Our Goddard School Teachers

On-site Owner and Administrator - I am thrilled to be a part of this growing, family-oriented community. My background includes over 10 years of engineering and management experience. I hold a BS in Industrial Technology from the Ohio University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Eastern Michigan University. I personally welcome you to the finest preschool in Lakewood Ranch!

Co-Director Faculty Team Member Since 2008 I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education from USF and furthered my education in the Early Childhood field at both UNCA and MTC obtaining the Florida Advanced VPK and Trauma Endorsed Child Care Director's Credential. I re-entered the teaching profession in 2007 after working as a professional Mixed Media artist, framer, and gallery owner. I have been at the Goddard School since our opening in October 2008 as a teacher and then as a Director since 2010. I have two children, 21 and 13. My daughter joined our infant room at 6 weeks old and experienced our whole program all the way thru PreKindergarten. Her experience was amazing with our wonderful faculty! In my free time, I enjoy creating/exhibiting my artwork & photography, as well as fossil hunting and spending time with my family. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to work with such wonderful children, families, and teachers on a daily basis. I look forward to meeting you!

Co-Director Faculty Team Member Since 2012 I have over 20 years of experience working in Early Childhood as both a director and teacher. I have completed many childcare development courses at Fox Valley Technical College. I also have my Wisconsin Director's credential from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College as well as my Florida Advanced VPK and Trauma Endorsed Director's Credential. I am very into fitness and enjoy being involved with my family. In my spare time, I also enjoy time on the beach soaking up the sun! I am very excited to meet you and your children!

Faculty Team Member SInce 2017 My name is Anne-Marie and I was born in Middlesbrough UK and then lived in Nottingham before moving to Florida in 2012. My childcare experience prior to joining the Goddard faculty included LWRHS Mini Mustang's Childcare program. I am currently attending Manatee Technical College's Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship program for my Child Development Specialists Degree.

Faculty Member Since 2011 I have my Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from Michigan State University with a focus in child and family psychopathology. I relocated to the area in 2011 from Las Vegas, Nevada, where I taught Kindergarten for 12 years. I also have about 200 continuing education class credits and training related to child development as well as my Florida Child Care training credentials. My passion is teaching young children and helping them grow. I love to travel and spend time with my husband and two daughters.

Faculty Team Member Since 2013 I have my Child Development Associates degree from Manatee Technical Institute and I have completed my Florida Child Care training credentials. I have over ten years of experience working with children in a Preschool setting. I also have two children of my own. My goal is to provide a safe, fun learning environment for children to grow in.

Faculty Team Member Since 2012 I have my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with the ESOL and Reading endorsement from Keiser University in Sarasota, FL. I also have over 10 years of experience working with students of various ages from Preschool through Elementary ages. I have been at Goddard since 2012 and I am excited to be teaching, making learning fun and exciting to prepare our children for their Elementary years. In my spare time, I enjoy spending my time at the beach and with my family.
