Seema is the proud owner of The Goddard School in Dublin, OH. She studied Human Resources in Canada and has worked in several administrative and managerial positions throughout her career. Her love of continuous learning and education has inspired her to embark on this journey to join the Goddard family. As a mother, she understands the importance of ensuring that children have a quality early education and the positive impact that it will have for their academic careers and future success.

Ms. Jackie is our Director of Operations and has been at this location since 1999. She graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She has worked with children in many different capacities; such as teacher, assistant director and director. She has worked in the position of director since 1991.

Ms. Jessica began her childcare career in 2011, has been an Assistant Director since 2018, and joined our team as Assistant Director in 2022. She has her Child Development Associate as well as being Montessori certified. Ms. Jessica is an enthusiastic educator that loves making an impact in children's lives and watching them blossom. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and her family.

Ms. Erica has worn many hats here at Goddard over her 5 years, but she has found her home as a lead in our preschool room. She has an associate's degree in Early Childhood Development and pursuing a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Ms. Erica is also a participant in our Sunshine Committee bringing creativity and joy to our staff and families. She enjoys seeing each child work through their thought process when learning new things as well as the smiles and cuddles they bring with them to school every day. In her free time, she likes to crochet and read.

Ms. Dawn has been a teacher with us since August 2019. She started as a toddler teacher, then moved up to preschool, and now has taken on the role of lead pre-k teacher. She is very creative with the activities she plans and promotes sustainability by using recycled materials whenever she can. Ms. Dawn has 31 years of experience working with children. She has an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education. Her favorite part about working with children is that every day is different, and loves to see how proud her students get when things click! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

Ms. Kiem has been the best Kindgergarten Enrichment Teacher by far, and has been teaching with us since November 2020. She loves exploring new, fun, and creative ways to teach her students language and math. Ms. Kiem has a bachelor's Degree in Education with a Major in English. She spends her free time hiking, exploring nature, dabbling in photography, and traveling with her husband.

Ms. Sara has been the pillar in our Cub room since April 2015. She enjoys working with the infants, experiencing every child's milestones as they grow in their first year. Ms. Sara brings a warm and inviting presence to all our families. She likes hiking, fishing, and spending quality time with her two children in her free time. We love seeing her smiling face every morning.

Ms. Ashley has worked in childcare for 3 years. We are so excited that September 2023 has been the start of her journey with us in our Get Set 1 Room. She is currently pursuing her CDA in Infant and Toddler. Ms. Ashley loves the joy that her students have when they learn new things as well as their achievements. Her downtime is spent with her son, taking walks, and going to the gym.

Ms. Synthia is one of our new Pre-K teachers this year. She was previously a co-lead in our preschool classroom. She is so excited to explore this new chapter of her childhood career as well as grow with her students from last year. Ms. Synthia has been with us since August 2020 and is a participant in our Sunshine Committee where she brings new ideas for teacher and family engagement. She has an associate degree in early childhood education and is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood. Her favorite thing about being a teacher is getting to watch each child grow and change throughout the year, and seeing those 'A-ha' moments when they understand what she is teaching. Her favorite things to do in her down time are to read, bake, make arts and crafts, and shop.

Ms. Avery is our assistant pre-k teacher. She has been with us since August 2023, and has been working with children for the past 6 years. Ms. Avery loves the positive impact that she makes on each child's life as a teacher. In her free time, she enjoys playing the guitar and piano.

Ms. Gin is our assistant Toddler teacher. She has been with us since August 2023 with a year of experience working with children. Ms. Gin has a bachelor's in biology, zoo, and conservation science. She loves working with the toddlers because they give her a purpose in life. In her free time, she likes to travel with her boyfriend.

Ms. Grace is our school support teacher, who visits all classes to help teachers with activities, and also helps with the school-agers end of day routines. Ms. Grace is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in early childhood development. What she loves most about working with children is seeing that light bulb moment, and watching them grow. She loves reading, being with friends and family, and going to the gym.

Ms. Sana has been with our Goddard family for four years and counting and is currently pursuing her Childhood Development Associate. Her favorite thing about teaching is making connections with each student and their family, and watching the children grow into their personalities. During her days off she enjoys painting and horse back riding.

Ms. Sima has been a Goddard support staff member since September 2020. She has spent lots of time supporting the lead teachers in every classroom, by helping them with activities, and giving them time for lesson planning. She loves working with children to watch them grow and see their creativity shine. Ms. Sima's free time is spent cooking, walking, swimming, and spending time with family.

Ms. Allie is our Infant/Toddler morning greeter. She is always here to welcome our friends at drop-off, and has made bonds with each friend for an easy transition in the mornings. Ms. Allie has been with us since April 2023. She has her bachelor's degree in music. She works with Infants and Toddlers because she loves watching them grow and seeing their personalities develop as they get older. In her free time, she likes playing the piano and making crafts.
