    Hi! My name is Srishti, owner of The Goddard School. Seattle has been my home for over 20 years. With over 15 years working with children, I am excited to share my passion of children and education with families. In my opinion, Goddard is truly the best school in the industry for children to learn, grow, and have fun in a clean, safe, and secure environment that parents can be proud of. I believe in empowering students at a young age where they become confident lifelong learners. Every child is unique and our program F.L.EX framework proves to ensure your child is school ready, life ready, and career ready. Our mission is to provide children with a top notch individualized early childhood education program which fosters learning through activities and experiences all while having fun. I have had over ten years of leadership experience and am excited to build strong relationships with families and teachers. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and my dog Milo.

    I have over 25 years of experience in working in early childhood education. My passion for children is what drives me to continue to work in the education field. I graduated with a BS in Human Services Administration, have an AA in Early Childhood Development, and currently completing my Masters in Early Childhood Education. I have experience as a school director, assistant director, and early learning teacher. While working in different early learning programs my vision began to crystalize. I chose The Goddard School because of the philosophy that learning shouldn’t be one size fits all. Every child can have the experience of learning that promotes their individualized learning style. I am excited to continue my passion of fostering education and early childhood learning so each child can learn to their highest potential and become confident lifelong learners while having fun and enjoying themselves. My goal is for every student to be excited to come to school.

    Hello, my name is Fitima. I'm the Assistant Director at The Goddard School. I have been in the early childcare since 2011. I'm currently pursuing my education in early childhood and excited to gain more knowledge in this field! I work closely with the families and teachers building relationships. I thrive on providing the best education at my school. I truly believe in Goddard's F.L.EX (Fun, Learning Experience) philosophy and Wonder of Learning. Our goal is to meet where the child and the family is. My strength is solidifying the bridge between teachers and parents. I have experience working with kids ages 6 weeks to 12 yeard old. I enjoy every moment of the children's journey. To say I enjoyed every minute of it will be an understatement, I truly enjoy teaching children. A little about myself; I enjoy cooking and reading, which are my favorite hobbies. When I feel inspired, I’ll either paint or draw. I’m excited to start this journey with you and your child can’t wait to get started.

    Hello! I am the nurse consultant for The Goddard School in Federal Way. Once a month I visit the infant classroom(s). During the visits I check on the infants’ health and development, support the teachers in best supporting healthy children, ensure the environment is healthy and safe, and support the school in health and safety protocols. I’ve been a public health nurse since 2009 and still love it. My work history includes: mom/baby home visiting; WIC; teaching childbirth education classes; breastfeeding advocacy; and SIDS prevention education. I have been a private infant nurse consultant since 2019 and am also currently on the Public Health Seattle King County Child Care Health team. My career is focused on helping children thrive and I’m grateful for the opportunity to visit your amazing children! BSN,RN

    Hello I am Mrs. Jessika! I am so happy to be a part of the Goddard team! I have a MA in Early Childhood Education and a BA in Art. I love to combine the two to make a fun and creative learning environment. It is important that I get to know each one of my little learners so that I can find the best way to educate them. I have two children of my own so I know how important it is to leave your child(ren) with someone you can trust, I can assure you that they are in good hands here! I pride myself on maintaining a fun, clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

    Hi, I’m miss Sofya! I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. All my life, I have wanted to pursue a career working with children and I’m happy to say that my wishes are now fulfilled! This will be my first year teaching and I’m so so excited to get to know all of our kiddos and families. In my free time, I love doing anything involving music— practicing guitar, finding new artists to listen to, going to concerts— you name it! I also love reading and learning new artistic hobbies (if you have any crochet tips, please let me know)! Let’s make this year a great one!

    My name is Ms. Kayla, and I am so excited to be here at the Goddard school! I have been teaching for three years and working with children for 7. Being able to guide a child and nurture their growth is amazing, and something I absolutely love is seeing each and every kiddo have that 'Ah Ha' moment when they finally meet a milestone or achieve a personal goal! My favorite part of teaching is connecting with the children and families, I constantly strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter my classroom. In my free time I love to paint and immerse myself in the arts, along with I want the kiddos in my class to be able to explore and extend their creativity! I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of you and your kiddos!

    Hi! My name is Chelsea. I have been working with children for about six years now. While I have primarily been a lead teacher to early preschoolers throughout my professional career, I do have experience working with children from as young as infants to 12 years old. I love seeing children grow and supporting them every step of the way. A bit about me, I’m from Hawai’i and have been living here almost eight years now. I’m very proud of where I come from and love sharing a little of that Aloha Spirit where ever I go. I enjoy listening to music, singing, baking and talking about my dogs.

    Hello, my name is Sarah and I am more then excited to be apart of the Goddard family. I’ve had the joy of working with children for over 10 years now. I’ve had time with all ages but I’ve spent most my professional time with birth to five and more specifically birth to three. I have obtained my AA with a focus in psychology. Fall of 23’ I’ll be continuing with school in pursuit of my bachelors degree. I am a dog mom , and I live with my boyfriend who has two lovely children; boy and girl, ages 7 and 4. I love the outdoors and reading all kinds of materials ranging from the local news, to fictional books, and new scientific/health or technological advancements made from society. Caring for children is affinity to my personality. I take immense pride and joy in providing a safe, stimulating environment for the children to thrive in, and be comfortable in. I look forward to all our good times ahead.

    Hello! My name is Cynthia. I have been in childcare for over 20 years and provided education for ages from infants up to 12 years old. I was also a site director for three years for a before and after school program. I have 5 of my own children which are all adults with their own children and 23 grandchildren. I love family time, outings, movies ,bowling, skating and love going to the beach with my family for barbecues and swimming. I love teaching and providing education to kids. I'm proud to be a part of our future generation!

    Hello. My name is Tammy. I was born and raised in Washington State and raised my 2 daughters in Federal Way. I began my career working with children right here in Federal Way at a local elementary school in March 2002 where my daughters attended school. My previous work was with children with Special Needs in grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade. My goal and passion are to help nurture the children that I work with, and to help them to feel loved and included. I look forward to building relationships with the children and families at The Goddard School.

    Hi, my name is Inna and I’m from Ukraine. From an early age, I babysat my three nephews. So they are the reason I dove into child development. Also, in Ukraine I was a teacher in a Christian Sunday school. My friends and I participated in many camps for children of different ages. Children are our future. And no matter what, no matter what we do, humanity always strives for one thing - to make the world better for its descendants and I'm so happy to be a part of this!     Hi Everyone! My name is Anastasiia, and I am very happy to work in a great team The Goddard school. I have an education in management and psychology of working with people at the Kyiv University of Trade and Economics. For 3 years, I worked in the summer as a coordinator, leader and photographer in children's camps. We created various programs for children's development when I was a coordinator. I will gladly use all my experience here and contribute to the development of the children of The Goddard school.

    Hello, my name is Katie! I’m from Ukraine and I moved to the USA in 2016. I’m excited to meet your child and build memories with them. I have volunteered for summer camp at church and I was assistant leader in children’s camp in Ukraine and then the idea of connecting my life with children did not leave me. It gives me happiness to see the children happy. I like to connect with them at their level and meet them where they are. I’m a very creative person and I like to add my creativity into my classroom.     Hello families. I'm Mr. Jeremiah, but also go by Mr. J. I'm originally from Illinois but grew up in Minnesota for most of my life. Before teaching I was sure I'd be a famous chef like Gordon Ramsey instead, teaching showed me my love for children and helping others understand the world around us. I started teaching by tutoring elementary school before moving to working exclusively with preschoolers for the last 6 years. I' m very energetic, so this age feels like the perfect fit. I love running 5k's, Breakdancing and skateboarding and if that doesn't tire me out, a good hike always will. I can't wait to meet everyone and help shape the future!

    Hi, my name is Raena! I have been working in childcare/ schools for 15+ years. Many years as a toddler teacher and a year as a preschool teacher. For the past 3 years I have been a professional Nanny but after my last families kiddos started school I realized how much I missed being in the classroom. So here I am at The Goddard School! Im so excited to meet all of the families that come into my classroom. I enjoy learning through play and being able to be apart of all the children’s “ah-ha” moments. I have 5 kids of my own and in our free time we love to be outdoors exploring our beautiful state.

    Hello to all! My name is Brittany and I am thrilled to be apart of an amazing team at The Goddard School! I reside locally with my teenage daughter who is in honors classes and my boyfriend who is serving in the Army in our new home. I have had the pleasure to nurture and care for children for 21 years now and I plan on obtaining my associates degree in Early Childhood Education. My experience ranges with ages 4 weeks to 12 years old but predominantly toddlers. I love watching young children grow and learn new skills. We as educators are a huge part in a young child's development and I'm an honored to be apart of it. I am looking forward to getting to know all families and creating a bond with you and your children. Seeing their little smiles is the highlight of my day.
