    Owner
    Brielle and her husband Chad are the proud owners of Goddard School of Marietta. Brielle is on-site and is regularly involved with the families and teachers at our school. The Hooker Family purchased the school in May of 2023. Prior to joining The Goddard Family, Brielle received her Bachelor’s degree from Cabrini College in Graphic Design and her Master’s degree from Savannah College of Art and Design in Advertising. Brielle loves spending time with her three daughters (Elliana,Kennedy, and Hayden) and her husband, who you will often see around the school. She is originally from New Jersey and therefore loves to spend her free time at the Jersey Shore. Outside of school, you’ll find Brielle playing at the park with her girls, enjoying local restaurants or at the Yoga Studio. Brielle loves going into all the classrooms and hanging out with the kids, getting to know the children is her favorite

    Miss Mickenzie is celebrating 7 years with Goddard! She has been working in childcare since 2015 and has a passion for helping and watching children grow and flourish. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Mickenzie believes that all children are unique individuals that need a safe space to grow and explore. It is her desire to create a stimulating educational environment where students can grow physically, mentally, emotionally and socially to meet their full potential. Mickenzie was born and raised in Burlington Vermont. She lives in Acworth with her husband and French bulldog. They love going to dog parks and exploring new areas.

    Operations Director
    Miss Kathryn recently joined The Goddard School as our Operations Director. She just completed her in Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is excited to begin building her career in Early Childcare. She has a true passion in Early Childhood Development and is looking forward to being a part of the growth and learning journey of the children at The Goddard School. Studying Psychology has taught Miss Katheryn about the unique and individual ways each child learns as well as the best ways to foster development in and out of the classroom. She believes each child deserves access to a welcoming and supportive education environment. Miss Kathryn was born and raised in Metro Atlanta and is currently living in Buckhead with her partner and their cat, Juno. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys painting, drawing, reading historical fiction novels, and baking.

    Ms. Rachel has been joyfully teaching preschool since 2021. She holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in exceptionalities and is BLS certified. With a deep passion for early learning, Ms. Rachel believes in nurturing young children and watching them grow into their unique, joyful selves. She is especially dedicated to helping little ones navigate big emotions with empathy, patience, and practical tools that support emotional development. Ms. Rachel believes that children are generally curious and learn best when they feel safe and comfortable in their classroom. Ms. Rachel has been happily married to her husband Grant, a veteran, since 2010. Together, they’re raising two boys, Nash and Ellis. When she’s not teaching, you’ll often find her cheering from the baseball sidelines or curled up with a good book at home, surrounded by her family and beloved dogs.

    Miss Andrea is celebrating 3 years at Goddard! Miss Andrea has been in Early Childcare for 4 years after spending 12 years as a Stay at Home mom. She has been married for 15 years and has two beautiful, teenage daughters and a little poodle named, Kenko. She believes every child is unique with their own learning style and by showing them love and patience, you can teach them anything. When Miss Andrea is not working, she loves spending time with her family and watching movies.

    Miss Angela is celebrating 8 years at Goddard! Ms. Angela has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and her Bachelors in Human Learning and Development and Educational Psychology. She also is working on her Masters in Special Education. She has been teaching young minds since 2015. Ms. Angela's philosophy is to provide a creative and safe learning environment for students to enjoy and explore educational possibilities. She loves to motivate her students with research, experiment and drawing their own conclusions. She was born smiling and raised as a Southern Georgia Peach. She enjoys arts and crafts, photography, scrap-booking and family time. She has a nine year old daughter who graduated from this Goddard School in 2016. She is reminded everyday that life is worth living with laughter.

    Miss Jaida is celebrating 2 years at Goddard. She has been working in Early childcare for 5 years. Before beginning her career in childcare, she was a substitute teacher for K-12 for a year. She is planning to obtain her CDA and wants to continue her career in Early Childhood Education. Miss Jaida believes that with patience and love, children are capable of anything. She aims to have a positive attitude, open mind, and high expectations for her students. Miss Jaida thinks that all children have wonderful imaginations and loves for children to express their creativity through play. Miss Jaida was born and raised in Mississippi and has a 3-year-old named Zoie. In her free time, she plays soccer and is also a social media content creator. She enjoys spending time with loved ones and going to church.

    Miss Zeidi is celebrating 2 years at Goddard! Miss Zeidi has been working in Early Childcare since she was 15 years old and is currently in school working towards a nursing degree. She believes that all children have the right to an education and that they should have fun at school while also learning. Miss Zeidi is the oldest of 5 siblings and a dog who gets treated like another child. When Miss Zeidi is not studying or at work, she loves dancing, forklorico. She’s been dancing and playing sports since as long as she can remember.

    Miss Paula is celebrating 1 year at Goddard! Ms. Paula has been in Early Education for 35 years. She was an owner/Operator of a non-Profit multisite Child Care Agency, a Discovery Point and Private Stem school. In addition, she worked for the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning where she evaluated in home and child care centers. Ms. Paula is also a Red Cross First Aid and CPR Trainer and recently moved to Marrietta. She believes Teaching children is a WHOLE CHILD process. Every moment is TEACHABLE MOMENT! Making young children feel safe and comfortable is the foundation of opening minds and opening hearts. Children are naturally curious and giving them opportunities to explore and question is one of the best ways to help them learn. She enjoys writing, reading, biking, swimming and anything outdoors.

    Miss Ashley is celebrating over 1 year at Goddard. Miss Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State and has been working with children for as long as she can remember. From working as a babysitter to working as an Assistant Teacher in a childcare center. Miss Ashley’s favorite thing about being in early education is seeing the growth in children. Miss Ashley believes all children deserve support, comfort, and patience. While in the classroom, she finds it extremely important to give her students the space to learn, ask questions, and find out who they are. Guiding kids towards reaching their full potential in life was a huge part of her work at Big Brothers Big Sisters, and she is excited to continue that at The Goddard School.     Miss Madison is celebrating 3 years at Goddard! Miss Madison has been working with children for 5 years and is currently earning her Bachelor's Degree is Early childhood Education. She believes that children are naturally curious and learn best when they can explore their curiosity. She comes from a large family, Madison is one of 6 children and has 2 dogs. Her favorite things to do are hiking, reading, and baking.

    Miss Erin is celebrating 1 year at Goddard. Miss Erin has been working in the classroom with children for over five years. Additional to this she has been nannying for over 8 years! She has a bachelors degree in human development, human services, and psychology. Miss Erin believes that every child deserves a chance to thrive in the classroom. She is originally from Winchester, MA and has lived in GA for over 15 years. In her free time Miss Erin is busy loving on her goldendoodle, Coco, and traveling to the New England states with her family!

    Miss Katrina is celebrating 1 year at Goddard. Miss Katrina has been working with children for four years. She believes that all children should feel seen and her purpose is to help guide children to their full potential. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her family and her two pets, a cat and a lizard. Miss Katrina is currently in school to become a pediatric ER nurse while her fiance is enlisted in the Air Force.

    Mis Mia is celebrating 2 years at Goddard! Miss Mia has been working with children for over 4 years and is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education. She believes that all children deserve respect. From her experience kids respond best to modeled behaviors and lots of patience. In Miss Mia’s free time she enjoys reading, writing, and enjoying nature with her dog, Annie. Her favorite activity to do in her class is reading to the children and listening to all the funny things they have to say.

    Miss Samantha is celebrating over 1 year at Goddard. Miss Samantha is a mother of six beautiful children. She has her degree in early childhood education and has been in childcare for almost 24 years. She loves working with children and receiving feed back from the parents. She hopes that all the parents see her love of teaching through their children. Miss Samantha loves being with her family, and doing nails!

    Miss Madison is celebrating 1 year at Goddard. Miss Madison has been working with children for over 5 years, originally as a nanny and continuing in Early Childhood Education. She hopes to get her CDA to continue her education and become a lead teacher. Miss Madison believes that all children grow at a different rate and finds it important to provide a nurturing environment that they can learn and develop. Before coming to the Goddard School Miss Madison has taken a short break from childcare to be a stay at home mother to her daughter Aspen!

    Miss Galina is celebrating 1 year at Goddard. Miss Galina moved from Russia when she was 23 years old and has been dedicated to working with young children ever since. With a degree in Education, she is passionate about helping little ones grow, learn, and discover their potential. She believes in using positive discipline and nurturing every child’s unique gifts. Miss Galina considers it a joy and privilege to care for children each day. She has always been naturally curious and loves learning—she has even studied several languages, including German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Haitian Creole!

    Miss Elise is celebrating 2 years with Goddard! Miss Elise, or as her friends call her, Lissie, has worked with children for over 4 years, between working as a counselor in day camps and at other schools. She is getting her degree from Kennesaw University and is majoring in Public Relations. She loves dancing, writing, and spending time with those closest to her. She has been dancing for 14 years and is particularly passionate about choreography. She believes all children deserve to be treated with love and respect, as well as learning in a fun and comfortable environment.

    Miss Beth brings a wealth of experience to our toddler classroom, having dedicated five wonderful years to working with children. Her profound belief is that every child flourishes in a safe, nurturing, and play-based environment where they feel truly valued and supported. Outside of her teaching role, Miss Beth is a devoted mother of two and a beloved grandmother—affectionately known as Nina—proudly doting on her six grandchildren. She treasures the moments spent with family and friends, particularly during the festive holidays when she eagerly embraces her passion for cooking, creating delicious meals to share with her loved ones. The combination of Miss Beth’s personal and professional experiences enriches her teaching style, instilling stability and love in the classroom. We are incredibly grateful to have her as an integral part of our school community!

    Miss Chanel has over seven years of experience working with children, including roles as a middle school teacher, curriculum coordinator, and center director. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. She is passionate about hands-on, curiosity-driven learning and creating engaging environments inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Chanel is dedicated to nurturing each child’s strengths and building confidence through meaningful learning experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, being outdoors, reading, gardening, and giving back to her community.

    Miss Maria has been working with young children for over two years and is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where every child feels valued. She believes that children are naturally full of joy, curiosity, and wonder, and she loves helping them explore the world around them each day. Miss Maria's greatest goal is to help each child reach their full potential by fostering their confidence, encouraging their independence, and surrounding them with patience, kindness, and love. She strives to build meaningful relationships with her students and create a classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn. Before beginning her career in early childhood education, Maria studied criminology. While her career path changed, her passion for helping others led her to the classroom, where she has found her true calling working with young children. Outside of school, Miss Maria enjoys spending time with animals, getting lost in a good book!

    Miss Gianna has over three years of experience working in early childhood education, and caring for young children has become one of the most meaningful parts of her life. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child feels seen, valued, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. Miss Gianna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, and loves incorporating music and movement into children's daily experiences. Through creative play, dancing, and exploration, she enjoys helping children build confidence, develop their creativity, and express themselves in meaningful ways. Miss Gianna's teaching philosophy is centered around the belief that children learn best when they feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. By leading with empathy, patience, and kindness, she strives to create a classroom where every child feels confident enough to explore, learn, grow, and be themselves.

Karen believes every child learns at their own pace and deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported. Through patience, kindness, and positive guidance, she strives to help each child build confidence and reach their full potential. Outside of the classroom, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, dancing, and reading. She is hardworking, dependable, and always eager to learn and grow as an educator.

    Miss Alyssa has several years of experience working with children in both educational and caregiving settings. She has supported infants and young children by helping establish daily routines while encouraging their social, emotional, and developmental growth. Her teaching philosophy is that children learn best in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. She believes in meeting each child where they are and using patience and positive guidance to help them grow with confidence. Originally from New York, Miss Alyssa recently relocated to Georgia. She is a proud mom and aunt to many nieces and one nephew—earning her the title of the "cool aunt!" She loves animals and has a rescue dog she considers her second child. In her free time, she enjoys baking and trying new recipes.

    Alisa has been working with children for three years and is passionate about supporting their growth and development. She is actively working toward earning her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Alisa believes in teaching children as whole individuals—guiding them in the right direction while also empowering them to make their own decisions and build independence. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive. Originally Bosnian-American, Alisa comes from a close-knit family with an older sister and a younger brother. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and spending time with her cat, Milo.
