Our Goddard School Teachers

As the Executive Director at The Goddard School of Bothell, Sheryl Pereira brings 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood field, where she has dedicated her career to advocating for high-quality, developmentally appropriate education for all children. Her passion for working with children drives her commitment to creating environments that foster lifelong learning, growth, and development. She strongly believes in Goddard’s philosophy, which aligns with her values as an educator and ensures that every child has the opportunity to thrive in a safe, nurturing, and educational environment guided by qualified professionals. Sheryl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Family Development from the University of Washington. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys playing tennis, exploring new restaurants, and cooking. She especially enjoys trying new recipes and discovering new foods.

Brittany Theis is honored to serve as the Director of Operations at The Goddard School of Bothell. With a deep-rooted passion for teaching and creating enriching experiences, she brings extensive knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm to the early childhood environment. Brittany holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum Development and Leadership. Her educational background reflects her commitment to shaping the formative years of young minds and creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences. Brittany chose The Goddard School because of its commitment to high standards and exceptional quality of care. She believes every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and excited to explore the world around them. She is proud to be part of a team dedicated to nurturing children’s growth, development, and love of learning.

Victoria Ho is the Front Desk Administrator at The Goddard School of Bothell. She brings a diverse background in both early childhood education and administration, allowing her to combine her passion for working with children with her strong organizational and leadership skills. As the Front Desk Administrator, Victoria is committed to being a welcoming, reliable, and supportive resource for families and faculty. She enjoys building positive relationships and helping create a warm, welcoming school community where everyone feels valued and supported. Victoria looks forward to connecting with families and contributing to a positive experience for everyone who walks through the school’s doors.

Jo Crilly is the Regional Director of Operations for five Goddard Schools in the Seattle area and an active board member with the Washington Association for the Education of Young Children (WAEYC). Jo is also a current student at the University of Washington and has worked in early childhood education for over 10 years. Jo is especially passionate about advocacy and ensuring that policies genuinely support educators, children, and families. In the role with Goddard, Jo works closely with school leadership teams to build strong programs, maintain alignment with licensing, accreditation, and Quality Assurance standards, create meaningful experiences for children and families, and develop effective systems that support each school’s success. Outside of work and school, Jo enjoys spending time with family and their dog, Lucy. Jo also enjoys reading and has a passion for cars.
