Our Goddard School Teachers

Srishti is a proud owner and VP of Operations for multiple Goddard Schools in greater Seattle. Her journey began in 2008, working alongside her mom in a home-based childcare program, sparking her love for children and for teachers who shared that passion. Over the years, her focus has grown from working with children to building strong schools and supporting people who make them special. She believes valued, supported teachers create an exceptional environment for children. As a mother to a young daughter, her connection to early education is deeply personal. She understands the trust families place in Goddard, and her goal is schools where children feel safe, families feel confident, and teachers have support to thrive. Through Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum, they nurture each child's growth. Outside of work, family is at the heart of everything Srishti does: her husband, daughter, parents, brother, and dog. Those values guide her leadership, so everyone feels they belong.

As the Executive Director at The Goddard School of Bothell, Sheryl Pereira brings 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood field, where she has dedicated her career to advocating for high-quality, developmentally appropriate education for all children. Her passion for working with children drives her commitment to creating environments that foster lifelong learning, growth, and development. She strongly believes in Goddard’s philosophy, which aligns with her values as an educator and ensures that every child has the opportunity to thrive in a safe, nurturing, and educational environment guided by qualified professionals. Sheryl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Family Development from the University of Washington. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys playing tennis, exploring new restaurants, and cooking. She especially enjoys trying new recipes and discovering new foods.

Brittany Theis is honored to serve as the Director of Operations at The Goddard School of Bothell. With a deep-rooted passion for teaching and creating enriching experiences, she brings extensive knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm to the early childhood environment. Brittany holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum Development and Leadership. Her educational background reflects her commitment to shaping the formative years of young minds and creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences. Brittany chose The Goddard School because of its commitment to high standards and exceptional quality of care. She believes every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and excited to explore the world around them. She is proud to be part of a team dedicated to nurturing children’s growth, development, and love of learning.

Victoria Ho is the Front Desk Administrator at The Goddard School of Bothell. She brings a diverse background in both early childhood education and administration, allowing her to combine her passion for working with children with her strong organizational and leadership skills. As the Front Desk Administrator, Victoria is committed to being a welcoming, reliable, and supportive resource for families and faculty. She enjoys building positive relationships and helping create a warm, welcoming school community where everyone feels valued and supported. Victoria looks forward to connecting with families and contributing to a positive experience for everyone who walks through the school’s doors.

Jo is the Regional Director of Operations for our five Goddard Schools in the Seattle area, where she supports school leadership teams in building strong programs, staying aligned with licensing, accreditation, and Quality Assurance standards, and developing the systems that help schools create meaningful experiences for children and families. A recent graduate of the University of Washington, Jo brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for advocacy - ensuring policies truly support educators, children, and families. She currently serves on the executive board of the Washington Association for the Education of Young Children (WAEYC) as Communications Officer. Outside of work and school, Jo enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, and loves reading and cars.
