of joy for life and have amazing imaginations. When she is not working, you can find her spending time in nature, foraging for plants, soaking up sunshine, camping and going to see live music. Her favorite children's book is Children of the Forest by Elsa Beskow.

    Miss Lisette began working in childcare in 2014 and joined The Goddard Family in 2019. She will be working towards her Associates in Early Childhood Education at Northampton Community College. She loves that fact that she can make a difference in the lives of the kids in her care. Her goal as a teacher is to guide children academically and personally, and thinks it's the best feeling when she sees a child reach their milestones. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with family and friends, reading poetry, listening to music, and baking. Her favorite children's book is Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson.

On her time off she enjoys expressing herself through art and spending time with her sister. Ms. Zalen's favorite children's book is A Bad Case of Stripes by David Shannon.
