Our Teachers

I am excited to be the on-site owner of The Goddard School of Burlington. I have a bachelor’s degree in Management Information System from Thomas Edison State College. As a mother of three, I believe that all families want a safe, healthy, nurturing environment with an educational focus for their children. My husband, Tushar graduated from NJIT with a master’s degree in Engineering. Although he enjoys being an engineer his father was a school principal and his mother was a teacher so Tushar grew up with a love for education and we are both so very proud to be able to carry on their love of teaching. We look forward to working with all the great families in the area and invite you to visit our school to learn more about our vision and the Goddard philosophy.

Mrs. Rachel is one of our Operational Directors. She has degrees in Elementary Education and Business and General Management. She has been working in early childhood education for 13 years now, where most of her time was spent in toddler and preschool classrooms. Mrs. Rachel's goal is to provide a fun and safe learning environment for children to express themselves and leave with a smile on their face every day. When she is in the classroom, Mrs. Rachel's favorite activities involve art and sensory, where the children are able to get creative and explore their senses. She is so excited to be a part of the Goddard School of Burlington and is looking forward to making memories with the children and their families!

Ms. Stephanie comes to the Goddard School with 11 years of experience working with children. She has her bachelor's degree in art and a director administration certification. Ms. Stephanie has a 3-year-old son who also attends our school. She just recently moved to New Jersey and is excited to come onboard with us! She is most excited to get into our classrooms and become familiar with our teachers and children. In her free time, Ms. Stephanie enjoys riding her Harley motorcycle and exploring new restaurants and trying new foods.

Mrs. Farrah has a Bachelors in Business Administration and an Associates in Liberal Science. She has been a part of the Goddard family for 8 years, where she has had experience in all ages! Mrs. Farrah began her time in the classrooms, and then moved into the office, providing support and assistance to the teachers and children. Mrs. Farrah loves working with children of all ages and watching them grow and hit their milestones. Seeing the children’s smiles and excitement brightens any days of hers!

Ms. Ruth is our Lead Teacher in our Pre-K classroom. She has been teaching at our school for ten years. She has worked with children for well over 30 years. She obtained her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education from William Paterson University. Ms. Ruth finds joy in watching the children's faces when they grasp what is being taught. Language Arts is her favorite subject to teach. She prides herself in being able to support the children with their beginning reading skills. Ms. Ruth loves reading! She wants the children to learn how to read so they can use it to discover our world. She constantly reminds the children in her care that books are our friends. We need to treat them nicely because they help us learn new things!

Ms. Wildania is our Pre-K Lead Teacher. Miss Wildania graduated from Rutgers University with a double major in Psychology and Spanish. Her main goal in the classroom is to build the confidence of each child by doing exploration activities. She loves to make sure that the children develop well especially with their social-emotional side.

Ms. Gina loves the children like her own! She holds an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Delaware County Community College. Ms. Gina has worked with young children ages four years and younger for 7 years now. She enjoys creating experiences that allow the children to use their critical thinking skills and build on the prior knowledge.

Ms. Sabrena is a new addition to our family! She has been in childcare since 2016. She loves taking care of children and is very dedicated to educating them. She will be going to school to get her degree for Psychology and Education. Currently, she is also a choir church leader for children. Ms. Sabrena loves being a teacher and would like to grow in the education field.

Mrs. Krystan is the Lead Teacher in Pre-Kindergarten classroom. She has been in childcare for well over ten years, both in the classroom and as a personal nanny. Mrs. Krystan earned her Liberal Arts Degree in Early Childhood from Ocean County College. Each year, she looks forward to providing a classroom environment that permits the children to have fun and learn at a pace that is most conducive to their development.

Miss Ruhama is our new Preschool 1 Lead Teacher. She has been in the childcare field for 2 years. Miss is very patient and caring. She believes all children deserve to feel safe and cared for and she strives to give this to every child. Miss Ruhama is highly qualified as our Preschool Lead Teacher and is loving working here at the Goddard School.

We welcome Ms. Charisma to the Goddard School! Ms. Charisma brings in 6 years of childcare experience and has a Bachelors in Dance. She loves to be around children. She can be trusted in any classroom from Infants to Preschool. She loves to plan fun activities, dance with the children, and getting creative. We are very excited to have Ms. Charisma join our team!

We are very lucky to have Ms. Caira as she is very patient with the children. She was a swim teacher and adored little kids. Ms. Caira also has her Business Administration Degree. She is also pro-wrestler! But of course, Ms. Caira has always had a soft spot for children. She loves to do art, build blocks and play with playdough with them.

Ms. Sylvia is our Get Set Lead Teacher! We are so excited to have her in our team. Ms. Sylvia has been in childcare for 4 years. She loves being with children. She likes to sing to them and do fun activities with the class. She is also about to take her CDA credentials to grow as a teacher.

Ms. Kendra brings 6 years of childcare experience to our school! She was also a Goddard teacher in Virginia and moved back here to New Jersey. Ms. Kendra is a great lead teacher and likes to guide the children to do learning through play. She loves to do organizing games and crafts with the children.

We welcome Ms. Arelis to our school! Ms. Arelis brings 3 years of experience in childcare. She has worked with children of all ages. She values good care and takes time to get to know the children in the classroom. She is very responsible and puts importance in following policies and procedures. Ms. Arelis is also looking forward to getting her CDA this year!

Ms. Monica is one of our newer Goddard teachers. Ms. Monica has 2 children of her own and is eager and excited to help mold all of the children in Toddler 1 the same as she would for her own boys. She finds joy in the little moments and enjoys sensory and art activities. She believes that when children are able to explore with various art materials, it allows them to express their creative side. We are excited to welcome Ms. Monica into our Toddler 1 classroom!

Ms. Ciara has 2 years of childcare experience. Her dream is to be a doctor and that's why currently she is attending medical school. But her other passion is to be with children. She loves spending time with them, reading and making conversations as she thinks little ones are so silly and smart at the same time. She is excited to be a part of the team and is a very fast learner!

Ms. Destinee is one of our amazing and caring infant assistant teachers. Destinee comes to Goddard with 5 years of experience working with children of all different ages. Throughout her several years in various childcare settings, Destinee has also worked closely with special needs children. Although she has worked with children of all ages, she has a love for being with the infants where she can nurture them and experience their firsts. We are so happy that Ms. Destinee is part of our team, and we are looking forward to seeing what she brings to our Infant classroom!

Ms. Olivia is our Infants Teacher Assistant. She brings 4 years of childcare experience. She has experience in both Toddler and Infant classrooms, but her heart belongs to the babies! She loves taking care of them and providing a nurturing experience with them every day.

Ms. Kimberly is one of our newest, yet amazing, infant assistant teachers! She has 1 son who is 8 years old. Ms. Kimberly comes to Goddard with 4 years of experience working with children of all different ages. She loves to see the look on a child's face when they learn something new! Ms. Kimberly has a very nurturing personality and loves to read stories to the babies.

Mrs. Sue has worked with children for over 20 years. She is such a big part of our Goddard family. Mrs. Sue can be found in any classroom throughout her time here and is always so willing and eager to help wherever it may be needed! She loves reading to the children and keeping their little minds engaged. She finds joy in interacting with the children while she reads to them and seeing their expressions with each page!

Ms. Courtney is our Resource Teacher for primarily our Get Set and Preschool programs, but you may see her in the younger classrooms from time to time. Ms. Courtney is a graduate of Rowan College of Burlington County where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Courtney has worked in the field for the last thirteen years. She is very passionate about the value she adds to the field and is looking forward to aiding the children in activities that encourage the children to reach their full potential.
