Our Teachers

Gaby is our onsite owner, she has a Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. Prior to joining the Goddard family, she spent her career working as an engineer and project manager in the aerospace industry, where she met her Goddard business partner Alex. Gaby is married to Matt and they have two daughters, she is passionate about providing a safe and fun environment for children.

Alex is the on-site owner of the Goddard School in West Chester, OH. Before that, Alex worked for over 10 years in the aviation industry as an Electrical Engineer, where she met her Goddard business partner Gaby. Alex also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. She is married to Steve and they have two children. Alex is excited to be part of the Mason Deerfield Goddard family!

Ms. Angie holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from Miami University and a Certificate in Deaf Studies from Cincinnati State College. Her passion for early childhood education and dedication to the importance of the first five years of a child's life drive her career. As a director, she collaborates with children, families, and educators to ensure each child thrives. Angie's background in speech pathology and Deaf studies informs her inclusive approach to education, creating nurturing environments where children explore, learn, and grow. She enjoys family time with her husband, Francisco, and their two children, graduates of The Goddard School, and she looks forward to positively impacting more lives in her community.

Ms. Hilary has worked in early childhood education since 2009, including teaching in our preschool program. She earned her bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Family Studies and Pre-kindergarten Education from Miami University. Ms. Hilary joined The Goddard School in 2014. She is passionate about helping to guide a new generation of teachers, building lifelong relationships with children and their families, and nurturing a love for learning in children. She sees each day as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives. Hilary and her husband John have two energetic sons who attend The Goddard School.

Ms. Ray holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Cincinnati State. She began her career in early childhood education in 2017, having grown up assisting her mom with her own child care center. Ms. Ray joined The Goddard School in 2019 because of its high education standards and her dedication to children's development. She is passionate about creating an environment where every child feels loved, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential—including her own daughter, Kala.

Ms. Ashley joined our team at Goddard on August 1, 2019, after taking time to stay home and raise her own children. She brings valuable experience from working with both our preschool and infant programs, where she has shown dedication and passion for early childhood education.

Ms. Brooke holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and has nearly 10 years of experience working with young children. She loves watching them learn new things, putting a smile on their faces every day, receiving hugs, and seeing their faces light up with joy.

Ms. Emilie holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and is currently working on a master's in leadership. With over 10 years of experience working with children, she loves inspiring young minds and creating strong relationships amongst students, staff, and families.

Ms. Allie is currently taking classes to earn her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). She has experience working as an assistant teacher in our Older Infant room and is now the lead teacher in one of our Toddler rooms. Ms. Allie enjoys working with young children and loves seeing them smile each day, taking great joy in watching them grow and learn.

Ms. Moumita holds a master's degree in Sociology from India and has experience teaching there. She is passionate about making a difference in her students' lives and is dedicated to inspiring and encouraging the success of future generations.

Ms. Deepti earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Delhi University in India and has completed Early Childhood Care & Education coursework in India. While teaching at our school, she has also earned her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). Prior to joining The Goddard School, Ms. Deepti taught Kindergarten in India. She enjoys working with children and loves the way they look at the world.

Ms. Hollie has her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). She worked at Scarlet Oaks Preschool before joining The Goddard School while finishing her CDA. Ms. Hollie has a passion for teaching children and cannot imagine doing anything else.

Mr. Ryan attended Lincoln Christian College, where he studied children’s ministry, and is interested in earning a CDA (Child Development Associate). He brings previous experience as a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, a Childcare Center Assistant Director, as well as a Director of a Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Ryan loves teaching children because it brings the opportunity to be a role model and a positive influence. He joined our team in June 2023 and is a Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten program.

Ms. Liz has an associate's degree in early childhood development from Miami University. She completed her student teaching in our Lion room in January 2019 and joined our staff in May 2019. Ms. Liz has always enjoyed being around children and is dedicated to helping them learn and grow as individuals.

Ms. McKenley has experience working with children in an in-home care setting. She finds helping children learn and discover their interests/talents very rewarding. Ms. McKenley joined our staff in June 2022 and is a Resource Teacher, helping out where needed in the school.

Mr. Eli has a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Creative Writing from Miami University. He has been working in early childhood education since 2019 and joined our faculty in 2020. Mr. Eli enjoys seeing things from children’s perspectives and learning from them, as well as teaching them.

Ms. Beth attended nursing school and has experience working as an LPN. Her love for working with young children was the driving factor in her career change to early childhood education.

Ms. Kaia is currently taking classes in Criminal Justice and Psychology at the University of Cincinnati. She has experience working with children through babysitting and at her church. Ms. Kaia loves making children happy and enjoys teaching them new skills.

Ms. Bridget has experience working as a nanny and holds an associate's degree in human studies from Indiana Wesleyan University. She believes strongly that all children are unique and deserve individualized education that stimulates their minds while meeting their emotional needs. It is her passion to help children develop into their authentic selves.

Ms. Noza has experience in early childhood education in Uzbekistan. She enjoys building lasting bonds with the children, fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

Ms. Tasha is a Mason High School graduate with experience in caring for children. She enjoys working with children of all different ages and loves getting to know each child individually to understand how they learn best.

Ms. Maricar is currently working on her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). She holds an Associate's degree in Computer Secretarial from City of Malabon University in the Philippines. Ms. Maricar joined The Goddard School in 2019. She loves the unforgettably rewarding feeling she gets from teaching.

Ms. Michelle is a Resource Teacher and works where needed in the school. She has studied Early Childhood Education at the University of Cincinnati. Ms. Michelle has been working with preschoolers since 1986 and joined our school in 2009. She loves creating fun and engaging activities for children of all age-groups.

Ms. Kate is a Sycamore High School graduate with a passion for Early Childhood Education. She enjoys working with children of all ages and cherishes the relationships she builds with them. Ms. Kate joined our team in June 2020 and values the close-knit community at The Goddard School, considering it her second family.

Ms. Shari has over 25 years of experience in early childhood education. She joined The Goddard School in 2023 and she helps out wherever needed in our school. She loves watching children grow and learn through play.

Ms. Mia is currently working toward both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Mt. St. Joseph University. She has previous experience in childcare and loves supporting children as they learn how to interact with others and regulate their emotions. Ms. Mia believes it is important for kids to have compassionate and patient role models in their lives. She joined our staff in May 2023.

Mr. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Professional Writing from Miami University. He joined our school in April 2022 and currently serves as a seasonal Resource Teacher, assisting wherever needed. Mr. Aaron has experience working with children of all ages, including special education. He values building meaningful relationships with the children and their families.

Ms. Rainie took classes in Early Childhood Education at Scarlet Oaks and is currently taking Early Childhood Education classes at the University of Cincinnati. She has several years of experience working with young children and actively participates in community service.

Mr. Jerry is currently enrolled at the University of Cincinnati for Secondary Education. He has experience subbing in the public school system and is a seasonal employee with us. Mr. Jerry enjoys building positive relationships with the younger generation.
