Dan and Andi Resnick are the owners of The Goddard School off of Ward Road in Arvada. Andi graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Anthropology and received her Masters in Special Education from Metropolitan State University. Dan graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Psychology. Dan worked in Denver as an Analyst and Investor Relations Specialist for a financial firm called Braddock Financial. He left his financial career in Downtown Denver to pursue his passion in bringing a high-quality early education school to the Arvada area. As parents to their young children, Finnley and Rian, Dan and Andi understand the importance of how high-quality curriculum and strong social integrations influence the positive development of their children. My name is Gary Allen and I am the Executive Director here at Goddard School of Arvada (Ward Rd). I began my journey in early childhood education back in 2008. My experience started as an assistant teacher for 4 years. I moved into a lead teacher position where I mentored new teachers for 6 years. My most recent experience includes being a preschool director in our local school district. I led multiple schools during this time. I have a strong passion for early childhood education. I love working with families to provide the best care for their child(ren). I graduated from the University of Arizona Global Campus with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education Administration and a Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Education. I was born and raised in Thornton, Colorado. I am married to my wife Brittani and we have 3 children (Nevaeh, Sophia, and Gunnar). I look forward to meeting and working with your family!

Hello my name is Cassie and I am the Director of Operations. I have 3 children of my own, Jacob 21, Kolton 12, and Rella 10, and two fur babies, Rasta and Journey. We enjoy spending time outside hiking in the flatirons and going to theaters watching new movies that were just released. I recently received my Directors Certificate through Front Range Community College and plan on finishing my degree in ECE in the near future.

Hi! I'm Autumn, I have been an Early childhood Educator for 5 years now. I've worked with ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. My preferred age group is infants or 2 1/2 to 3 years old. I first got into childcare, because my sister worked in this field and not long after I joined. I realized I was good at it and I loved the kids and families, and so here I am.

Hello, My name is Isi and I am a support teacher here at the Goddard School of Arvada (Ward Road). My journey started in 1997 in the Head Start program as a lead teacher. I then began working for Jeffco Public Schools preschool program, where I taught for many years. I graduated in 1998 with my CDA in early childhood education. I then went on to graduate in 2005 with my director certification. I have been married to my husband, Andy, for 40 years. We have two grown sons, Jack and Patrick. We also have a grandson named Elias who is 15 years old. We love to travel and take long road trips, we love camping and hosting BBQ's at our home for family and friends. Hi My name is Ana Hernandez and I am 22 yrs old, I was born in Tijuana, Mexico, but grew up in Colorado. I am a certified Medical Assistant with my associates degree. I worked in pediatrics before coming to Goddard, and I have always loved working with children. I love being outdoors and going on adventures. Hi my name is Brianna, I am 22 years old. I was born and raised in Arvada CO. I graduated from Ralston Valley High School. I am currently enrolled at Red Rocks Community College obtaining my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am also working on my Directors Certificate as well. I have always loved working with children. I have changed my major a few times, but have always come back to teaching. I love anything Disney, Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. Hi my name is Brittany, I am one of the teachers in the Jr-K classroom. I graduated from Arizona State University, with an Elementary and Special Education degree in 2012. I also received a degree from ASU in Nutrition in 2021. On March 13th I gave birth to my beautiful baby boy Owen. I have waited my whole life to be a mom. Working with children has always been by passion. I feel so incredibly blessed to be able to work for Goddard. I love animals and hope to live on a farm one day where I can own chickens and have my own garden.

I have love teaching and watching my students grow! I want to continue my education as a childhood educator and hope to be an elementary teacher one day. Hello my name is Cyan! I am a teacher in the Get Set classroom. I am a student at CSU Global, majoring in interdisciplinary studies while focusing on social work within race and gender. I started my educational experience while interning/mentoring for a high school counselor. I fell in love with helping the students in many ways; finding their path, understanding themselves, etc. By experiencing that, I discovered a passion of working with younger ages as its a crucial age in their developmental stages. When I have free time I like to paint. I love to sing and I am known to make up songs. I also have a corny since of humor, which I have passed down to my kids (I feel bad for their teachers). I am still active in my church by singing and teaching. My favorite children's book is "There is a monster at the end of this book!" My favorite game when I was a kid was Sorry or Uno. My favorite kid song is "Twinkle twinkle little star." I love working with kids and never know when they are going to surprise me. Hi, my name is Gabby, and I am a lead teacher in the PreK classroom. Originally, I had planned to study biotechnology in PA, but online classes during Covid did not work for my brain, so I decided a change of scenery was in order and moved to Colorado. I’ve always loved teaching and when I started in ECE in early 2023, I quickly fell in love with the job. Today, I’m passionate about making my classroom fun for all the children in it. I love teaching the kids in my class about the world around them, and new, safe ways to interact with and observe it. In my free time, I enjoy board sports and PEV’s, and I’ll sometimes ride my e-Skates to work. One of my favorite games to play with my class is “The Silly Name Game” where we swap the first letter of everyone’s name with the letter of the week.
