Educational Background: Jada is currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Jada has 8 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Certifications: Jada is trained in SBS/SIDS, Food Handler, Mandated Reporter, CPR and First Aid and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

After three decades as a consultant, manager and executive in software companies, it became clear to Neel that education is the most important ingredient to improve lives. Foundation of higher education is high-quality early childhood education. After carefully considering several options Neel and Dolon chose The Goddard School because of its unsurpassed reputation of play based learning curriculum. Neel earned a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Automated Systems from highly reputed universities in India. Over the last decade, he was part of an executive management team, as a Director and Vice President of worldwide consulting operations in 5 continents. Neel and Dolon are married for 30 years and raised two children. Their daughter earned a degree in Bioengineering and their son is studying Computer Science Engineering. Dolon has been intimately involved in shaping the school with the finer details and selecting teachers. They look forward to getting to know you and your family!

Educational Background: Ms. Carmela has a Bachelors Degree in Account Information System. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. Carmela has two years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Certifications: Ms. Carmela is certified in SBS/SIDS, Food Handler, Food Protection Manager, Mandated Reporter, CPR and First Aid and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Educational Background: Ms. Giovana is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and working toward her CDA Credential. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. Giovana has hands-on experience in early childhood education, including a nine-month role and an internship at Walt Disney World. Certifications: Ms. Giovana is certified in SBS/SIDS, CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Food Handling, and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Education Background: Ms. Rasha has a Bachelor Degree in Cultural Recourses Management from Hashemite University in Jordan. She also has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University. Rasha has earned her Child Development Associate (CDA). Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. Rasha has a year experience in Early Childhood Education. Certifications: Ms. Rasha is certified in CPR and First Aid, SID's, SBS, Emergency and Disaster Preparedness and Mandated Reporter, Food Handler.

Educational Background: Ms. May is currently getting her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. May has over a year experience with working with children. Certifications: Ms. May is trained in SBS/SIDS, Food Handler, Mandated Reporter, CPR and First Aid and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Educational Background: Ms. Jackie attended Moraine Valley Community College. She received her CDA from Ellis University and National Director Credentials from National Louis University. Ms. Jackie is now continuing her education at University of Phoenix. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. Jackie has worked with children for over thirty years, fifteen of them as an Assistant Director. Certifications: Ms. Jackie is trained in SBS/SIDS, Food Handler, Mandated Reporter, CPR and First Aid and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness. She also has Infant and Toddler Credentials.

Educational Background: Ms. Rumaisa has a Bachelor Degree in Liberal Art with 70 credit hours focused on Early Childhood Education. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms Rumaisa has six years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Certification: Ms. Rumaisa is trained in SBS/SIDS, Food Handler, Mandated Reporter, CPR and First Aid and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Educational Background: Ms. Elicia holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has completed extensive coursework and training in the field. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. Elicia has over four years of experience in early childhood education. Certifications: Ms. Elicia is certified in SBS/SIDS, CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Food Handling, and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Educational Background: Ms. Ariana earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential with a focus on children ages 3–5. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. Ariana has two years of experience in early childhood education. Certifications: Ms. Ariana is certified in SBS/SIDS, CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Food Handling, and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Educational Background: Ms. Courtney has a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Loyola University Chicago, a Master’s degree in Museum Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from National Louis University. She is currently pursuing her Reading Endorsement at Illinois College. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. Courtney has eight years of teaching experience. Certifications: Ms. Courtney is certified in SBS/SIDS, CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Food Handling, and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Educational Background: Miss Hannah completed a childcare provider program through Ashworth College and earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential in early 2024. She is currently pursuing her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education at Rasmussen University and is expected to graduate in Fall 2025. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Miss Hannah has been working in childcare since 2021 and has experience with children from birth through school age. She has spent most of her time working with three-year-olds and, most recently, has worked for five months as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing ABA therapy to children with autism. Certifications: Miss Hannah is certified in SBS/SIDS, CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Food Handling, and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Educational Background: Ms. Dominique is a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and paraprofessional, with ongoing work in early childhood education. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. Dominique has two years of experience in early childhood education. Certifications: Ms. Dominique is certified in SBS/SIDS, CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Food Handling, and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Educational Background: Ms. Leah has previous experience working with children and re-entered the field of early childhood education after a break. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Ms. Leah brings a nurturing and encouraging presence to the classroom through her past and current roles. Certifications: Ms. Leah is certified in SBS/SIDS, CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Food Handling, and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.

Educational Background: Miss Taylor is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. Experience in Early Childhood Education: Miss Taylor has over five years of experience in early childhood education, including work with children with cerebral palsy. Certifications: Miss Taylor is certified in SBS/SIDS, CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Food Handling, and Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.
