    Hello! I’m Srishti, the proud owner of The Goddard School in Federal Way. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and now as a mother, I understand the importance of giving children a strong, nurturing foundation. At Goddard, we offer the Wonder of Learning framework, ensuring that each child is school-ready, life-ready, and career-ready—empowering them to become confident, lifelong learners. Our individualized approach fosters growth across all areas—intellectual, social, and emotional—while ensuring kids have fun along the way. With over a decade of leadership experience, I’m passionate about building strong relationships with families and teachers to create a supportive and enriching environment for all our students. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our dog.

    Ms. Kayla is so excited to be here at The Goddard School! She has been teaching for over four years and working with children for seven. Being able to guide a child and nurture their growth is amazing to her, and something she absolutely loves is seeing each and every kiddo have that "Aha!" moment when they finally meet a milestone or achieve a personal goal! Ms. Kayla's favorite part of teaching is connecting with the children and families. She constantly strives to create a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter the school. In her free time, she loves to paint and immerse herself in the arts, and she wants the kiddos in her class to be able to explore and extend their own creativity! Ms. Kayla looks forward to meeting and getting to know all of you and your kiddos!

    Fitima is the Assistant Director at The Goddard School. Fitima has been in early childcare since 2011. She is currently pursuing her education in early childhood and is excited to gain more knowledge in the field! Fitima works closely with families and teachers, building strong relationships. She thrives on providing the best education at her school and truly believes in Goddard's F.L.EX (Fun, Learning Experience) philosophy and Wonder of Learning. Her goal is to meet each child and family right where they are. Fitima's strength is solidifying the bridge between teachers and parents. She has experience working with kids ages 6 weeks to 12 years old and enjoys every moment of the children's journey — to say she enjoys every minute of it would be an understatement; she truly loves teaching children.     Regional Director
    Jo is the Regional Director of Operations for our five Goddard Schools in the Seattle area, where she supports school leadership teams in building strong programs, staying aligned with licensing, accreditation, and Quality Assurance standards, and developing the systems that help schools create meaningful experiences for children and families. A recent graduate of the University of Washington, Jo brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for advocacy - ensuring policies truly support educators, children, and families. She currently serves on the executive board of the Washington Association for the Education of Young Children (WAEYC) as Communications Officer. Outside of work and school, Jo enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, and loves reading and cars.

    Macaria, or Maky, is from Belize and has lived in Washington for 28 years. She is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English. She enjoys road trips with her family and going for walks in nature. Maky is honored to be a part of the Goddard community, helping to mold the minds of young children.

    Compliance Coordinator
    Tammy was born and raised in Washington State and raised her two daughters in Federal Way. She began her career working with children right here in Federal Way at a local elementary school in March 2002, where her daughters attended school. Her previous work was with children with special needs in grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Tammy's goal and passion are to help nurture the children she works with and to help them feel loved and included. She looks forward to building relationships with the children and families at The Goddard School.

    Ms. Madison is so excited to be Goddard’s behavioral technician. This will be her second year at Goddard Federal Way. She has worked with students on the autism spectrum, with developmental delays, speech delays, and behavioral needs. Ms. Madison is looking forward to assisting Goddard Federal Way.

    Tayanna was born and raised in Federal Way. She is excited to begin her journey of working with children here at Goddard School and loves the team she gets to be a part of. Tayanna's goal as a child educator is to communicate and connect more with children's families. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends.

    Kristina has been working in childcare for about four years and truly enjoys being part of each child’s developmental journey. She finds it incredibly rewarding to build relationships with each child and support them as they grow, learn, and reach new milestones. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as relaxing and enjoying a day at the beach. She loves making new connections and creating positive, meaningful moments with those around her.

    Hello, my name is Miss Brittany. I’ve been working in childcare for about two years, and I absolutely love it! I started my journey in the infant room, then moved to another center where I worked with 2- to 3-year-olds. Now, I’m a lead teacher in my own classroom, and I couldn’t be happier. I love seeing how excited the children are to learn something new every day! I’m also a proud mom to my 4-year-old son. On weekends, we enjoy going for walks, playing basketball, and dining out. One of my favorite moments is watching him proudly read his flashcards to me. Being both a mom and a teacher brings me so much joy!

    Mrs. Magdalena Reyes is excited to be part of The Goddard School of Federal Way. With over ten years of experience as a lead teacher, she is passionate about helping children grow and reach their developmental milestones in both English and Spanish. Mrs. Reyes believes that strong partnerships with families are essential to helping children become confident, resilient, independent, and successful learners. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys beach walks, exploring small towns around Seattle, discovering great coffee and pastries, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with dogs.

    Faith was born in Seattle, WA. She has been working with kids since she was 10 years old, when she started babysitting. Faith is excited to grow and further her education in Early Childhood Education here at The Goddard School.

    Ms. Elvina feels so lucky to spend her days with curious toddlers who are learning and discovering the world around them. She loves bringing creativity and joy into the classroom, whether that's through playful activities or celebrating small victories together. Ms. Elvina can't wait to get to know your little ones and your family as they share a year full of growth, laughter, and memories!

    Kindergarten Lead Teacher
    Jojo is excited to be the Kindergarten teacher at The Goddard School! They have been working in early childhood education for three years and have had the joy of teaching children ranging from 6 months to 6 years old. They hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and are currently pursuing a Paraeducator Degree to continue growing their knowledge and skills. Jojo believes that working with children is about so much more than teaching lessons—it’s about helping shape the future! They love knowing that they could be teaching a future doctor, architect, artist, or even president. They find it incredibly rewarding to watch children discover new things, build confidence, and prepare for the next exciting chapter in their lives.     Ms. Celine Sikandar is excited to be part of The Goddard School of Federal Way. She began her career in early childhood education in 2020 in Florida, working as an assistant teacher in a public school setting before spending two years as an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School of St. Augustine. After moving to Washington, Ms. Celine was happy to join The Goddard School again. She is currently working toward attending college and becoming a Lead Teacher in the Twos 1 classroom. She enjoys watching children grow, play, and learn each day and is passionate about supporting their development.
