Hi, my name is Taylor Myers and I am so excited to be the Director here at the Goddard School of Hudson! I graduated from The University of Akron with my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Inclusive. I have over 5 years of experience working with young kids and I have loved every minute of it. The warmth, joy, and sense of family that fill our classrooms makes our school a truly remarkable place! I have continued to grow as an educator and a leader, learning so much about how to create a nurturing, engaging environment where children and teachers can thrive together. I'm eager to work hand-in-hand with our amazing staff and families that support every child's early learning journey!

Hi, my name is Jordan Smith and I'm so excited to be your Assistant Director! I joined The Goddard School of Hudson in March 2022 as a Lead Preschool Teacher. Although my background begun in hospitality, my love and passion for early childhood education guided me toward the classroom, where I earned my CDA certification in the summer of 2025. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with such an amazing team, supporting our wonderful families, and helping shape the future of our students every single day!

I have 28 years of experience in childcare who is passionate about creating a nurturing, responsive environment where babies feel safe, secure and loved. I believe strong, trusting relationships and play based exploration are the earliest years. I am inspired by knowing how important the first three years of life are and I strive to support each child's unique pace. Everyday with infants fills me with wonder and purposes as I help create a warm loving safe where children and parents feel supported and confident.

I have 7 years of experience who believes children learn best through playful, hands on exploration with gentle guidance. I love watching children discover, learn, and light up with excitement as they build confidence, creativity and essential skills. I am motivated by helping children feel seen, supported and excited about learning every day. My goal is for students to leave my classroom with a love of learning, the courage to grow and the comfort of knowing they are always cared for.

I have 3 years of experience in childcare, I believe learning should feel safe, fun, and supportive, and I strive to meet each child where they can grow confidently. I love watching students grow both personally and academically while building strong connections with them and their families. I am motivated by treating every child with the same care and love I would want for my own, and being part of what makes them excited to learn. I am excited to be part of this community because it is well managed supported team that deeply values child safety and families.

I have 6 years of experience in childcare who believes in creating a warm, nurturing and joyful environment where children feel safe to explore and grow. I value play based, hands on learning and consistent routines that help build trust, confidence and independence. I love watching children reach milestones, gain confidence and feel proud as they learn something new. I am passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping children develop strong growth skills and I am excited to be a part of a school that reflects my teaching skills and love for children.

I have 6 years of experience in childcare. I believe children need the space and support to grow into their own unique, age appropriate independence while exploring their curiosity and discovering who they are. I love watching children grow, reach new milestones and see their personalities expand over time. I am motivated by knowing I am making a positive difference in children's lives each day. I have 3 years of experience in childcare. I have always enjoyed working with children and have been caring for and supporting them from a young age. I love building strong relationships with children and their families while helping children grow, learn, and discover the world around them. I am inspired by the joy of fostering children's growth and watching them develop new skills and confidence. I hope my students leave my classroom with a love of learning, kindness and an understanding of the importance of sharing and caring for others. I am excited to be a part of a center that is nurturing to all the children here.

I have 1 year of experience in early childhood education and love making a difference in children’s lives by helping them feel happy, loved, and supported. I especially enjoy watching my students grow into more confident, capable and proud versions of themselves. The students motivate me every day and it’s a blessing to see their learning and growth happen right before my eyes. I hope every child leaves my classroom with gained confidence, feeling loved, and proud of the success they achieved in my class. I’m grateful to be part of such a loving and supportive school.

I have 9 years of experience in childcare, I strive to create a positive, safe, loving and supportive learning environment for all children. I especially enjoy spending time with infants, watching them grow, reach each milestone and surrounding them with love and care. I am motivated by making a difference and find no greater joy than witnessing babies experience their first milestones.
