Our Goddard School Teachers

Nikisha is extremely proud to be one of the onsite owners of the Goddard School in Alpharetta, Georgia. She has two children, Kavya and Kayden. Kavya is a Goddard alumni and Kayden is in our twos room! She believes strongly in the education program The Goddard School offers and the health and safety assurance it provides. Nikisha believe's in open and honest communication with parents in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect. She looks forward to working with you and giving your children every advantage possible during these important early years. Ms. Dei is a passionate educator and dedicated mother of three with a strong background in child development. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and has always been deeply committed to understanding how young minds learn and grow. Raised in Miami, Ms. Dei moved to Georgia in 2018 and has since devoted her career to creating a warm, engaging, and enriching educational experience for children. She believes that a school should feel like a second home—a place where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to explore their potential. With a lifelong dream of shaping young minds, Ms. Dei takes pride in fostering an environment where learning is both meaningful and joyful. She is dedicated to partnering with families to ensure that each child’s educational journey is filled with encouragement, discovery, and success.

Ms. Ericka has been working with young children in an educational setting since 2001 and joined The Goddard School in 2012. She is currently pursuing her Child Development Associates (CDA) credential to deepen her expertise in early childhood education. As the Lead Infant Teacher, Ms. Ericka focuses on providing a nurturing and safe environment where babies feel secure and supported as they explore their world. She believes that infants develop best when they build self-confidence, trust, and creativity. These early foundations are key in fostering emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Ms. Ericka takes pride in guiding babies through their milestones, from their first smiles to their first steps, offering gentle care and support. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her sons and grandmother, cherishing the moments that inspire and motivate her.

Ms. Wendy has been dedicated to working with children in an educational setting since 2003 and has been a cherished member of the Goddard family since 2015. She holds her Childhood Development Associate (CDA) credential and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as our Infant Teacher. Ms. Wendy has a deep passion for nurturing and guiding babies through their early stages of development. She finds great joy in watching infants reach important milestones, from their first smiles to their early steps, providing a safe and stimulating environment for them to explore and grow. With her gentle, attentive care, she creates a warm and loving atmosphere where babies feel secure and cherished. Her approach focuses on fostering emotional, social, and cognitive development, ensuring that each baby receives the individualized care they need.

Ms. Stella brings a caring and nurturing personality to the classroom, along with years of experience working with children. She is passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children feel supported as they learn and grow. Ms. Stella is a proud mother of three daughters, which has given her many years of hands-on experience caring for and understanding children’s unique needs. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families and looks forward to being a part of your child’s learning journey.

Ms. Navkrit has a genuine passion for working with young children and creating a warm, nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and feel supported. As a mother of two daughters, she brings a special understanding of the importance of patience, compassion, and creating meaningful connections with children. She loves watching children discover new things, build confidence, and celebrate their accomplishments. Ms. Navkrit is dedicated to making each child feel valued, cared for, and encouraged as they explore the world around them.

Ms. Gimena has a warm and nurturing approach to caring for young children and loves watching them learn, grow, and reach new milestones. She is currently pursuing her education in Childcare Education and is passionate about continuing to grow her knowledge and skills in early childhood development. Ms. Gimena enjoys creating a loving and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore. Her patience, kindness, and genuine love for children help create meaningful experiences that foster confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Ms. Sherrie holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been working with children in a preschool setting since 2021. She is passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Ms. Sherrie believes in providing fun, hands-on learning experiences that help each child grow and develop according to their unique abilities. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Sherrie enjoys spending time with her family. She is a wife and mother who loves singing and dancing in her free time.

Ms. Reshma brings a warm, nurturing, and encouraging presence to the preschool classroom. Working with our 3-year-olds, she enjoys creating fun and engaging experiences that support their growing independence, curiosity, and confidence. As a mother of two children, Ms. Reshma understands the importance of patience, kindness, and creating a classroom where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and trying new things. She loves watching children reach new milestones, build friendships, and discover the world around them. Ms. Reshma is dedicated to making each day a positive and meaningful experience for her students as they learn and grow.

Ms. Rasika brings warmth, creativity, and a deep love for early childhood education into her classroom every day. She believes that each child is full of potential and thrives when given the space to imagine, ask questions, and express themselves freely. Ms. Rasika is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with her students and creating a classroom environment that feels like a second home. She loves incorporating music, movement, and hands-on activities to make learning meaningful and fun for every child.

Ms. Nidia is a caring and experienced early childhood educator who enjoys helping young children learn, grow, and become more independent. As an assistant teacher in our preschool classroom, she supports children throughout their day by creating a warm, encouraging, and engaging environment. With years of experience in the field and three sons of her own, Ms. Nidia brings both professional experience and a nurturing perspective to her work with children. She enjoys watching children develop new skills, build confidence, and make meaningful connections as they prepare for their next stage of learning.

Ms. Seema has a passion for helping young children grow, explore, and discover the world around them. With several years of experience in early childhood education, she believes that learning is most powerful when it is playful, purposeful, and full of joy. Ms. Seema loves creating a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to be curious every day. She is dedicated to nurturing each child’s unique potential and creating meaningful learning experiences that spark wonder and confidence.

Ms. Alethia has dedicated her life to nurturing and educating young minds. With an extensive background in early childhood education, she has spent years shaping the lives of children through compassionate teaching and leadership. As a former school owner, she gained valuable experience in educational administration, but her true passion has always been in the classroom, fostering a love for learning in every child she encounters. Now, she continues to make a meaningful impact by creating enriching educational experiences that inspire growth, curiosity, and confidence in young learners.

Ms. Kavya is a caring and versatile educator who brings experience working with both our toddler and older age groups. She enjoys supporting children as they develop new skills, become more independent, and build confidence in their everyday experiences. As a mother of two children, Ms. Kavya brings a nurturing and understanding approach to her work with young children. She also helps support our after-school program, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our older students. Ms. Kavya enjoys building meaningful connections with children and helping them feel confident, comfortable, and encouraged throughout their day.

Ms. Giana is a dedicated student who enjoys working with children and gaining hands-on experience in early childhood education. She is comfortable working with a variety of age groups and brings a positive, patient, and caring approach to each classroom she supports. Ms. Giana enjoys getting to know each child’s personality and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and encouraged throughout their day. Her flexibility and willingness to learn allow her to support children across different age groups while continuing to grow her experience and knowledge in the field.

Ms. Jesica enjoys being part of children’s everyday learning experiences and getting to know what makes each child unique. As a resource teacher, she works with a variety of classrooms and age groups, giving her the opportunity to support children in many different stages of development. She brings a calm, friendly, and dependable presence wherever she is needed. As a mother of a daughter, Ms. Jesica also understands the joy that comes with watching children learn, grow, and become more independent. She especially enjoys creating moments throughout the day that make children feel seen, encouraged, and excited to learn.

Ms. Grace wears many hats at our school—and she shines in every single one of them! As both our kitchen hero and bus driver, she plays a huge role in keeping our days running smoothly. From making sure little tummies are full of love to safely getting everyone where they need to be, Ms. Grace is truly the heart of our community. She is known for her kindness, her caring spirit, and the way she treats every child like family. Whether she’s greeting students with a warm smile on the bus or serving up delicious meals in the kitchen, Ms. Grace brings comfort, love, and joy to everyone around her.

Priyesh is the second onsite owner of the Goddard School in Alpharetta, Georgia. Nikisha and Priyesh have been married for 12 years and have two children (Kavya & Kayden)! Priyesh graduated from Georgia Tech and has been in Atlanta since 2001.
