I’m so proud to be the owner of this amazing Goddard School in Hudson. I’ve always needed to do meaningful work throughout my life. The Goddard School has the highest of standards both in Health and Safety, as well as Education for the most meaningful people in our world, our children. As a father myself, I understand and appreciate the importance of the early childhood educational experience. These are just a few reasons why I choose to become part of the Goddard family. Ashlie is one of the Directors of The Goddard School of Hudson and a dedicated early childhood education professional with extensive experience in leadership, program administration, and child development. Throughout her career, she has led large early childhood programs, supervised and developed teams of educators, and worked closely with children and families to create supportive, high-quality learning environments. Ashlie is passionate about building strong teams and creating a school culture where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Her leadership approach emphasizes positive relationships, Conscious Discipline, professional growth, and meaningful partnerships with families. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Teaching Education and is continuing her education with a minor in Business Management. Outside of work, Ashlie enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, exploring new places, and creating special memories with her three children.

Hi, my name is Taylor Myers and I am so excited to be the Director here at the Goddard School of Hudson! I graduated from The University of Akron with my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Inclusive. I have over 5 years of experience working with young kids and I have loved every minute of it. The warmth, joy, and sense of family that fill our classrooms makes our school a truly remarkable place! I have continued to grow as an educator and a leader, learning so much about how to create a nurturing, engaging environment where children and teachers can thrive together. I'm eager to work hand-in-hand with our amazing staff and families that support every child's early learning journey!

I have 28 years of experience in childcare who is passionate about creating a nurturing, responsive environment where babies feel safe, secure and loved. I believe strong, trusting relationships and play based exploration are the earliest years. I am inspired by knowing how important the first three years of life are and I strive to support each child's unique pace. Everyday with infants fills me with wonder and purposes as I help create a warm loving safe where children and parents feel supported and confident.

I have 9 years of experience in childcare, I strive to create a positive, safe, loving and supportive learning environment for all children. I especially enjoy spending time with infants, watching them grow, reach each milestone and surrounding them with love and care. I am motivated by making a difference and find no greater joy than witnessing babies experience their first milestones. I am grateful to be part of a community that offers strong support from both the families and staff.

I am new to the childcare world, I believe children learn best when they feel seen, safe, and supported and I strive to create a nurturing environment that encourages emotional and cognitive growth. I am passionate about helping each child build confidence, curiosity and a strong sense of self while developing the skills they need to grow into their unique identities. I love getting to know each child as an induvial and watching them grow into themselves. I am excited to be part of this community because it values curiosity, emotional development and creating a warm, supportive environment where every child can strive.

I have 3 years of experience in childcare, I believe learning should feel safe, fun, and supportive, and I strive to meet each child where they can grow confidently. I love watching students grow both personally and academically while building strong connections with them and their families. I am motivated by treating every child with the same care and love I would want for my own, and being part of what makes them excited to learn. I am excited to be part of this community because it is well managed supported team that deeply values child safety and families.

I have 3.5 years of experience in childcare. I strive to create a classroom where children always feel safe, supported and confident each time they walk through the door. I love watching children grow and knowing I can have a positive impact on their lives while they also leave a lasting impact on mine. I am inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's life and help guide them through important moments. I am excited to be a part of this community because of the endless support, strong family connections and welcome environment it provides for children and parents alike.

I have 7 years of experience who believes children learn best through playful, hands on exploration with gentle guidance. I love watching children discover, learn, and light up with excitement as they build confidence, creativity and essential skills. I am motivated by helping children feel seen, supported and excited about learning every day. My goal is for students to leave my classroom with a love of learning, the courage to grow and the comfort of knowing they are always cared for.

I have been teaching for over a year and believe every day in the classroom is a fresh start and an opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting difference. I love seeing children reach new milestones, both big and small, and I'm motivated by knowing I can make a positive impact on their lives each day. I hope my students leave my classroom feeling valued, confident and capable of overcoming challenges. I am excited to be part of a team that truly values every child and works together to help them succeed for their bright future.

I love working in child care education because I enjoy helping children learn, grow and discover who they are. I love seeing them reach new milestones is incredibly rewarding to me. I also value creating a safe, nurturing and fun environment where children feel confident and supported. Being a resource teacher allows me to work in all different ages, and allows me to make a positive difference in each child's life every day.

I have 1 year of experience in early childhood education and love making a difference in children’s lives by helping them feel happy, loved, and supported. I especially enjoy watching my students grow into more confident, capable and proud versions of themselves. The students motivate me every day and it’s a blessing to see their learning and growth happen right before my eyes.
