Our Goddard School Teachers

Toni Ann Eckerson - Hello! I am the proud owner of The Goddard School® located in Forked River New Jersey! I am an on-site owner who gives 110% to all of our children, parents and faculty. We strive for excellence in early childhood development and want to provide only the best in terms of health and safety and curriculum. I have almost 30 years of experience as a teacher, director and owner in Early Childhood Education. My degree is in Psychology with a Minor in Musical Theater and I also have three children of my own, who are all Goddard Graduates!

Miss Brittany- As the Director of The Goddard School in Forked River, I will be able to utilize my passion for Early Childhood Education! I hold a degree in Elementary Education/Special Education and most recently worked in a special education private school! My experience with young children is also extensive; in the past I worked as a Preschool teacher for 8years. My daughters also currently attend The Goddard School! I am excited to help both parents and children!

I'm excited to be working at Goddard! I've worked with children since 2018 using ABA to teach positive behavior. I went to Georgian Court University and graduated with a degree in Psychology. I am also a mommy to 2 Goddard students!

My name is Miss Judy, I am the lead teacher in the PreK classroom here at the Goddard School and an office closer! I have many years experience in childcare and I have my CDA accreditation! I have a daughter and son of my own (both Goddard students). I absolutely love the children in my class! I am very passionate about teaching and love what I do! I have been with Goddard since 2016!

Hello! My name is Miss Welanie. I was born in the Philippines. I graduated with my bachelor’s in science for Nursing and my degree in Teaching. I love working with children and I really enjoy working at the Goddard School. I have been part of the team since 2021!

I graduated from Ocean County College and have a lot of experience working with children. I graduated from Kean University with my degree in Special Education and General Education K-6 and 6-8 with a focus in History. I love working with children.

I am a cafeteria worker at the Lacey Township High School. I love working with children. I have babysat for many years and I am a mother of three children.

Hello, I am Miss Kim. I worked for the Red Bank school system for over 9 years in the Pre- K setting. I love all children and want every child to feel wanted and loved everyday. My goal is for every student to be excited to come to school. I have been part of the team since 2022!

I'm hard working and a good team player. I currently attend college Majoring in Computer Information Systems while playing College baseball. I have worked here since 2021! My future goals are in Technology!

Miss Lisa considers herself outgoing, fun, loving and honest. Prior, she has worked for the school district for 12 years and is excited to be part of the Goddard team since 2018!

Hello, I am Leslie! I have worked with children of all ages since I was sixteen years old. I love to work with children. In my free time I like to read and do arts and crafts. I also work at the Lacey High School as a teacher aide!

Hello my name is Nicolette! I went to OCC for general studies and did a semester at Berkley schools. I also have experience working at other centers in the infant classroom. I am looking forward to my Goddard journey. She is our 2024 Teacher of the Year!!

Hi my name is Lillian, my friends call me Lilly. I come from a big family. I love children very much. I have worked at another early childhood center and worked with the toddler age group. I graduated with my degree in nursing and decided not to work in that field. I love working with children and seeing their different personalities. I am currently enrolled for my CDA accreditation.

Hi, I am Miss Allison I moved here in 2021. I have worked in childcare for 5 years. I have worked with ages from 6 weeks old to 5 years old. I love working with children because everyday is a new day. I love watching my students grow up and become our future!

Hi, my name is Sasha. I am very kind and hardworking. I'm always nice to everyone. In my freshman year I worked in the childcare class and it was very fun. I'm so excited to be a part of The Goddard School since 2024!

Hi, I'm Alexis I am currently in Highschool. I enjoy Reading and Writing in my free time. I plan to become a sports journalist some day. I wanted to work with children because I love kids. I chose Goddard because my Mom worked here in the past and I saw how how happy she was working here.

Hi, my name is Miss Piyada but you can call me Miss Emma. I am passionate about working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel safe in a nurturing environment. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Economics. I worked at another daycare as an Assistant Teacher and helped my parents with raising my twin brothers.

Hello, my name is Isabella. I am happy to work at the Goddard School. I have worked in a preschool setting since 2021. I love working with little ones, my degree is in Early Elementary Education and my favorite color is pink.

Hello, I am Yarlen. I am excited to work at the Goddard school! I have some experience with babysitting, I love watching children grow and develop. I enjoy getting my nails done and swimming. I look forward to bonding with my students here.

Miss Ashley is a part-time teachers assistant at The Goddard School in Forked River! She is a former Goddard School Graduate! She attends Clemson University studying Architechture. Her creativity and love for the arts, makes her a great addition to our staff. The children love her! She has been with us since 2019!

Hi, I'm Miss Alyssa. I have been working with children since I was in high school. I taught martial arts and fell in love with teaching. Since graduating I have worked in preschools and elementary schools. I am so excited to help the children learn and grow.

Hi, my name is Maryann. Teaching has been a dream of mine since I was in second grade. I'm in college to get my degree in Early Childhood Education. I've worked in childcare for 5 years now with ages 2 and up. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach and being with family.
