    I am excited to be the on-site owner of The Goddard School of Burlington. I have a bachelor’s degree in Management Information System from Thomas Edison State College. As a mother of three, I believe that all families want a safe, healthy, nurturing environment with an educational focus for their children. My husband, Tushar graduated from NJIT with a master’s degree in Engineering. Although he enjoys being an engineer his father was a school principal and his mother was a teacher so Tushar grew up with a love for education and we are both so very proud to be able to carry on their love of teaching. We look forward to working with all the great families in the area and invite you to visit our school to learn more about our vision and the Goddard philosophy.

    Mrs. Rachel is our Operational Director. She has degrees in Elementary Education and Business and General Management. She has been working in early childhood education for 13 years now, where most of her time was spent in toddler and preschool classrooms. Mrs. Rachel's goal is to provide a fun and safe learning environment for children to express themselves and leave with a smile on their face every day. When she is in the classroom, Mrs. Rachel's favorite activities involve art and sensory, where the children are able to get creative and explore their senses. She is so excited to be a part of the Goddard School of Burlington and is looking forward to making memories with the children and their families!

    Mrs. Sam is our Assistant Director. She has a degree in Elementary Education. She has been working in early childhood education for 13 years now, where most of her time was spent in toddler and preschool classrooms.     Ms. Afsheen has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and a Child Development Associate Degree from Mercer College. Ms. Afsheen has dedicated her love and time to the field of Early Childhood for well over 15 years. Her goal is to provide an environment where each child and family feels safe, valued and inspired to explore and learn each day. Ms. Afsheen is so excited to be a part of the Goddard School of Burlington and is looking forward to making memories with the children and their families!

    Mrs. Farrah has a Bachelors in Business Administration and an Associates in Liberal Science. She has been a part of the Goddard family for 8 years, where she has had experience in all ages! Mrs. Farrah began her time in the classrooms, and then moved into the office, providing support and assistance to the teachers and children. Mrs. Farrah loves working with children of all ages and watching them grow and hit their milestones. Seeing the children’s smiles and excitement brightens any days of hers!

    Ms. Olivia is our Infants Lead Teacher. She brings 4 years of childcare experience. She has experience in both Toddler and Infant classrooms, but her heart belongs to the babies! She prides herself in the care and personalized experiences she provides to each child in her care.

    Ms. Sherae is a warm-hearted and passionate caregiver with over 8 years of professional experience working with children and a lifetime of caring for them. Her love for babies and dedication to helping others shines through in everything she does. Whether on the clock or in her free time, Ms. Sherae finds true joy in nurturing little ones. She aspires to open her own daycare center one day and promises that with her, caring for your child feels more like fun than work.

    Ms. Lauren brings over five years of experience in childcare and holds a Psychology degree from Kean University. She’s passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children can grow and thrive. A big Disney fan and lover of all things pink, Ms. Lauren is excited to make this school year fun, meaningful, and full of milestones

    Ms. Jeylene is one of our infant assistant teachers. She has been working in childcare since 2023. She has experiences working with children ages from infants to Pre-K. Ms. Jeylene loves reading books with the children, watching them develop a love for reading that will last a lifetime.

    Mrs. Debbie is one of our Frist Steps assistant teachers. She comes to us with a love for children and helping them learn and grow. She enjoys reading to the children and playing with them, learning about their interests and watching them discover who they are through play.

    Toddler 1 Lead Teacher
    Miss Atiya is one of our Toddler Lead Teachers. With two years in the field and an Child Development Associate in Early Childhood from BCIT West Tech, she is passionate about fostering a safe learning environment for the children in her care. Miss Atiyah finds joy in reading to the children and bringing the stories to life.

    Toddler 2 Lead Teacher
    Ms. Destinee has worked in child care for over 5 years, working with children of all different ages. Throughout her years in various childcare settings, Destinee has also worked closely with special needs children. Although she has worked with children of all ages, she has a love for being with younger students, specifically infants to 2.5 year olds. Ms. Destinee values her role in educating young children as they explore the world around them and begin to put their thought into very clear sounds, words, and phrases. We are so happy that Ms. Destinee is part of our team, and we are looking forward to seeing what she brings to the classroom!

    Mrs. Rashona is one of our Assistant Teachers. With 14+ years of experience in child care and an ABA in Child Behavioral Analysis, she is dedicated to creating a safe and loving environment for the children in her care. Mrs. Rashona prides herself in teaching her students basic life skills that will carry on into their future classrooms.

    Get Set Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Danaya is our Get Set assistant teacher. She has 14 years' experience working with children of all age groups, she especially enjoys working with older children but has a love for all little ones. Ms. Danaya likes doing arts and crafts with the children, she loves seeing their creativity shine through and watching them express themselves through art.

    Preschool Lead Teacher
    Ms. Elizabeth has an Associate's Degree for Criminal Justice. She is training to be a national guard. Aside from that, she really loves being with children. She has done after school programs and summer camps with children of different ages. She is very patient and is great with parent communication. Ms. Liz is rocking it in our Preschool classroom as our Lead Teacher!

    Ms. Cara has 6 years of experience in early childhood education, working with toddlers, preschoolers, and children of varying abilities. She recently earned her Child Development Associate Credential and is passionate about helping children grow and develop a love for learning.

    Ms. Wildania is our Pre-K Lead Teacher. Miss Wildania graduated from Rutgers University with a double major in Psychology and Spanish. Her main goal in the classroom is to build the confidence of each child by doing exploration activities. She loves to make sure that the children develop well especially with their social-emotional side.

    Pre-K Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Jadyn is our Preschool Assistant Teacher! She is preparing to begin her journey in obtaining her degree in Special Education. She has been in childcare for 2 years, working with ages 4-6 years. She loves doing water play and sensory exploration with the children. Ms. Jadyn loves being a teacher and would like to grow in the education field, we are very excited to have her as a part of our Goddard family.

    Pre-K Lead Teacher
    Ms. Ruth is our Lead Teacher in our Pre-K classroom. She has been teaching at our school for ten years. She has worked with children for well over 30 years. She obtained her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education from William Paterson University. Ms. Ruth finds joy in watching the children's faces when they grasp what is being taught. Language Arts is her favorite subject to teach. She prides herself in being able to support the children with their beginning reading skills. Ms. Ruth loves reading! She wants the children to learn how to read so they can use it to discover our world. She constantly reminds the children in her care that books are our friends. We need to treat them nicely because they help us learn new things!

    Ms. Amanda brings over 10 years of experience working with children from 3 months to Pre-K. As a proud mom and passionate educator, she loves creating a warm, playful, and creative classroom where little ones can thrive. She especially enjoys arts and crafts and is excited for a fun and memorable school year at The Goddard School!

    Mrs. Melanie is our Pre-K support teacher. She enjoys watching children learn and grow each day and finds joy in helping them learn new skills. Mrs. Melanie loves taking the time to get to know each child and learn what their interests are. She is excited for this new journey as an early childhood educator
