    Hi. I am Miss Missy. I have been the Owner of The Goddard School in Florence since 2004. I hold a Master's Degree in Elementary Education. I look forward to working with you and your child, and I am committed to providing the highest quality Preschool experience and Early Childhood Education in this community.

    Hi. I am Miss Amanda. I am the Education Director. I have taught at The Goddard School since 2007. My job is to make sure the children in the school are being offered learning opportunities that meet their needs. I work in the classrooms with teachers to provide support and help when needed. I help onboard and train teachers to be a valuable resource to your child. I have a Child Development Associates Certificate. I enjoy spending time with friends and family!

    Hello, I am Miss Catherine, and I have been working at The Goddard School since 2014. I earned my CDA Credential in Preschool Education. Currently, I work in all the classrooms to ensure that we are meeting our Health and Safety goals. My job is to make sure our systems are running the way they should to keep our students safe in their learning environment.

    Hello, I am Miss Jodi. I began working at The Goddard School in 2003. I have taught the Kindergarten, Pre-K, and Jr. Kindergarten classrooms. I am now working with curriculum and assessment support in the school. My degree is from Spencerian College. I have also earned my CDA! I enjoy building relationships with families and children. During my free time, I enjoy cooking, visiting her sister's farm in Madison, IN, and spending time with my own children.

    Hi, I am Miss Vicki. I work in the infant classroom. I look forward to working with you and your child. The infant room is very structured to take care of your little ones. We provide lots of love and one-on-one time with each child.

    My name is Miss Jenny. I work in the older twos/young threes room. My room serves as a bridge between toddlers and preschoolers. It is very structured, and we learn many new things from our explorations each week. At this age, we practice self-regulation skills, manners, and talking, and we usually potty train in this classroom. I look forward to meeting and working with you and your child.

    My name is Miss Katie. I've been working at The Goddard School since 2018. I have my CDA in Preschool Education. In the preschool classroom, we continue to learn through play and exploration. Our goal is to have the students identify their alphabet and numbers to 10 by the time they move to the next class. The children practice self-regulation, manners, and friendship skills to become good citizens. We love working with the preschool class and can't wait to meet you!

    Hello. My name is Miss Sierra. I am a Pre-Kindergarten teacher. I am excited to work with your child during their Pre-Kindergarten year! I love working here because I am greeted with a joyous welcome every day, and I enjoy seeing the children smile back at me. Seeing a child achieve a new skill or understand a new concept is fantastic. This year, we will be working on academic and social-emotional goals. We will learn the alphabet, sounds, and numbers up to 30, write our names and letters, sound out words, and understand basic math/cognitive skills. We will learn to care for ourselves, become self-sufficient, clean up, make friends, and follow rules. I can't wait to work with your family!

    Hi. I'm Miss Sage. I work in the Junior Kindergarten program. My classroom runs very similar to our Kindergarten class. We learn to recognize, write, and sound our letters. We practice blending words and reading simple sentences. We learn basic math and science skills that prepare us for the next step in our education experience. We also work hard to use our manners, take turns, and become good citizens! I can't wait to get to know you and include your family in our school's culture.

    Hello, I am Miss Wendi. To prepare your child for first grade, we will learn to follow the rules of our classroom and how to be good citizens. Our language arts program is The Science of Reading. This program teaches us to recognize letters, write, sound out, and eventually read words! Our Math Lessons are from KinderMath. Along with our Wonder of Learning curriculum, we can prepare our students for the next step in their education. I can't wait to get to know your family.

In our infant room, our students follow their own individual schedules when they are babies, and then we start to transition them to the Young Toddler schedule as they approach one year old.     Hello. My name is Rini, and I work in the Bridge classroom. The classroom is called "Bridge" because it prepares our learners to transition from toddler to preschool. We teach our friends to clean up, practice singing songs, say the ABCs, count to 10, and recognize colors and shapes. I enjoy working with the children in my classroom and getting to know their families.
