Our Teachers

Having The Goddard School in Aurora is such a privilege, and I’m so grateful to be a part of this incredible community! As a parent myself, I know the importance of early childhood education and I will be sure every child leaves our program with a love of learning and the confidence to go into kindergarten. I have had the privilege to work in an elementary school for ten years and have seen the successes of premier preschool education. I can not wait to contribute to that success!

I am so excited to be a part of a wonderful team establishing The Goddard School in the Aurora community. With 8 years of previous experience, I look forward to bringing my gained knowledge to The Goddard School of Aurora. Having three young children of my own, I understand the importance of early education and try to cultivate a nurturing and elite program for all early learners.

Ms. Samantha has her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been educating children since 2014 and is a master at potty training. She is married with two kids; a son Jasper, and daughter Annabelle. Ms. Samantha has a dog and three cats and loves reading, tacos and Dunkin'!

Ms. Kaylee has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been a preschool teacher since 2018 and her experience shines through when you enter her classroom. She recently got married and has a Boxer pup! Ms. Kaylee loves to read and enjoys sweet treats!

Ms. Carolyn has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University. She has been educating children since 2019 and has such a positive energy that you find yourself smiling whenever you are around her. She is married and has 3 dogs. She loves reading, plants and pickle ball!

Ms. Rachel has been teaching preschool since 2023. The joy she finds in educating children is reflected in the way she encourages and connects with her students. Ms. Rachel has a cat named Luna and a fish named Sid. She enjoys traveling, hiking and reading.

Ms. Mykenzie (Kenzie) has been educating preschoolers since 2023 and has found her passion working with infants. Building relationships with her students' families is very important to her, and it shows! Ms. Kenzie grew up on a horse farm and is one of five siblings. She enjoys baking and painting.

Ms. Paige graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She worked in a nursing home for several years where she found a love of caring for people. In 2023 she started caring for children and found her passion with infants. Ms. Paige is married with a dog and two cats. She loves a good adventure and enjoys coloring.

Ms. Sierra has worked in childcare since 2022 and is working as a lead teacher in our infant classroom. She has such a calming presence and that seems to spread throughout her classroom. Her favorite thing about working with children is watching them discover new things. Sierra loves watching sports and enjoys bonfires in the summer.

Ms. Jessica loves discovering each child's personality as it unfolds and has been able to witness this in so many children since she started in childcare in 2014. She is married with a daughter and loves using her Cricut machine and shopping at Hobby Lobby.

Ms Avery has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and has been in a preschool setting since 2023. She loves reading and coloring and has 2 cats. She grew up in Michigan (but we won't hold that against her) :)

Ms Camryn has been working in childcare since 2020 and has been with Goddard since 2023. She has a love of working with children, and it shows! She has 2 German Shepherds and loves reading and going for walks to look at the sunset!

Ms. Jackie holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification and has been dedicated to early childhood education since 2016. She has experience working with children from infancy through Pre-K, and finds the most rewarding part of her job to be watching them grow and learn. Currently, she is furthering her expertise by working toward becoming an Applied Behavior Analyst. Ms. Jackie enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and exploring new parks with her two-year-old son, Myles.

Ms. Kelly brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong focus on infants and toddlers. She believes in learning through hands-on experiences and helping children connect their discoveries to the real world. She has 1 dog and 2 bunnies and enjoys fishing.
