On-site OwnerMs. Sarah first began working at The Goddard School of Pickerington in 2009. She began her journey as a teacher and then spent many years as the Director of Operations before becoming the On-site Owner in 2023. -
Ms Ashley
Director of EducationMs. Ashley returned to the Goddard team in September of 2019. She attended Penn Foster College. -
Ms Tiffany
Director of OperationsMs. Tiffany joined our school in February 2025. She has Associates in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State and has three children of her own. -
Ms Cheryl
InfantsMs. Cheryl began her Goddard journey in February 2017. She brings over 30 years of infant expertise to the infant room. -
Ms Courtney
KindergartenMs. Courtney joined us in May of 2021. She completed her Child Development Associate in 2022. She is currently completing her B.A. in Early Elementary Education. -
Ms Melissa
Pre-KindergartenMs. Melissa join our team in March 2022. She has studied social work through Bowling Green State University and is currently completing her CDA. -

Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten & School AgeMr. Jeremiah joined our school in March 2024. He is continuing his education through Penn State and is studying Political Science and Child Development/Child Psychology. -

Resource SpecialistMs. Lois has been with The Goddard School since August 2003. She has a degree in Business from Moser Business School. -

Kindergarten, School Age & ResourceMs. Kim joined our team in November 2021. She is a graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School. -

Assistant TeacherMs. Bailey was a Goddard graduate many years ago. She joined our team in April 2024. She is a pre-med student at Ohio Northern University pursuing a degree in biology. -

Assistant TeacherMs. Alaysia joined our school in September 2024. She is a graduate of Pickerington High School Central and when not at Goddard, you will find her leading the children's program at the library. -

Pre-KindergartenMs. Cristy joined our school in September 2024. She has studied Early Childhood Education at Ohio University and Columbus State. She is a proud mom and is excited to be re-joining the ECE field. -

Toddler IIMs. Alexis joined our school in September of 2024 after transferring from another Goddard school. She brings years of experience and is a proud Goddard mom. -

ToddlersMs. Jess joined our school in October 2025 and brings over a decade of ECE experience with her. She holds her Child Development Associate and is a proud mom to two kiddos of her own. -

Infant IIMs. Jenn joined our school in November 2025 and brings over 10 years of ECE experience. She holds a Master of Arts in education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and is a proud mom to four children of her own. -
