On-site OwnerMs. Sarah first began working at The Goddard School of Pickerington in 2009. She began her journey as a teacher and then spent many years as the Director of Operations before becoming the On-site Owner in 2023. -
Ms Ashley
Director of EducationMs. Ashley returned to the Goddard team in September of 2019. She attended Penn Foster College. -
Ms Tiffany
Director of OperationsMs. Tiffany joined our school in February 2025. She has Associates in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State and has three children of her own. -
Ms Cheryl
InfantsMs. Cheryl began her Goddard journey in February 2017. She brings over 30 years of infant expertise to the infant room. -
Ms Courtney
KindergartenMs. Courtney joined us in May of 2021. She completed her Child Development Associate in 2022. She is currently completing her B.A. in Early Elementary Education. -
Ms Melissa
Pre-KindergartenMs. Melissa join our team in March 2022. She has studied social work through Bowling Green State University and is currently completing her CDA. -

Assistant TeacherMs. Bailey was a Goddard graduate many years ago. She joined our team in April 2024. She is a pre-med student at Ohio Northern University pursuing a degree in biology. -

Assistant TeacherMs. Alaysia joined our school in September 2024. She is a graduate of Pickerington High School Central and when not at Goddard, you will find her leading the children's program at the library. -
