  • Ms Ramneek

    Ms Ramneek

    On-site Owner
    Ramneek has always believed in the critical role STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) plays in early education. A holistic approach and exposure to these fields in foundation years of child growth helps kids to be creative thinkers and problem solvers at an early age. Ramneek is a Bachelors in Science and Masters in Plant Biology from Pennsylvania State University. She has worked in Tech industry for last 7 years before deciding to follow her passion in getting quality early education to Renton community. In her free time, Ramneek likes to dance, play board games and travel with her family.

    Ms Janelle

    Assistant Director of Education
    Ms. Janelle has been working with children for over 20 years. After obtaining her BA in Special Education, she worked as a teacher for 5 years in the Edmonds school district. For the past 4 years she has worked in early childhood education settings and looking forward to bringing her experience to Goddard. In her free time enjoys spending time with her family in Northern Washington on the Canadian border.
  • Ms Enas

    Ms Enas

    Assistant Director Health and Safety and Operations
    Ms Enas has been working with children for 3 years and have experience with children between 2 to 5 years old. She has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and is currently working towards her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Ms. Enas is multilingual and fluently speaks Arabic, English, Tamazight (North African); she can also speak some Italian. She is always learning and is hoping to learn Spanish with her students here in Goddard. In her free time she enjoys hiking, reading, exercise and nature observation. She loves coffee, and enjoy looking at decor and fashion.

    Ms Jocelyn

    Office Assistant
    Ms. Jocelyn is a dedicated and goal-driven individual who brings four years of experience working with children, including caring for cousins and friends' little ones. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assistance and is currently completing prerequisites to become a registered nurse. Her nurturing background and passion for helping others shine through in her work with children. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking, going to the gym, spending time with family, and trying new recipes.
  • Ms Daniele

    Ms Daniele

    Office Assistant
    Ms. Dany is a warm and creative caregiver who brings a love for children and a vibrant personality to the classroom. Born in Seattle and fluent in both Spanish and English, she also has some knowledge of ASL, which helps her connect with a diverse range of children and families. She began her early childhood journey as a nanny for three years and later worked as a toddler teacher in a Renton daycare. Outside of work, Dany enjoys painting, scrapbooking, and spending quality time with her family watching movies or playing board games.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Katya brings 12 years of experience with children ages 0 - 5. For five of those years, she worked as a nurse in the NICU ward in the Ukraine. Her experience of NICU nurse, keeps our youngest kids in a safe and healthy environment. She enjoys working with infants and looks forward to helping them to learn and grow at Goddard School.

    Ms Mariana has been working in daycare for three years and loves supporting children's growth and development. She earned her high school diploma from Renton Technical College in 2016 and has a passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for kids. She enjoys playing and talking with children, helping them learn and explore the world around them. In her free time, she likes to spend quality time with her family. She looks forward to making a positive impact on the children she cares for every day.

    Ms Katia

    Lead Teacher
    Ms Katia is our first steps lead teacher. She is excited to start this new dream doing what she has a passion for which is caring for people, specially children. She believes that children learn best in a warm and trusting environment, helping them develop a lifelong love for learning and making a positive impact in this world. She has a medical degree from her home country Nicaragua, and even though she would like to practice medicine again in the future, she hopes to meanwhile apply all her medical and science knowledge for the welfare and cognitive development of the children in her care. She enjoys reading, playing video games and board games.
  • Ms Bibi Khadeja

    Ms Bibi Khadeja

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Khadeja is a proud mother of two daughters and a graduate of Aswan Bibi Mahyow in Afghanistan. With two years of experience working with elementary-aged children, she brings warmth, dedication, and care to the classroom. She strives to create a supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to learn and grow. Outside of teaching, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms Sanchita is a passionate and dedicated professional with 7 years of experience working in early childhood in US. She gained hands-on experience creating an inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore and learn. Ms Sanchita takes pride in her ability to establish strong relationships with both parents and children. She has a Masters of Arts in English Literature from India. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms Sanchita enjoys spending time traveling with friends and family and listening to music.
  • Ms Melissa

    Ms Melissa

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Melissa grew up in a small town in Michigan. She married her best friend in October 2020, and together they moved to Virginia in early 2021 before relocating to Washington in the summer of 2025. Ms. Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music from Spring Arbor University, as well as a Montessori teaching certification for ages 0–3 from the Prepared Montessorian Institute. She has four years of preschool experience, primarily working with infants (ages 2–18 months), and has studied both Reggio-Emilia and Montessori teaching philosophies. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and watching HGTV. On weekends, she and her husband love exploring small towns, camping, hiking, visiting local coffee shops, and treasure hunting in thrift stores.

    Ms Iqbal is a dedicated infant teacher and a proud mother of three. With years of experience, she has a strong understanding of early childhood development. She creates a nurturing environment where infants can grow, explore, and develop essential skills. Her expertise includes fostering emotional bonds, encouraging sensory play, and supporting early communication. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and learning new ways to enhance her teaching.

    Ms Ana is originally from Honduras where she worked as a lead teacher in a primary school and kindergarten for 6 years. She is currently working on her ECE degree. She believes that students must feel that they matter, their ideas and opinions are valued and they should feel safe to express them. She strives towards working with colleagues, parents and school community to create a collaborative learning environment for students.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms Luz is originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, and has been living in the United States for a year. She studied computer science at the University of Zulia and recently began working with children, which has been a wonderful and fulfilling experience. She enjoys creating a positive and engaging environment where kids can learn and grow. In her free time, she loves going for walks with her family, cooking, and exploring new recipes. She is excited to continue learning and making a meaningful impact in her work with children.

    Ms Navneet is a driven and adaptable professional with a background in education, specifically in early childhood and youth development program. Experienced in guiding young learners and fostering supportive learning environments through her role as an co-lead teacher at the Goddard School. Her work emphasizes a hands-on approach to nurturing growth, implementing engaging educational activities, and collaborating with staff to create an enriching experience for children. With a dedication to building positive, impactful relationships in educational settings, she brings a strong foundation of skills to every role.

    Co Lead Teacher
    Miss Yazmin is an outgoing person who enjoys staying active, with hiking being one of her favorite hobbies. She holds a Basic Childcare Certification and has been working in early childhood education for a year. In addition to her professional experience, she brings valuable personal experience as a mother to two girls. She loves creating a caring and supportive environment for young children to learn and grow. In her free time, she enjoys caring for her daughters and spending time at home with her family.
  • Ms Cynthia

    Ms. Cynthia has been working with children of toddler age since 2017. During this time, she also obtained her Early Childhood Education Certificate from Renton Technical School. She is very excited to bring her ECE knowledge to the classroom and work on projects that will help kids with their overall growth. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her young son.

    Eliana has always had a heart for children, with experience caring for little ones from infancy through age nine in a variety of settings, including babysitting, church nursery, and volunteer work. A graduate of Sonrise Christian homeschool with a 4.0 GPA, she is eager to begin her Early Childhood Education studies. Eliana is passionate about supporting families and creating a loving environment where children can thrive. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing board games, and relaxing at Starbucks.

    Ms Isabella is a proud mother of four wonderful children and moved to Washington State about a year ago. She has her GED and is currently attending college to continue her education. She has been working with children since she was 16 years old and enjoys helping them learn and grow. In her free time, she loves reading books and spending time with her family. She is passionate about creating a caring and supportive environment for every child.
  • Ms Magda

    Ms Magda

    Co-Lead Teacher
    Ms Magda is originally from Egypt and moved to the U.S. six years ago with her husband and two children. She earned her Child Care Basics Certificate in April 2024 and her Short Early Childhood Education Certificate in December 2024 from Renton Technical College. While studying, she volunteered as a teacher assistant and later became an assistant teacher at The Goddard School in Renton, where she enjoys the creative curriculum and ongoing training opportunities. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and walking in nature.

    Ms. Suri is 18 years old and has been working with children for the past two years. She has a high school diploma, has completed her Child Care Basics training, and loves creating fun, engaging experiences for kids. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her older sister and taking her little cousins out for special activities.

    Ms. Macyel is passionate about early childhood education and the Montessori method, bringing creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to her work with young children. She enjoys designing engaging, hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity and growth. With a love for technology and a commitment to lifelong learning, she continues to grow each day as an educator while supporting children in building strong foundations for the future.
  • Ms Eunice

    Ms Eunice

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Eunice is the Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten Program. While she works primarily with our older children, she loves supporting kids of all ages. Her goal as a teacher is to create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel loved, safe, and excited to learn. Being bilingual, she incorporates Spanish into the daily curriculum, sparking curiosity and a love for new experiences. Ms. Eunice recently moved to Washington from California and holds a degree in Child Development. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and visiting her hometown of Bakersfield, CA.

    Ms Maryna is originally from Ukraine and moved to the U.S. in 2020. As a proud mom of two girls, she loves creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children. She holds a degree in civil engineering and previously volunteered at a preschool, where she discovered her passion for early childhood education. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and working on home remodeling projects. She is excited to bring her creativity and dedication to helping children learn and grow every day.

    Ms. Itzel is a warm and enthusiastic caregiver who enjoys traveling and exploring new foods. She is currently attending Highline Community College, working toward a teaching degree after graduating from high school. Her experience includes caring for an infant as a nanny, where she developed a love for nurturing young children. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse group of children and families.

    Ms. Roshni is a dedicated educator and proud mom of a 6-year-old daughter. She holds a Master of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Education degree from India. With over seven years of teaching experience working with students from 1st through 12th grade, she brings both passion and expertise to the classroom. In her free time, Ms. Roshni enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing to Indian songs, watching movies, and exploring new places through travel and hiking.

    Ms Esmeralda loves expressing her creativity through hair and makeup while also pursuing her passion for early childhood education. She has completed her basic childcare training and plans to continue her studies in the field. Growing up, she was always surrounded by children, often babysitting and helping raise her cousins and neighbors. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes from scratch. She is excited to continue learning and creating a fun, nurturing environment for the children she works with.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in her church community. She is excited to bring her care and dedication to the classroom every day.

    Ms Navjeet

    Co-Lead Teacher
    Ms. Navjeet came to Canada as an international student in 2019 and made Vancouver home. In 2025 she moved to Seattle, and is now working at The Goddard School of Renton. She holds a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Loyalist College of Arts and Technology in Belleville, Ontario, and brings over four years of experience working in the early childhood field. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and hiking with friends and family.
