    Ernesto is the dedicated owner of The Goddard School of Las Vegas (Enterprise). With a bachelor’s degree in engineering geology and an MBA, he brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Inspired by the remarkable development his own daughter experienced as a Goddard graduate, Ernesto opened the Southwest Las Vegas location to offer the same high-quality early education to more families in the community. At The Goddard School, every child’s well-being and love of learning come first. We look forward to welcoming you and your little one into our community—a place where children feel supported, inspired, and ready to grow.

    Uli has worked in Early Childhood Education since 2006, starting with volunteer teaching in an orphanage in Macau and a non-profit kindergarten in Hong Kong. She holds a bachelor’s in business, and a Director's Certificate in Early Childhood Education. As a lifelong leaner, she completed additional college credits in psychology, counseling, therapeutic interventions, mental illness and crisis communication. Uli is a certified Montessori teacher for children from the age of 3 to 9 and completed her training as a Registered Behavior Technician. Her former foster sons Scotty, Dakota, Chandler, Lev, Chris, Devonte and Kayode inspired her to pursue a career in teaching to truly make a difference in the lives of young children by providing a nurturing and welcoming learning environment for all children. Uli is proud to be a part of the Goddard School family and is excited to help all our children reach their greatest potential and life-long love for learning.

    My passion for Early Childhood Education began when I met a woman named Marjorie, who worked as a social worker. I was inspired by the meaningful connections she built with children who were struggling. Watching her support, encourage, and empower those children to succeed showed me how special it can be when a child has someone who truly believes in them. After graduating from high school, I continued my career in early childhood education and earned my CDA credential in Preschool. Shortly afterward, I found myself drawn to the administrative side of early childhood education. I am a proud mom to my two-year-old son! I love picking up new hobbies and am always looking for something new to learn or create. I especially enjoy all kinds of art. My favorite quote about my passion for teaching is: “All kids need is a little help, a little hope, and somebody who believes in them.” -Magic Johnson

    My passion for teaching began at an early age, inspired by my mother’s dedication to homeschooling me, my siblings, and my cousins. Her commitment to helping and educating our family shaped the teacher I aspire to be. I hold an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. Since beginning my journey here at Goddard, I decided to refresh my skills, and I have earned my CDA credential for Preschool/Pre-K. A fun fact about me is that I love to read, and I was born and raised in Long Beach California.     My biggest inspiration to become a teacher has always been my mom and my experience helping to raise my younger siblings. Through those experiences, I discovered how much I enjoy caring for, guiding, and supporting children. I have earned my high school diploma and am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Education. A fun fact about me is that I sing in a barbershop quartet and compete regionally every year!     My biggest inspiration to teach has been my own children. I have always loved being involved in their classrooms and helping their teachers, and through those experiences, I discovered my passion for working with and teaching young children. I have my high school diploma and an associate degree. A few fun things about me are that I love visiting different zoos when I travel and I enjoy riding horses.     My greatest inspiration to pursue a career in teaching came from watching my mother care for children, as well as from my own experience raising my children. I hold a high School Diploma and have completed some college coursework. One of the most important things to know about me is that I am a hardworking woman who is deeply committed to caring for my family and supporting those around me. I bring that same dedication, compassion, and care into my work with children each day.     My passion for teaching began in high school when I had the opportunity to volunteer in a kindergarten classroom. That experience confirmed my love for working with young children and sparked a passion that has continued to grow throughout my career. I am currently working on my CDA credential for Infant/Toddlers with the estimated completion of early September 2026. A fun fact about me is that I love spending my weekends cooking and baking.     My desire to teach was inspired by my pastor, Lee, and her daughter, Hea-jin Jung-a, a Korean missionary in the Philippines. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science while living in the Philippines. In 2019, I also earned my teaching diploma through the American Montessori Society. A fun fact about me is that I love exploring unique and exotic foods and enjoy trying new dishes. However, I am not a fan of deep water, so don’t ask me to go diving! My favorite quote about my passion for teaching is: “Education is a natural process carried out by the child and is not acquired by listening to words but by experiences in the environment.” —Maria Montessori

    My passion for early childhood education began with my fourth grade teacher, who inspired my love of reading. That love of learning grew into a passion for working with young children and helping them learn, grow, and discover the world around them. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and have earned my Certificate of Completion in Early Childhood Education. Some fun facts about me are that I have two fur babies named Winston and Willow. I’m also from Hawaii, where I was a professional Hula dancer!     My passion for early childhood education began when I became an uncle to my nieces and nephews. Being around them sparked my love for working with children and inspired me to pursue a career in early childhood education. I hold a high school diploma and have completed all required Early Childhood Education courses for the state of Nevada. Through my education and experience, I have gained valuable knowledge about child development. A fun fact about me is that I’m an archer! I enjoy the focus and challenge that comes with the sport.
