    Onsite owner
    Gaby is our onsite owner, she has a Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. Prior to joining the Goddard family, she spent her career working as an engineer and project manager in the aerospace industry, where she met her Goddard business partner Alex. Gaby is married to Matt and they have two daughters, she is passionate about providing a safe and fun environment for children.

    Owner
    Alex is the on-site owner of the Goddard School in West Chester, OH. Before that, Alex worked for over 10 years in the aviation industry as an Electrical Engineer, where she met her Goddard business partner Gaby. Alex also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. She is married to Steve and they have two children. Alex is excited to be part of the Mason Deerfield Goddard family!

    Ms. Hilary has worked in early childhood education since 2009, including teaching in our preschool program. She earned her bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Family Studies and Pre-kindergarten Education from Miami University. Ms. Hilary joined The Goddard School in 2014. She is passionate about helping to guide a new generation of teachers, building lifelong relationships with children and their families, and nurturing a love for learning in children. She sees each day as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives. Hilary and her husband John have two energetic sons who attend The Goddard School.

    Ms. Liz holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development from Miami University. She began her journey at The Goddard School as a student teacher in the Lion Room, where she quickly connected with students and staff. After joining our team full-time, she became a beloved Pre-K teacher known for her creativity, dedication, and ability to inspire young learners. In November 2024, Ms. Liz was promoted to Assistant Director of Education. In this role, she supports teachers in implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum while fostering strong relationships with families to ensure every child thrives in a nurturing and enriching environment.

    Standards and Operations Administrator
    Ms. Ashley joined our team after spending time at home raising her own children, bringing with her a strong foundation in nurturing, caregiving, and family support. She has worked in both our Preschool and Infant classrooms, ultimately discovering her passion in the Infant Room, where she formed meaningful bonds with children and families alike. Ashley’s warmth, patience, and natural ability to connect with others quickly made her an invaluable part of our team. Her experience in the classroom and her genuine love for children and families make her a wonderful addition to our leadership team.

    Ms. Noza brings valuable early childhood education experience from her work in Uzbekistan, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting young learners. She enjoys building meaningful, lasting bonds with children and creates a nurturing, supportive environment where they feel safe to explore, grow, and develop confidence. Her warm personality and dedication to fostering each child’s unique strengths make her a wonderful addition to our team.

    Assistant Teacher - Infants
    Ms. Sabina holds a Bachelor’s degree and has several years of experience working in early childhood education. She is passionate about supporting children during their earliest stages of development and finds joy in creating a calm, nurturing environment where infants can grow and explore. She loves working with young children because of their innocence, curiosity, and pure joy, and she values the special moments of connection that come with caring for them each day. With her gentle approach and dedication, Ms. Sabina helps each child feel safe, loved, and ready to discover the world around them.

    Infant Resource Teacher
    Ms. Savannah earned her high school diploma and has hands-on experience caring for children as a mother of two. She enjoys taking care of others and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and supported. Ms. Savannah loves spending time playing with children and helping them learn through everyday moments and fun activities.

    Lead Teacher - Older Infants
    Ms. Maricar holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) specializing in infant and toddler development and earned her associate’s degree in Computer Secretarial Science from City of Malabon University in the Philippines. Since joining The Goddard School in 2019, she has found great fulfillment in guiding young learners and forming meaningful connections with the children in her care. Passionate about her work, she consistently puts the needs of the children first, creating a warm, supportive environment where they can grow and thrive. Her dedication and heart make her a truly valued member of our team.

    Assistant Teacher - Older Infants
    Ms. Alla has several years of experience working with The Goddard Schools, where she has developed her skills in early childhood education. A naturally nurturing individual, she is dedicated to fostering a love of learning in children and helping them develop their abilities. She takes pride in being a positive influence and guiding young learners as they grow and thrive.

    Lead Teacher- Toddlers
    Ms. Allie is currently taking classes to earn her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). She has experience working as an assistant teacher in our Older Infant room and is now the lead teacher in one of our Toddler rooms. Ms. Allie enjoys working with young children and loves seeing them smile each day, taking great joy in watching them grow and learn.

    Lead Teacher - Twos
    Ms. Moumita holds a master's degree in Sociology from India and has experience teaching there. She is passionate about making a difference in her students' lives and is dedicated to inspiring and encouraging the success of future generations. Ms. Moumita was recognized as The Goddard School 2025 Midwest Toddler Teacher of The Year.

    Lead Teacher - Bridge
    Ms. Shari brings over 25 years of experience in the early childhood field, fostering the growth and development of young learners. She joined The Goddard School as a resource teacher and quickly found her home in our toddler program. With her warmth, expertise, and dedication, she creates a nurturing and engaging environment where little ones can thrive.

    Lead Teacher - Preschool
    Ms. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Wright State University and previously taught preschool at our school in 2019 before working as an Intervention Specialist. She believes all children are naturally curious and capable of learning when they are supported with a safe, loving environment. Ms. Amy loves witnessing those “lightbulb” moments when a child understands something new and is excited to be back helping young learners grow and thrive.

    Lead Teacher - Prekindergarten
    Mr. Ryan attended Lincoln Christian College, where he studied children’s ministry. He brings previous experience as a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, a Childcare Center Assistant Director, as well as a Director of a Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Ryan loves teaching children because it brings the opportunity to be a role model and a positive influence. He joined our team in June 2023 and is a Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten program.

    Ms. Hollie holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) and began her career at Scarlet Oaks Preschool before joining The Goddard School while completing her certification. She is a highly skilled and dedicated pre-K teacher with a natural ability to make learning meaningful, engaging, and fun. Her passion for teaching shines through in everything she does, and she truly cannot imagine doing anything else. With her warm personality and commitment to helping children grow, Ms. Hollie creates a classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn.

    Ms. Tasha is a Mason High School graduate with hands-on experience caring for children. She enjoys working with children of all ages and takes pride in getting to know each child individually to understand how they learn best. Her caring nature, enthusiasm, and dedication help her create a positive and supportive environment where every child can feel comfortable, confident, and eager to grow.

    Ms. Michelle is a Resource Teacher and works where needed in the school. She has studied Early Childhood Education at the University of Cincinnati. Ms. Michelle has been working with preschoolers since 1986 and joined our school in 2009. She loves creating fun and engaging activities for children of all age-groups.

    Ms. Mamatha joins our team with an associate’s degree and a strong foundation in early childhood education. She brings valuable experience working with children and her calm, supportive presence helps create a structured yet nurturing environment for young learners. She is passionate about early childhood because she believes it is the most critical stage for development. She loves being part of each child’s growth and takes pride in providing the safe, caring foundation children need to develop a lifelong love of learning. Her goal is to help every child feel supported, confident, and excited to explore the world around them.

    Ms. Ariel has experience working with children from infancy through school age and has served as a substitute teacher in childcare centers throughout the Hamilton County area. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Columbus College of Art & Design and enjoys participating in creative, hands-on activities with children while creating a warm, welcoming space for them to learn and grow.

    Ms. Jackie studied International Relations at the University of Cincinnati and has previous experience working with children at Crème de la Crème from 2016–2021. She loves getting to know each child’s unique personality and building meaningful connections with them each day. Ms. Jackie enjoys creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel happy, supported, and excited to learn through play and exploration.

    Ms. Fariza is a Toddler Assistant. She has completed some college coursework at Heartland Community College and holds a Bookkeeping Certification. As a mom of two, Fariza has firsthand experience caring for children and creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. She loves working with children because it makes her happy to help them grow, play, and learn. Fariza believes that every child is unique and has their own interests and needs. She enjoys creating engaging experiences that capture children’s interests while providing a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment where they can learn and thrive.

    Ms. Sarah is a Preschool Assistant in our Monkey classroom. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work and brings a variety of experience caring for children, including nannying, babysitting, and working in a church nursery. Ms. Sarah loves working with children because she believes children are the future and bring so much light to our lives. She enjoys creating a caring and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel valued.

    Assistant Teacher - Pre-k
    Ms. Kendall is a Pre-Kindergarten Assistant in our Lion classroom. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Latin American & Caribbean Studies from the College of Charleston and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in School Counseling. Kendall has experience caring for and working with children and has always had a passion for supporting their growth and development. She enjoys creating positive experiences for children and being part of their learning journey. Kendall believes that every child is precious, inquisitive, intelligent, and special. Her teaching philosophy centers around patience and understanding, recognizing that every child learns at their own pace. She strives to provide extra support when needed while creating a classroom environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and engaged in learning. She especially loves watching children explore, learn, and grow, and she is passionate about helping each child feel confident in their abilities.

    Assistant Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Courtney is a Preschool Teacher in our Elephant classroom. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Columbus State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Otterbein University. Courtney has experience working with children in a variety of educational settings and has a strong background in early childhood education. She is passionate about supporting children’s growth and development and enjoys being part of their learning journey. Courtney loves being a teacher because she enjoys being one of the many guides on a child’s journey to adulthood. She especially loves watching children explore and learn something new, seeing their excitement, and helping them reach their goals and build confidence. As a mom herself, caring for children holds a special place in her heart.

    Assistant Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Laina is a Toddler Assistant in our Zebra classroom. She has a High School Diploma and experience working with children through teaching, swimming instruction, babysitting, and supporting children with special needs. Laina loves working with children because she enjoys building connections with little ones and making a positive impact on their lives. She believes in creating meaningful relationships with children and helping them feel safe, supported, and cared for as they learn and grow.

    Ms. Roberta is a Morning Resource Teacher at our school and holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential in Preschool, as well as a Montessori Certification. Roberta believes that every child is curious, affectionate, and eager to learn, and that each child deserves the support and guidance they need to grow. She values patience, kindness, and creating a safe and positive environment where children feel cared for and encouraged. Her teaching philosophy is centered around the belief that the experiences we provide children can leave a lasting impression. She strives to plant good seeds and create positive memories in each child’s heart, knowing that those experiences can help shape who they become.

    Resource Teacher
    Ms. Marge brings over 30 years of experience caring for and working with children. She has extensive experience as a private nanny, including caring for multiples, twins, and triplets, as well as experience working with children in schools in Michigan and Ohio. She holds an Associate degree in Speech Pathology and Communications from Ithaca College in New York. Marge loves working with children because she believes that making a difference in a child’s life makes her work worthwhile. She especially enjoys keeping children safe and happy while encouraging their curiosity and interest in new subjects and activities. She treasures the little conversations and special moments she shares with children and finds great joy in watching them learn and grow.
