Mr. Jim has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business. Prior to joining the Goddard family, he spent his career as a business professional in the Consumer Products industry. Mr. Jim is looking forward to providing a safe and fun environment for children.

Ms. Laura has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and worked in the corporate world for over ten years before staying home to raise two children. She is excited to bring her knowledge and skills to The Goddard School while encouraging children to have a lifelong love of learning.

Ms. Angela earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology from Miami University with an award in Deaf Studies from Cincinnati State University. She has taught prekindergarten and also worked as an administrator for summer academic programs since 2008.

Ms. Hilary has worked in early childhood education since 2009, including teaching in our preschool program. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Family Studies and Pre-kindergarten Education from Miami University in Oxford, OH. Ms. Hilary joined The Goddard School in 2014.

Ms. Ray has her Associate of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Care and Education from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. She has previous experience in Early Childhood Education and joined our faculty in 2019.

Ms. Anny has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and is pursuing her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). She has worked in our Get Set and Toddler programs and is the Lead Teacher in one of our Toddler classrooms. Ms. Anny joined our staff in 2021.

Ms. Ashley joined our team in 2019 after staying home and raising her own children. She has experience working with our preschool and infant programs. Ms. Ashley is a Co-Lead Teacher in our infant room.

Ms. Deepti earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Delhi University in India. She also completed Early Childhood Care & Education coursework in India. Additionally, Ms. Deepti has completed her Child Development Associate Certificate. She joined our staff in May 2018 and is teaching in our Get Set for Preschool program.

Ms. Elizabeth is currently working on an associates degree at Cincinnati State. She has over ten years of experience working with children. Ms. Elizabeth finds fulfillment in helping children grow up and discover the world. She joined our faculty in May 2023 and is a Co-Lead Teacher in our infant room.

Ms. Girija has a Bachelor's degree and teaching experience from India. She feels that helping children is the most rewarding job she could have. Ms. Girija joined our faculty in August 2023 and is the Lead Teacher in one of our Toddler classrooms.

Miss Hollie completed her Child Development Associate Certificate at Scarlet Oaks Career Center in 2020. She joined our school in May 2019 and has experience working with many age groups. Miss Hollie teaches in our Preschool program.

Ms. Liz has her Associates in Early Childhood Development from Miami University. She did her student teaching in our Pre-Kindergarten room in January 2019 and joined our staff as a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher in May 2019.

Ms. Maria has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and brings 6 years of early childhood experience in addition to 9 years as a nurse’s assistant. She is the older infant lead teacher in our Panda Room. She joined our staff in January 2021.

Mr. Ryan attended Lincoln Christian College, where he studied children’s ministry, and is interested in earning a CDA (Child Development Associate). He brings previous experience as a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, a Childcare Center Assistant Director, as well as a Director of a Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Ryan loves teaching children because it brings the opportunity to be a role model and a positive influence. He joined our team in June 2023 and is a Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten program.

Ms. Summer is renewing her Infant and toddler C.D.A. She has 14 years experience caring for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years. Ms. Summer joined our staff in November 2022 and is the Lead Teacher in one of our Toddler classrooms.

Mr. Eli has an Associates Degree in liberal arts from Sinclair Community College. He has worked in early childhood education since 2019. Mr. Eli joined our faculty in March 2020 and has experience teaching children of all ages.

Ms. Kate is a graduate of Sycamore High School and is pursuing her interest in Early Childhood Education. She has experience working with all ages and is the Assistant Teacher in one of our Toddler classrooms. Miss Kate joined our team in June 2020.

Ms. Maricar is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). She has worked in our toddler program and is currently assisting in our Toddler program. Ms. Maricar joined our team in August 2019.

Ms. Tasha has previous experience in childcare. She believes that helping children grow and develop is a gift. Ms. Tasha joined our staff in June 2023 and assists in our Preschool classroom.

Ms. McKenley has experience working with children in an in-home care setting. She finds helping children learn and discover their interests/talents very rewarding. Ms. McKenley joined our staff in June 2022 and is a Resource Teacher, helping out where needed in the school.

Ms. Michelle is a Resource Teacher and works where needed in the school. She has studied Early Childhood Education at the University of Cincinnati. Ms. Michelle has been working with preschoolers since 1986 and joined our school in 2009.

Ms. Bekah is a senior in college majoring in Psychology. She has experience with children through babysitting and tutoring at an elementary school in Cincinnati with Bearcat Buddies. Ms. Bekah enjoys the creativity, imagination, and energy that children have. She joined our staff in September 2023 and is a resource teacher.
