Ramneek has always believed in the critical role STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) plays in early education. A holistic approach and exposure to these fields in foundation years of child growth helps kids to be creative thinkers and problem solvers at an early age. Ramneek is a Bachelors in Science and Masters in Plant Biology from Pennsylvania State University. She has worked in Tech industry for last 7 years before deciding to follow her passion in getting quality early education to Renton community. In her free time, Ramneek likes to dance, play board games and travel with her family.

Irina believes that every child is gifted and needs classrooms arranged to offer challenging play and learning opportunities. Being in childcare for past 8.5 years, Irina understands that every child deserves to be in a safe, clean, healthy, and child-oriented environment. She has a Master’s in Secondary Education and a Doctorate degree in Philosophy focused on language and communication. In her own words: "I feel deeply honored to be a part of each family who will join our Goddard School community. I am committed to providing a holistic approach for children to build a solid foundation for lifelong learning. I love being with children and helping them to grow to their best potential. I am a proud mother of three children and a granny of three granddaughters. I enjoy traveling, music, gardening, and reading in my spare time."

Ms. Janelle has been working with children for over 20 years. After obtaining her BA in Special Education, she worked as a teacher for 5 years in the Edmonds school district. For the past 4 years she has worked in early childhood education settings and looking forward to bringing her experience to Goddard. In her free time enjoys spending time with her family in Northern Washington on the Canadian border.

Ms. Katya brings 12 years of experience with children ages 0 - 5. For five of those years, she worked as a nurse in the NICU ward in the Ukraine. Her experience of NICU nurse, keeps our youngest kids in a safe and healthy environment. She enjoys working with infants and looks forward to helping them to learn and grow at Goddard School.

Ms Diana is our Infant Assistant Teacher. She is thrilled to be an assistant teacher in childcare. With a passion for nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment, she bring her love and care. Her goal is to support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development while fostering a love for learning through play-based activities. Ms Diana is from Ukraine where she studied at the Volyn National University to get her bachelor's degree as an elementary school teacher. In her free time, she loves reading, listening to music and traveling. She is excited to be a part of this journey of growth and discovery with our little ones!

Ms Sanchita is a passionate and dedicated professional with 7 years of experience working in early childhood in US. She gained hands-on experience creating an inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore and learn. Ms Sanchita takes pride in her ability to establish strong relationships with both parents and children. She has a Masters of Arts in English Literature from India. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms Sanchita enjoys spending time traveling with friends and family and listening to music.

Ms Harminder is a dedicated educator serving as the First Steps teacher. Her passion lies in providing every child with the opportunity they deserve to learn and have fun. She holds a master's degree in education from Punjab University, which equips her with the knowledge and skills to foster growth in early childhood education. Outside of work, Ms Harminder enjoys cooking and traveling exploring different cultures with family to create lasting memories with loved ones. With her blend of academic expertise and nurturing nature, Ms Harminder is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of her students and creating a supportive learning environment for their development.

Ms Dana's journey in early childhood education began ten years ago when she first volunteered at a local daycare. She quickly discovered her natural affinity for working with children, finding joy in their curiosity, innocence, and boundless energy. Inspired by these experiences, she decided to pursue a career focued on early childhood development. For past four years, Ms Dana has been an integral part of the child care community, bringing warmth, creativity, and a nurturing touch to her role as a Toddler room teacher. She believes in creating a supportive and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. Currently, Ms Dana is furthering her expertise by pursuing an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She understands the importance of continuous learning and staying updated with best practices in the field to offer the highest quality of care and education to children she serves.

Ms. Cynthia has been working with children of toddler age since 2017. During this time, she also obtained her Early Childhood Education Certificate from Renton Technical School. She is very excited to bring her ECE knowledge to the classroom and work on projects that will help kids with their overall growth. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her young son.

Ms. Janay has around 12 years of childcare experience and is working on getting her AA in early childhood education this spring. She loves creating the best care for our families and children. She is extremely excited to be a part of the Goddard team and loves spending time with her peers collaborating. Her smile and flamboyant nature keeps the energy of her room high, which kids love. She is from Lakewood, WA but she currently lives in Tukwila with her 3 younger children. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and go sightseeing at the waterfront.

Ms Adaline is a creative educator who's passionate about children's growth and development in the classroom. She spent this past year working as an enrichment teacher at a local elementary school, where she worked intensely with children on their social development skills. She is excited to use her knowledge to guide your child on their learning journey here at Goddard Schools. When she's not busy in the classroom, you can find her creating art or working on a craft project.

Ms. Danette has been working with children for over six years. She brings experience with children 6 months to 9 years old. After obtaining her Associates degree majoring in ECE, she worked as a teacher’s aid in an Elementary school in a special education class. She loves being a part of your child’s growth and development! When she is not working, she is adventuring with her four year old daughter Averie.

Ms. Jackie, is our Pre K lead teacher! She has been working as a childcare provider for the last 5 years and 3 of which working as a Prekindergarten teacher! She is a very structured individual and her classroom rules and organization is assisting children with Kindergarten readiness. She is a mom of an incredibly sweet boy named Kellen who is heading into middle school next fall. In her free time, she enjoys drawing/painting, hiking, building lego creations, and baking. She loves squishmallows and care bears, as one thing she has learned is that one is never too old to love stuffed animals! She is looking forward to all of the wonderful adventures this year with your kiddo!

Ms Anitha is a dedicated and passionate preschool teacher with 8 years of experience in nurturing young minds. As an Assistant Teacher in PreK room, she helps in creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment for our little ones. She believes in hands-on learning, where children explore, create and discover. Ms Anitha likes to spend her free time with her loving family - traveling, cooking and exploring new things.
