Hi, my name is Taylor Myers and I am so excited to be the Director here at the Goddard School of Hudson! I graduated from The University of Akron with my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Inclusive. I have over 5 years of experience working with young kids and I have loved every minute of it. The warmth, joy, and sense of family that fill our classrooms makes our school a truly remarkable place! I have continued to grow as an educator and a leader, learning so much about how to create a nurturing, engaging environment where children and teachers can thrive together. I'm eager to work hand-in-hand with our amazing staff and families that support every child's early learning journey!

Hi, my name is Jordan Smith and I'm so excited to be your Assistant Director! I joined The Goddard School of Hudson in March 2022 as a Lead Preschool Teacher. Although my background begun in hospitality, my love and passion for early childhood education guided me toward the classroom, where I earned my CDA certification in the summer of 2025. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with such an amazing team, supporting our wonderful families, and helping shape the future of our students every single day!

Hello! My name is Darcie! I am a mom of two boys! I was a stay at home mom for 4 years. In my spare time, I love to cook & bake. I have a small business for baked goods for friends & family! I love getting coffee & shopping, going on walks, taking the boys to the zoo or indoor play places,& once a month, going to the local library. I started The Goddard Schools Feb 2024. I have a 1.5 year certification in cosmetology, 1.5 year experience in Healthcare & plan to go back to school! My favorite thing to do with children are gym/ outdoor play, Bubbles, arts & crafts & reading!

I have 28 years of experience in childcare who is passionate about creating a nurturing, responsive environment where babies feel safe, secure and loved. I believe strong, trusting relationships and play based exploration are the earliest years. I am inspired by knowing how important the first three years of life are and I strive to support each child's unique pace. Everyday with infants fills me with wonder and purposes as I help create a warm loving safe where children and parents feel supported and confident.

I love working in child care education because I enjoy helping children learn, grow and discover who they are. I love seeing them reach new milestones is incredibly rewarding to me. I also value creating a safe, nurturing and fun environment where children feel confident and supported. Being a resource teacher allows me to work in all different ages, and allows me to make a positive difference in each child's life every day.

I have 6 years of experience in childcare. I believe children need the space and support to grow into their own unique, age appropriate independence while exploring their curiosity and discovering who they are. I love watching children grow, reach new milestones and see their personalities expand over time. I am motivated by knowing I am making a positive difference in children's lives each day. Hello!! My name is Riley Fortier I am from Columbus Ohio, and I am a student at Kent State University. I am majoring in Early Childhood Education. Working with kids has always been a passion of mine and I love helping them grow as individuals and learning new skills! When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my friends and family!

I am a teacher with two years of experience who believed in creating a student centered, safe environment where children can grow and learn through empathy, love and kindness. I love watching my students develop new skills, gain confidence and smile as they learn. I am motivated by seeing children feel happy, supported, and appreciated for who they are. I hope my students leave my classroom knowing it is a safe space and that I will always be there to help them learn and grow.
