Mrs. Priya is excited to bring the nation’s leader in play-based education to the Sanford, Lake Mary, Heathrow community. She is a CPA and MBA who has extensive Accounting and Finance experience at Fortune 500 companies. Mrs. Priya and her husband Raj live in Lake Mary and have 3 children who are in elementary and middle school. Her daughters attended The Goddard School before they moved to Florida. She saw how they bloomed under the care of nurturing teachers, who encouraged and challenged them to learn life skills and become well rounded individuals who love learning. She was unable to find a similar educational environment in Lake Mary which motivated her to open The Goddard School. She wants all children to have a quality preschool environment where they can develop into joyful, confident learners who are successful and have a lifelong love of learning. Mrs. Samantha is so excited to join The Goddard School community. She has been in the education field for 20 years. She holds a Directors Credential and Registered Behavior Therapist license. She is an enthusiastic and caring educator that believes all children can learn in an environment that is stimulating and comforting. She loves to teach through play and exploration of the environment. Her goal, for all children, is to have a safe and nurturing environment to foster a passion for learning in all ages. She believes what a child knows is as important as who they become! Mrs. Samantha and her husband live in Winter Park and have two daughters. As a family they enjoy Taekwondo, going on trips, and love the outdoors. When she is not with her family, she enjoys gardening and horse riding. She loves the Fall and everything pumpkin! She is very passionate about teaching early childhood and loves to teach them as much as they teach her.

Mrs. April is ecstatic to join The Goddard School Community. She has been in early childhood education for over 20 years and holds a Director’s Credential and an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. Working with children and inspiring and coaching teachers has always been her passion. Mrs. April wants to share her experience and knowledge with her fellow educators. Her goal for all children is to ensure that they be given the opportunity to gain the skills and education they need for a successful start in life. Mrs. April and her husband live in Deltona and have four children. As a family they enjoy going to the beach, watching football and just being together. She loves the Fall and all types of nachos. She is dedicated to making every moment a teachable one.

PRESCHOOL Mrs. Alyaa has her Bachelor of Administration degree in Finance and has been working in Early Childhood Education for 8 years. Mrs. Alyaa started her teaching career by being a substitute teacher in her daughter’s VPK classroom. She loves little children’s fun personalities and their loving and sweet comments.

PRESCHOOL Mrs. Catie has her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has been teaching for about 4 years. She loves being a part of a child’s journey as they learn new things and take pride in what they have learned.

PRE-K Ms. Cynthia has been in Early Childhood Education for 20 years. She has her Child Development Associate (CDA) and her Directors Credential. Ms. Cynthia started working with children when she was in high school. She loves seeing the growth in children and what they have accomplished during a school year.

PRE-K Ms. Deborah has been in Early Childhood Education for over 20 years. She has her Child Development Associate (CDA) and her Directors Credential. Ms. Deborah loves getting children ready to excel in kindergarten.

INFANTS Ms. Haley has been early childhood education for about 5 years. She took a couple of early childhood education classes in high school and found she loved teaching. She believes that all children are capable of learning. She loves seeing children learn and grow and be a part of that process. Ms. Haley has a Child Development Associates degree and Staff Credential.

PRE-TODDLER Ms. Katie has about 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and has her Associates degree and her Staff Credential. Children make her heart happy and gives her joy. She wants to make a difference in young lives. She loves to see children advance and their happiness when they learn a new skill.

PRESCHOOL Mrs. Lois has been in early childhood education for over 40 years. She loves the glow she sees on little faces when they do something they have been trying to learn for a while. Mrs. Lois has her Child Development Associates degree. She loves to get to know the children and families and lay an educational foundation for the children in her classroom.

TODDLER Mrs. Maribel has been working in early childhood education for about six years. She loves to make a difference and help children find their passion in learning. Mrs. Maribel has her Child Development Associate (CDA) and her bachelor’s degree in psychology.

GET SET Ms. Shaunkerra has been in early childhood education for about 20 years. She loves watching children grow and the impression you leave while teaching them. Ms. Shaunkerra has her Child Development Associate (CDA) and her Staff Credential.

PRESCHOOL Mrs. Anuya has over 10 years of experience teaching in schools. She loves teaching young children and strives to maintain a joyful, happy, enthusiastic classroom environment which fosters learning.

TODDLER Mrs. Aparajita has her Bachelor’s degree in Education and has been working in Early Childhood Education for about 10 years. Mrs. Aparajita loves seeing the joy in children’s faces when they learn something new.

PRE-K Mrs. Bailey has been in Early Childhood education for 3 years in a school setting. She believes that children learn best when they are confident, ask questions and their curiosity is sparked.

INFANTS Ms. Elina loves teaching and strives to create a safe and positive environment for children to reach their goals. Her favorite age to teach is infants!

PRESCHOOL Ms. Jania started volunteering in the Children’s Ministry at her church and loved the interaction with little children. She loves young children’s curiosity and eagerness to learn.

GET SET Ms. Selena has been in Early Childhood education for about 5 years. She loves helping form kids minds and watching how excited they are to learn.

RESOURCE Ms. Glenda has her Associates degree in Psychology. She has been in Early Childhood education for one year and loves teaching children because they are the future. She loves watching children develop and grow into their own personalities.
