    Hi! My name is Srishti, owner of The Goddard School. Seattle has been my home for over 20 years. With over 15 years working with children, I am excited to share my passion of children and education with families. In my opinion, Goddard is truly the best school in the industry for children to learn, grow, and have fun in a clean, safe, and secure environment that parents can be proud of. I believe in empowering students at a young age where they become confident lifelong learners. Every child is unique and our program F.L.EX framework proves to ensure your child is school ready, life ready, and career ready. Our mission is to provide children with a top notch individualized early childhood education program which fosters learning through activities and experiences all while having fun. I have had over ten years of leadership experience and am excited to build strong relationships with families and teachers. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and my dog Milo.

    Hello, my name is Fitima. I'm the Assistant Director at The Goddard School. I have been in the early childcare since 2011. I'm currently pursuing my education in early childhood and excited to gain more knowledge in this field! I work closely with the families and teachers building relationships. I thrive on providing the best education at my school. I truly believe in Goddard's F.L.EX (Fun, Learning Experience) philosophy and Wonder of Learning. Our goal is to meet where the child and the family is. My strength is solidifying the bridge between teachers and parents. I have experience working with kids ages 6 weeks to 12 yeard old. I enjoy every moment of the children's journey. To say I enjoyed every minute of it will be an understatement, I truly enjoy teaching children. A little about myself; I enjoy cooking and reading, which are my favorite hobbies. When I feel inspired, I’ll either paint or draw. I’m excited to start this journey with you and your child can’t wait to get started.

    Hello! I am the nurse consultant for The Goddard School in Federal Way. Once a month I visit the infant classroom(s). During the visits I check on the infants’ health and development, support the teachers in best supporting healthy children, ensure the environment is healthy and safe, and support the school in health and safety protocols. I’ve been a public health nurse since 2009 and still love it. My work history includes: mom/baby home visiting; WIC; teaching childbirth education classes; breastfeeding advocacy; and SIDS prevention education. I have been a private infant nurse consultant since 2019 and am also currently on the Public Health Seattle King County Child Care Health team. My career is focused on helping children thrive and I’m grateful for the opportunity to visit your amazing children! BSN,RN

    Hi, I’m miss Sofya! I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. All my life, I have wanted to pursue a career working with children and I’m happy to say that my wishes are now fulfilled! This will be my first year teaching and I’m so so excited to get to know all of our kiddos and families. In my free time, I love doing anything involving music— practicing guitar, finding new artists to listen to, going to concerts— you name it! I also love reading and learning new artistic hobbies (if you have any crochet tips, please let me know)! Let’s make this year a great one!

    My name is Ms. Kayla, and I am so excited to be here at the Goddard school! I have been teaching for three years and working with children for 7. Being able to guide a child and nurture their growth is amazing, and something I absolutely love is seeing each and every kiddo have that 'Ah Ha' moment when they finally meet a milestone or achieve a personal goal! My favorite part of teaching is connecting with the children and families, I constantly strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter my classroom. In my free time I love to paint and immerse myself in the arts, along with I want the kiddos in my class to be able to explore and extend their creativity! I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of you and your kiddos!

    Hello. My name is Tammy. I was born and raised in Washington State and raised my 2 daughters in Federal Way. I began my career working with children right here in Federal Way at a local elementary school in March 2002 where my daughters attended school. My previous work was with children with Special Needs in grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade. My goal and passion are to help nurture the children that I work with, and to help them to feel loved and included. I look forward to building relationships with the children and families at The Goddard School.

    Hi, my name is Inna and I’m from Ukraine. From an early age, I babysat my three nephews. So they are the reason I dove into child development. Also, in Ukraine I was a teacher in a Christian Sunday school. My friends and I participated in many camps for children of different ages. Children are our future. And no matter what, no matter what we do, humanity always strives for one thing - to make the world better for its descendants and I'm so happy to be a part of this!     Hello, my name is Katie! I’m from Ukraine and I moved to the USA in 2016. I’m excited to meet your child and build memories with them. I have volunteered for summer camp at church and I was assistant leader in children’s camp in Ukraine and then the idea of connecting my life with children did not leave me. It gives me happiness to see the children happy. I like to connect with them at their level and meet them where they are. I’m a very creative person and I like to add my creativity into my classroom.     Hi Everyone! My name is Anastasiia, and I am very happy to work in a great team The Goddard school. I have an education in management and psychology of working with people at the Kyiv University of Trade and Economics. For 3 years, I worked in the summer as a coordinator, leader and photographer in children's camps. We created various programs for children's development when I was a coordinator. I will gladly use all my experience here and contribute to the development of the children of The Goddard school.

    Hi there, I'm Konor. I'm just a quiet guy from the East coast. I was born in Muskegon, MI but I moved to a small village in New York called Wells when I was in elementary school. I grew up there in a tight-knit community surrounded by positivity and compassion. My main strengths are in technology and helping. I love to be as positive a force as I can in anything I do, and teaching is no exception. Above all, safety is my highest priority right next to fun. We can have fun, but safely so everyone gets to enjoy themselves. When I'm home; I am spending time with my family, spending time with my girlfriend, playing creative games or thinking of interactive games to keep my students engaged, moving and learning.

    Hello to all! My name is Brittany and I am thrilled to be apart of an amazing team at The Goddard School! I reside locally with my teenage daughter who is in honors classes and my boyfriend who is serving in the Army in our new home. I have had the pleasure to nurture and care for children for 21 years now and I plan on obtaining my associates degree in Early Childhood Education. My experience ranges with ages 4 weeks to 12 years old but predominantly toddlers. I love watching young children grow and learn new skills. We as educators are a huge part in a young child's development and I'm an honored to be apart of it. I am looking forward to getting to know all families and creating a bond with you and your children. Seeing their little smiles is the highlight of my day.

She is very family-oriented and enjoys swimming, camping, and spending quality time with her cat.

    Hi, my name is Summer. I am so excited to be a part of the wonderful team here at Goddard! I have been working in childcare/early childhood education since 2017; beginning with courses and internships, through programs offered by my highschool. Prior to that, I developed my more nurturing traits as an overly-involved older sister. Fun-fact: my youngest sibling is 15 years younger than me. Outside of work, most of my time is spent with those siblings and friends. I also enjoy a plethora of music, reading, writing, coffee, and exploring our beautiful state. My favorite part about working with children is being able to witness first-hand the different ways their young minds develop. I can’t wait to experience all of the fun-times to be had here!

    I have been working in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE) since 2019, starting as a Toddler Lead Teacher. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology back in the Philippines, where I was born and raised. Being a teacher was my first job, and I immediately fell in love with the unpredictability of children. I love witnessing the children's milestones and their honesty. I enjoy providing them with a “home” away from home, shaping their young minds, and helping them grow into the future leaders of our generations. I am also a mom to my baby girl. Spending time with her is the most priceless thing ever! She is simply my entire life and world. She is always my everything in every way. I love working at The Goddard School because it allows me to be part of something bigger. I appreciate the diversity of our school. Learning about different cultures, traditions, nationalities, and races is something I have truly embraced.
