  • As an educator myself, I am aware of the preschool standards and feel that the Goddard School is absolutely top notch in how they train teachers on the GOLD assessment and give parents great feedback not only as to what their child ate/napped, but also what they LEARNED, which is my primary focus. I will recommend the Goddard School to anyone I know who is looking (or not looking). I have never been more confident in a school that either one of my daughters have attended!

  • Fantastic!!!!!! All of our children will go or have gone. People there are all very caring and communication is always top notch. Our son always comes home happy and loves being there, says he would rather go to school than stay home. After the transitional kindergarten our son could have probably skipped kindergarten and gone straight into 1st grade. He could read entire books by himself and write entire sentences. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!!!!

  • You always want the best for your child and Goddard provides the best for my son when I am at work. The staff is incredible! Some of the most genuine caring people in our community. My son does a lot of really neat activates and is progressing very well with his early understanding of the basics and so much more. I am very blessed to have my son attend Waukee Goddard.

  • The teachers truely seem to love their jobs and my baby always seems happy when I pick her up. I love that they're always right on the ground playing with them rather than putting them in bouncers or swings. Also they worked hard to learn how to use the soft feeder to feed Evelyn when she wouldn't take a bottle which I'm so grateful for. I always feel like my baby is happy and secure with the Goddard staff

  • I love each and every staff member. They treat my son like family and I never have to worry about him while at work during the day, I know he is in great hands! He has learned so much over the past year, the activities the teachers plan are really incredible. I also love the tadpoles app, getting pictures and videos makes my day :)

  • I love that my kids are learning life lessons at Goddard. As a working mom it's hard to leave them but knowing that they are being taken care of and becoming better people is huge. Seeing my son pouring a glass of milk forces me as a parent to realize what he is capable of and not just my baby.

  • All of the staff are welcoming and friendly, as we are always greeted with multiple smiles when entering the building and classrooms! The facility is bright and extremely clean. We love that our kids are exposed to so many new concepts, especially world history and geography. Our son adores all the art projects and sensory bin activities! One of our favorite aspects is the online system we can view throughout the day to see pictures of the kiddos having fun and learning!

  • Love the personal touches - I get three hellos each time I walk through the door, I get a sense that the owner and directors take an interest in my child and in me as a new mom. The teachers are fantastic and genuinely care about each child and knows each child’s preferences and habits. It is amazing to see the care they all take in their families.
